        소프트웨어 교육 운영지침 개발을 위한 방향 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 SW교육 운영지침 개발에 앞서 이에 필요한 주요 시사점을 탐색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 SW교육과 관련된 주요 문헌 및 국내·외 교육과정과 함께, 국내 전체 초·중학교를 대상으로 하는 SW교육 관련 교과(실과/정보)의 운영 현황을 분석하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 SW교육 운영지침의 교육과정 구성 및 운영 방안 수립을 위한 주요 참고 사항을 제안하였으며, 구체적인 내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 교육과정 구성을 위한 내용을 살펴보면 첫째, 2015년 개정 교육과정 총론과 연계된 인재상을 제시하고, 교육과정을 개발하여야 한다. 둘째, SW교육의 기저학문에 기초한 교육내용의 선정이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습자의 특성과 인지 발달 단계를 고려한 내용의 조직이 필요하다. 넷째, 다양한 시수를 통해 이수할 수 있는 교육내용이 제시되어야 한다. 다섯째, 다양한 교수법과 타교과와의 융합방안이 제시되어야 한다. 다음으로, 운영방안을 위한 내용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, SW교육을 실행하기 위한 시수 확보방안이 제시되어야 한다. 둘째, 기존 교과 내용과의 연계 학습 방안이 제시되어야 한다. 셋째, 시․도 교육지원청 및 학교 참고할 수 있는 구체적인 행․재정적 방안을 제시하여야 한다. This study aims to investigate primary implications for development of K-12 software education operating guide. For this, this study analyzes related literatures, curriculums and current status of software education in elementary and middle schools. Based on these results, this study suggests primary implications in curriculum construction and operation to develop software education operating guide(SEOG). The details are as follows. Firstly, in terms of curriculum construction, SEOG must present the image of qualified individual and curriculum related generals of 2015 revised curriculums. Secondly, balanced contents based on academic area of SW education are needed. Thirdly, SEOG should be organized with proper contents considering cognitive level of students and conceptual level of SW education. Fourthly, variety of contents are needed to be operated in various lectures during the class. Lastly, diverse teaching methods and the way to converge with the other subjects should be suggested as well. Next, the results of operation related are as follows, Firstly, plans to secure lesson time should be presented to conduct software education. Secondly, the way to connect existing contents for learning should be suggested. Lastly, specific plans to support schools in administrative and financial should be suggest.

        21세기 지구촌 기독교의 선교적 특징들

        I have attempted to identify the characteristics of the global Christianity in the twenty first century, which were drawn from the characteristics of the society and the church in the twenty first century. Considering that the contexts of the world and the church in the twenty first century are subject to change, an attempt to foresee the future like this is bound to have limitations. The nature of the essay is not prescriptive but descriptive and this essay has employed a missiological perspective. I have summarized the characteristics of the society in the twenty first century as follows. First of all, globalization, which began when Europe explored and found Asia, Africa and Americas, will continue to take place. Secondly, conflicts and wars will continue to arise, if not more. Thirdly, the society will continue to secularize and, yet, individuals and groups will show interest and needs for spirituality. Lastly, the globe will be richer than ever before and, yet, the gap between the rich and the poor will widen. I have summarized the characteristics of the church in the twenty first century as follows. The church was global from its beginning and will be more global than ever before. The Chrismatic movement in the church has spread all over the globe and will be more influencial. The partnership in the church, which began in 1960’s, will be promoted more than ever before. There will be more mega churches in the twenty first century. The characteristics of the global Christianity in the twenty first century are as follows. More people will engage in professional mission, using their skills and careers for missions. Short-term mission will play a major role in the world mission. Another characteristics of mission will be from everywhere to everywhere. Lastly and most importantly, the Christian mission in twenty first century will be the mission of the Majority World mission.

        이상화 시에서 드러난 남성 화자의 자기분열: 「그의 수줍은 연인에게」(To his Coy Mistress) 와 「어느 마돈나에게」(A une Madone)와의 비 교를 중심으로

        이 글은 이상화(1901-1943)의 연애시 「나의 침실로」(1923.9)가 앤드류 마블(1621-1678)의 「그의 수줍은 연인에게」(1681), 보들레르(1821-1867)의 「어느 마돈나에게」(1857)와 비교된 맥락을 이해하고, 「나의 침실로」를 동서 비교문학적 시각에서 바라보려 했다. 송욱과 김춘수는 앤드류 마블의 「그의 수줍은 여인에게」를 인용하여 「나의 침실로」가 형이상학파 시의 미달태임을 주장하였는데, 그들의 주장의 근거에는 당대 유행하였던 T. S. 엘리엇과 신비평의 아우라가 자리잡고 있었다. 이에 반해 조영복과 김학동은 「나의 침실로」를 보들레르의 「어느 마돈나에게」와 비교하여, 텍스트 해석의 편폭을 넓혀 해석학적 실증주의를 추구하려 했다. 신비평 중심의 비교나, 실증주의 해석의 추구 모두 이상화의 시를 한국근대시사의 흐름뿐만 아니라 세계문학과의 비교로 읽는데 상당히 공헌하였다. 여기에 고려할 요소를 덧붙인다면, 「나의 침실로」에서 시적 화자가 그의 침실로 초대하고자 한 주체가 신여성인데 반해 실제 저자의 삶은 구여성과의 관계에 놓여 있기에, 「나의 침실로」는 당대 유행한 자유연애의 정사(情死)를 추구하였지만 삶을 포기할 수 없는 시적 화자의 자기분열적 텍스트로 볼 수 있다는 점이다. 이런 측면을 고려할 때 이 시는 「그의 수줍은 연인에게」와 「어느 마돈나에게」의 화자처럼 이루어질 수 없는 사랑에 빠진 분열된 자아를 노래하는 시로 비교가능하다. 「나의 침실로」에 나타난 화자의 분열은 「빼앗긴 들에도 봄은 오는가」(1926.6)에 나타난 자기분열과도 연결되어 있어 남성 화자의 양가적 욕망이 한층 구체적으로 드러난다. This paper explores the context in which the love poem “Toward my Bedchamber”(1923.9) by Yi Sang-hwa(1901-1943) is compared to Andrew Marvell’s “To his Coy Mistress”(1681) and Charles Baudelaire’s “A une Madone”(1857). Song Uk and Kim Chun-su once claimed that “Toward my Bedchamber” merely imitates a English metaphysical poem, “To his Coy Mistress.” Their argument assumes the great influence upon Modern Korean literature by T. S. Eliot and his New Criticism. On the other hand, Cho Young-bok and Kim Hak-dong applied analytical positivism and broadened the scope of textual interpretation by comparing it with Baudelaire’s “A une Madone.” Both comparative approaches based on New Criticism and the positivist hermeneutics, respectively, can contribute to the better understanding of Yi Sang-hwa’s “Toward my Bedchamber” within comparative and world literature studies. This paper provides a common ground to compare “Toward my Bedchamber” with these two Western poems. The poet Yi Sanghwa’s life is related to ‘an old woman’ of family, while his poetic speaker intends to fall in love with ‘a new woman’ as shown in “Toward my Bedchamber.” It can be seen as a poem containing the self-splitting of a poetic speaker who pursue the true love with a new woman by committing suicide together but could not give up his life in the end. “Toward my Bedchamber” is comparable in which a poem that shows the dynamics of self-splitting like the poetic speaker from “To his Coy Mistress” and “A une Madone.” The self-splitting of the speaker in “Toward my Bedchamber” is also connected to the mind of the poetic speaker in his later poem, “Will Spring Return to Stolen Fields” (1926.6).

        국내 풍력단지 증가에 따른 평활효과(Smoothing Effect) 정량화

        The number of wind farms in Korea is expected to increase due to the pressure of the post-2020 climate targets. However, this may result in some difficulties for the operation and expansion planning of our power system, due to the characteristics of wind energy, such as its intermittency and non-dispatchability. Generally, a decrease in these characteristics is called the ‘smoothing effect’. In this study, the smoothing effect is defined as a decrease in the variability of the power output. it is well known that the variability of the power output from wind farms is reduced when more wind farms are integrated into the system. A quantitative analysis of the smoothing effect is necessary to predict the variability of wind energy and this can help the power system to be operated or planned more efficiently. In this study, the methodologies of previous studies were applied to 6 wind farms in Korea. As a result, it was found that the smoothing effect in spring and winter was more effective than that in summer and fall and increased with increasing distance between the wind farms. The expected variability obtained from the equation estimated using the quantitative analysis of the smoothing effect was analogous to the variability of the aggregate power output from the entire wind farms in the power system.

        한국 초·중등학교의 교육정보화 현황 분석:

        본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 초·중등학교의 교육정보화 현황을 살펴보고 이를 기초로 소프트웨어(SW) 교육을 위한 시사점을 탐색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 2016년 11월 전국의 11,528학교를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SW교육 관련 주요 지표를 중심으로 결과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인적영역을 살펴보면 전체 정보·컴퓨터 교과 담당 교사는 6,090명으로 전체 학교 수(5,650개교) 보다 많게 나타났으나, 전공 자격증 소지자는 3,858명에 그쳐 전체 담당 교사 수 대비 약 63% 인 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 2018년부터 필수로 전환되는 중학교의 경우 전체 담당 교사(1,428명)의 54%(777명)만이 관련 자격증을 가진 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물적 영역을 살펴보면 학생 1인당 PC 보유수는 학생 1인당 0.46대로 나타났다. 다만, 이동형 PC인 노트북(0.03대)과 태블릿(0.13) 보유수는 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 무선 AP의 경우, 전체 평균은 학교당 3.7대로 나타났으나, 전국의 학교 중 약 50%는 설치가 되어 있지 않았다. 셋째, 활용 영역을 살펴보면 정보 교과 운영 학교는 중학교는 34.9%, 고등학교는 47.9%로 나타났다. 이와 함께, SW교육 운영지침등을 참고해 관련 교과를 운영한 경험을 살펴보면 초등학교는 필수로 운영되는 실과교과 대비 60.2%로 나타났다. 그리고 중학교는 35.5% 고등학교는 42.9%로 각 학교급에서 운영하는 정보 교과 운영 현황과 유사하게 나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 정량적분석 결과에 기초하여 향후 초․중등학교 SW교육의 체계적인 운영을 위한 교육적시사점에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implications for software (SW)education in Korea based on a 2016 analysis of educational technology of elementary and secondary schools (middle and high schools). To achieve this, this study surveyed 11,528 schools in Korea and analyzed the data focused on primary indicators of SW education. The main results are as follows: First, in the area of human resources, the number of informatics teachers (6,090 teachers) was greater than the total number of schools (5,650 schools). However, only 3,858 teachers had major qualifications, about 63% of the total number of teachers. In the case of middle schools, which will begin mandatory implementation of informatics courses in 2018, at present, 777 teachers are currently employed in relation to the total number of middle schools (3,166 schools). Second, when this study examined school ICT infrastructure area, the number of PCs per student was 0.46. However, the amount of laptop computers (0.03 per student) and tablets (0.13 per student) were found to be insignificant. For wireless access points (WAPs), the overall average was 3.7 per school, and roughly 50% of schools did not have the WAPs. Third, in the area of utilization, 34.9% of middle schools and 47.9% of high schools were in operation of informatics education. In addition, when this study examined the experiences of implementing the curriculum with reference to the national software education operation guidelines. In relation to the total number of schools 60.2% of elementary schools, 35.5% of middle schools, and 42.9% of high schools were in operation of the guidelines. Finally, these results played a role in providing quantitative data for policy and implementation dialogue in preparation for future educational implications of SW education in elementary and secondary schools.

        중국 산동성 선교

        This study seeks to understand why Shantung mission was the only cross-cultural mission work done by the Korean church in 1913-1957 while the focus of other mission works was the Diaspora Koreans and its implications for today's mission work of the Korean church. The Korean church clearly demonstrated its evangelistic zeal by sending its missionaries to Jeju Island, Manchuria, Russia, Japan, Hawaii and Shantung. However, it is interesting that it was only Shantung mission that was cross-cultural in nature, while all others were targeting Koreans living overseas. This study briefly looks at those early missionary enterprise in different regions, which at the end points to the foundational difference between Shantung mission and other missions in other places. They share many things in common, they both were initiated by the church, they both show the missionray zeal, they both were done while they did not have sufficient resources, they both have sacrificial indiviuals. However, Shantung mission stands as the only cross-cultural mission work. While fully agreeing that Shantung mission was exclusively ministered, gorverned and financed by the Korean church, this study suggests that Shantung mission was the only cross-cultural mission enterprise because it was initiated by a missionary, possibly with the help of a missionary board. Some previous studies seem to overlook the fact that W. B. Hunt took a significant role in planning and preparing Shantung mission, mediating between mission boards, the Chinese church and the Korean church. This study, then, goes further to discuss what the Korean church may learn from this historical event.

        일제 말기 식민지배에 대응하는 피식민의 여러 기억들

        This paper is to compare a fiction work from modern Korean literature with that from the Taiwanese and the Okinawa literature within colonial and post-colonial contexts. Korea and Taiwan was the colony of Japan from 1910 to 1945 and from 1895 to 1945, respectively. Okinawa has been a part of Japan since its annexation in 1888. These three regions all experienced the Japanese imperialism, and the legacy of the Japanese colonialism has been still prevalent even under the American political and cultural influence since 1945. The autobiographical short story, “The Woman Who Fulled Clothes,” portrays a Zainichi Korean family who had been forced to move to and stay in Karafuto, Hokkaido. The narrator ‘I’ delineates his identity, oscillating between his motherland, Japan, and his parents’ home, Korea. Korea and Taiwan shared the cultural dynamics of hegemonic transition from the Chinese civilization to the Westernization via Japan. The orphan of Asia reflects such historical background in East Asia as close as shown in “The Woman Who Fulled Clothes.” The Taiwanese family had moved from the mainland China to Taiwan, and the second son of this family experienced diverse life in the imperial Japan, the semi-colonial China, and the colonial Taiwan. However, he cannot find where his identity is anchored and becomes mad in the end. The colonial circumstance of Okinawa seems even as worse as that of Korea and Taiwan. A short story “The Droplet” deals with the issue of survival guilt from the Battle of Okinawa. The author problematizes how Okinawan survivors can cope with their war memories using Bakhtin’s discourse of ‘grotesque realism’ to depict an abnormal Okinawan society in the postwar period.
