정상임신말기에서의 Endogenous Creatinine Clearance

The purpose of this present study was to measure the glomerular filtration rate in the 3rd trimester of normal pregnancy by the method of the endogenous creatinine clearance for the future reference in order to campare with the glomerular filtration rate in toxemia, where renal functional states play an important role. The materials were obtained from 10 persons in the ward and outpatient clinics, department of Ob. & Gyn., SNUH, who were free from albuminuria, edema, and hypertension. Since the serum creatinine level varies little throughout the day if a person is receiving a small amount of meat below, 40 gm protein diet, only one blood sample was taken during any convenient time of the day. The 24 hour urine was collected in chemically clean bottles. All the analysis were performed in duplication. The results obtained were as follows: 1) The range of the serum creatinine was 0.51 to 0.92 mg% 2) The 24 hour urinary creatinine excretion per Kg of the body weight ranged from 14 to 21 mg. 3) The average creatinine clearance in the 3 rd trimester of normal pregnancy was 104 ml/min/1.57 M² and 112ml/min.173M2. The above results were within normal limits respectively, as compared with ones of the non-pregnant normal women.

We treated 26 pregnant women with nausea and vomiting by using trimin(perphenazine HCI) peros. The usual dosagr was 8 to 12mg daily for 5 days on average, and severity of the nausea and vomiting was expressed as "+" "++" "+++",and "-" means complete abolition of the symptoms. Blood pressure was checked before and after the medication in order to seek out whsther the blood pressure might fall down or not due to drug. 1) Good responsed cases were 24(92%) and no-responsed were 2(8%) out of the total 26 cases. 2) Falling down of blood pressure was found in 14 cases(54%) and 12 cases(46%) were not changed. 3) There was no different data to the patient parity. 4) Out of this main study, "Trimin" was medicated to a few post operative nausea and restless cases with good result, too.
