Purpose: This research was conducted to the comparison of flipped learning on nursing students' learning motivation, learning attitude and problem solving ability. Method: Flipped learning was a learner-centered learning method. This study was conducted on 93 nursing students and 4th grade students taking community nursing. This study was a comparative experimental study of single group. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: The results of this study showed that the instruction of the flip learning application was statistically different from that before the test in the learning motivation (t=-2.149, p=.034) and problem solving ability (t=2.210, p=.030). However, there was no statistically significant difference in learning attitude. It is thought that the flipped-learning classes was progressed with the learner-centered, and the learner was given a lot of tasks and the preparation time was required. The classes with the flip learning was effective for the motivation and problem solving ability improvement. Conclusion: Therefore, in the next study, it is necessary to design a classes that complements this part in order to positively increase the students' attitude of learning. I would like to apply flipped-learning classes in various subjects.

Super low temperature has many applications nowadays, from the chemical processing, automotives manufacturing, plastic recycling, etc. Considering of its wide application in the present and the future, study of the super-low temperature refrigeration system should be actively carried out. Super low state temperature can be achieved by using multi-stage refrigeration system. This paper present the development and testing of cascade refrigerator system for achieving super-low temperature. On this experiment, two different types of HCFCs refrigerants are utilized, R-22 and R-23 or R-290 and R-170 were applied for the high stage and the low-pressure stage respectively. The lowest temperature in the low-pressure evaporator that can be achieved by th is cascade refrigeration system is down to -85℃. This experiment is aimed to study the effect of high stage refrigerant mass to the overall temperature characteristics of cascade refrigeration system.

The roll characteristic of railway vehicle is an important factor that affects the roll-over of vehicle and lateral ride comfort of passenger. Generally the roll characteristics of railway vehicle is defined by the term of roll-coefficient, s, which represents the ratio of incline of carbody to that of rail-cant. The limit values of roll coefficient recommended in UIC are 0.4 for coach without pantograph and 0.15 for vehicle with pantograph. The roll coefficient can be calculated by VAMPIRE that is the well-known commercial software for analysis of dynamic behavior of railway vehicle. The value of roll coefficient is effected by height of gravity center of carbody, stiffness of primary and secondary suspension and etc. The calculated roll-coefficient for electric locomotive and passenger coach is 0.12 and 0.77 respectively. The additional equipment such as anti-roll bar is considered in order to decrease roll-coefficient of passenger coach. In relation to roll characteristics, the analysis for roll-over due to wind is also performed. The results show that roll-characteristics affect the roll-over of vehicle.

Seawater amounts to 70% of the earth and represents a quite unlimited resource for the production of fresh water by desalination processes and for the extraction of dissolved salts present in it. Recently, the falling film evaporation has increased in interest as an efficient method for seawater desalination system. In the desalination system, the flow characteristics of the falling film is very important issue to make highly efficient system. So, this study is taken to investigate numerically the falling film thickness on the inlet Renold Number ranges are 400 to 700. Numerical simulations are performed using FLUENT6.3.26, a commercial CFD code.

Air-heating vaporizer usually is used to regasify LNG at satellite areas because of the small demand of natural gas there. The co㎜on type of air heating vaporizer which exists in the market is the longitudinally finned type with 8 fins, 55 ㎜ fin length and 2 ㎜ fin thickness. To contribute in developing an efficient air-heating vaporizer, experiment on finned type air-heating vaporizer using 8 fins, 50 ㎜(fin length) with 2 ㎜(fin thickness) which exist in the market and 4 fins, 75 ㎜(fin length) with 2 ㎜(fin thickness), which is proposed, were conducted. Then, both types of vaporizers are compared. The experiments were conducted in one hour by varying the ambient condition and the length of the vaporizer. The ambient air was controlled so that it has the same temperature, humidity and air velocity with air condition in every season available and the length was varied 4000 ㎜, 6000 ㎜ and 8000 ㎜ for each type of vaporizer. Additional experiment with longer duration, i.e. In this experiment, the main aspects in analyzing the characteristics of the air heating vaporizer the inlet-outlet enthalpy difference and the outlet temperature of the working fluid. LN₂ is used to substitute LNG because of safety reason. The results show that the characteristics of the finned type 4fin75le vaporizer are comparable to finned type 8fin50le vaporizer.
성인 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업에 관한 현상학적 연구

시뮬레이션 수업은 비판적 사고를 고취시키며, 의사소통 능력 및 임상수행능력과 관련된 지식 습득을 향상시킨다. 본 연구는 성인 간호대학생의 시뮬레이션 수업 경험에 대한 의미와 본질적 구조를 파악하기 위해 시도된 질적 연구이다. 본 연구는 P시 소재 간호학과에 재학 중인 성인 간호대학생 24명을 대상으로 2016년 8월부터 2017년 2월까지의 기간동안에 심층면담과 참여관찰을 이용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 현상학적 방법 중 연구자의 입장과 일치하는 Colaizzi의 방법으로 진행하였다. 연구 결과 8개의 주제묶음으로 도출되었다. 새로운 교과목에 대한 설레임과 고가장비 작동에 대한 부담감, 응급상황에 본능적으로 몰입, 조별학습과 자가 평가를 통한 지식확장 및 학습동기 유발, 반복연습을 통한 간호술 연마, 임상실습에 대한 두려움이 사라지는 교육, 순간 상처로 인한 마음의 근육을 다짐, 가상 상황임에 대한 안도감, 그룹 활동을 통한 괴리감 형성이다. 앞으로 간호교육에 있어 시뮬레이션 수업을 활용한 교육에 대한 관심은 더욱더 가속화 될 것이다. 그러므로 시뮬레이션 수업을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서 본 연구에서 도출되어진 결과를 반영하여 수업을 운영하고 평가할 것을 제언한다. Simulation lessons was improved critical thinking, improved communication skills, and acquired knowledge related to clinical performance. This research was conducted to understand and describe the world of adult nursing student’s real simulation class experience by Qualitative method. This study was carried out by using deep interviews and participant observations from August 2016 to February 2017 to 24 participants who are studying at P city department of adult nursing students. Analysis of data was performed using method presented by Colaizzi. The results From significant statements, 8 theme clusters were identified as follows: Burden on new school subjects and the need to operate expensive equipment, Instinctively immersed in an emergency, Expanding knowledge and stimulating learning through group and self-evaluation, Nursing practice through repeated practice, Education where fear of clinical practice disappears, Compensate for the muscles of the heart due to a momentary wound, A sense of security in a virtual situation, Formation of gap between group activities. Therefore, it is suggested that the class should be operated and evaluated in order to operate the simulation class effectively.

Purpose: This study was designed to be an ethnographic research in order to understand the aspect and meaning of life related lifestyles from the point of view of sea women of Jeju interaction with environment and healthy life. Methods: Participants of this study were 12 sea women who were 50 to 82 years old, had more than 30 years’ experiences of underwater work, had the ability to communicate, and 9 related persons who were possible to think and judge in clear and consistent manners and agreed voluntarily to participate in this study with an understanding of its purpose. Results: First, this study could determine in detail the characteristics of health lifestyles that sea women of Jeju have, especially in terms of ‘awareness of being a sea woman and the acceptance of underwater work’, ‘formation of relational networks’ and ‘body control’. Second, sea women of Jeju has some principles of health life, or productivity, efficiency and harmony. Conclusion: The study is also expected to help develop a body of knowledge about those women’s health lifestyles and promote subsequent researches on sea women in different regions.
