간호대학생의 자기인식, 공감능력이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기인식, 공감능력이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사 연구이다. 자료 수집은 2019년 4월 25일부터 6월 27일까지 경기도에 소재한 E대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 300명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 배부하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Pearson’s correlation, hierarchical multiple regression을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 의사소통능력은 자기인식(r=.51, p<.001), 공감능력(r=.53, p<.001)과 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 가족과의 의사소통 만족도(β=.11, p=.023), 자기인식(β=.35, p<.001), 공감능력(β=.40, p<.001)이 유의한 영향요인으로 확인되었으며, 의사소통능력을 45% 설명하였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 의사소통 능력을 증진시키기 위하여 의사소통 교과목과 임상실습 교육과정을 통해 자기인식과 공감능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 교수법 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. This study is a descriptive study to find out the influence of self-awareness and empathy on the communication ability of nursing students. The data collection was conducted from April 25 to June 27, 2019, distributing structured questionnaires to 300 nursing college students attending E University in Gyeonggi-do. The collected data were conducted using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program for descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis. According to the study, the communication ability of nursing college students had a positive correlation with self-awareness(r=.51, p<001) and empathy(r=.53, p<001). As a result of a hierarchical regression analysis, satisfaction to family communication(β=.11, p=.023), self-awareness(β=.35, p<001), and empathy(β=.40, p<.001) were identified as significant influencing factors and 45% explained communication ability. Therefore, in order to enhance the communication ability of nursing college students, it is necessary to develop various teaching methods and programs that can increase self-awareness and empathy through communication courses and clinical practice curriculum.
