전거레코드 표목의 구조화 연구 - 인명과 단체명 전거레코드의 표목을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 기존의 전거제어 방식의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 표목의 구조화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 표목의 연결 구조를 전거형식과 그 이형을 참조로 연결하는 구조에서 동등한 접근점 간의 연결 구조로 개선하였으며, 전거형식 대신 전거제어번호를 식별기호로 도입하는 방안을 고려하였다. 그리고 동명이인이나 동명이단체의 식별을 위해 관련 저작정보를 제시하는 등 추가 식별정보를 제시하였으며, 전거데이터 표기체계를 기술하여 전거데이터의 교환과 공유를 촉진시키는 데 활용하도록 하였다. 또한 이 연구에서 제시한 표목의 구조화 방식을 적용하여 전거레코드를 작성하기 위한 전거시스템을 구축하였다. 그 결과, 대표형식을 선정하는 데 있어서의 어려움이 있었던 기존의 방식과 달리 전거형식을 폐지해도 전거레코드의 작성 및 유지에 어려움이 없으며, 전거레코드의 식별과 교환 측면이 강화되었음을 확인하였다. This study aims to suggest some idea for construction of headings in authority records to improve conventional method for authority control. The reference structure between established form and other forms was replaced by the link structure based on access points and adopting standard authority numbers was considered. Additional elements such as work information to distinguish homonym and notational system of the headings to promote sharing of authority records were also addressed. Authority records management system was constructed to test structure of headings suggested in this study, too. Through this research, we confirmed that management, identification, and sharing of authority records were considerably improved compared with the conventional authority control system.

정상 구강 점막 소견의 구강 통증 환자의 진단 및 치료

Objectives : Oral pain without identifiable oral mucosa lesion is probably multifactorial origin, which include burning mouth syndrome (BMS), oral candidiasis and so on. The aim of this study was to analyze the characteristics of oral pain without identifiable oral mucosa lesion and to evaluate treatment outcome of those patients. Materials and Methods : We reviewed 50 patients without identifiable oral mucosa lesion who were complaint of oral pain. The patients were analyzed according tothe sites, associated symptoms, laboratory tests and fungus culture. The questionnaire included questions on their current diseases, smoking and alcoholic history, psychological factors, and symptoms. Results : The average age of patients was 60 years old. The most frequently involved site was tongue (92%), followed by palate, lower lip, oropharynx, and gingiva. 60% of the patients has psychological disorder as self reported. Culture for Candida was positive in 36% of patients and serum zinc deficiency was present in 60% of patients. Serum iron, vitamin B12, hemoglobin, folic acid deficiency were present in 6-2% of patients. Seventeen patients (65%) with BMS and twelve patients (66%) with oral candidiasis were improved after treatment. Conclusion : We recommend oral candida culture to oral pain patients without oral mucosa lesion. Zinc supplementation of zinc depletion patients may be helpful whereas other laboratory tests have no diagnostic values.

In school mathematics, the logarithmic function is defined as the inverse function of an exponential function. And the natural logarithm is defined by the integral of the fractional function 1/x. But historically, Napier had already used the concept of logarithm in 1614 before the use of exponential function or integral. The calculation of the logarithm was a hard work. So mathematicians with arithmetic ability made the tables of values of logarithms and people used the tables for the estimation of data. In this paper, we first take a look at the mathematicians and mathematical principles related to the appearance and the developments of the logarithmic tables. And then we deal with the confusions between mathematicians, raised by the estimation data which were known as proportional parts or mean differences in common logarithmic tables.

The Dublin Core element set has been developed over the past years as an open, consensus-building metadata from many user communities. Wider adoption in many countries made this metadata a major resource discovery standard on the internet. The version 1.1 of the Dublin Core element set was adopted as CEN Workshop Agreement 13874 in Europe, and also ratified under the auspices of the National Information Standards Organization in US as ANSI Standard Z39.85. This report summarizes the standardization activities that have taken place in the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative for the past years.

1. Objectives The Purpose of this study was to evaluate whether use of Sasang -Bang with western medication may injury the liver and the kidney function. We clinically studied the change Liver function test and BUN/Cr in patients who were hospitalized in Hana oriental Medical center for more than 1 month. 2. Methods The subjects were 33 patients admitted in Hana Oriental Medical center. All patients had been checked Liver Function Test and BUN/Cr three times every 2 weeks. 3. Results Aspartate Aminotransferase(AST), Alanine Aminotransferase(ALT), Gamma-Glutamyl transferase(GGT), Total billirubin, BUN, Creatine didn't change, compared with previous 2 weeks and 4 weeks. 4. Conclusions This study suggests that even though there are few toxic Sasang-Bang, in general, herbal medications with western medications which are prescribed by oriental medicine doctors should be carefully administered not to hurt liver and kidney function.

연관색인법(聯關索引法)의 이론(理論)과 실제(實際)

정보(情報)의 축적(蓄積)과 검색(檢索)을 위한 개념(槪念) 조직과정(組織過程)에서는 개념(槪念) 뿐만 아니라 이들 개념간(槪念間)의 상관관계(相關關係)가 명확히 표현되어야 하며 이를 위해서는 인간(人間)의 사고과정(思考科程)에 기초해야 한다. 연관색인법(聯關索引法)에서는 9개의 연관기호(聯關記號)를 통하여 문신 중에서 각 개념간의 관계표현이 가능하며 이들 개념을 순열(順列)시키므로써 주제색인(主題索引)으로서의 기능을 수행할 수 있으며 기존의 색인(索引)시스템에 비해 검색효율의 개선(改善)을 초래할 수 있을 것이다. The intellectual organization of information for storage and retrieval is one of the problem areas of information science. But the most of the methods have been developed are based on the coordination of keywords by Boolean logic or traditional classification systems. It is necessary to include in indexing process not just concepts or keywords, but also to express explicitly the relationship between them. Farradane believed that such a system should be founded on the psychology of thinking and developed an outline structure for concept organization and a series of explicit relations. The system of relational operators provides nine symbols which enable the semantic relationship between any two concepts to be explicitly specified in a analet. With the addition of the permutations of such analets, formed according to simple rules, alphabetical arrangement of the first term provides a complete logical subject index. Relational indexing as the basis of an indexing language has the potential to offer improved retrieval performance.

중국 최고인민법원은 '특허권 침해분쟁 소송사건 심리에 적용하는 법률에 관한 약간의 문제 해석'에서, 특허청구범위의 해석, 특허실시행위, 비침해항변, 침해배상액의 산정, 생산방법의 추정, 비침해확인의 소에 대하여 규정하고 있다. 이 사법해석은 2010년 1월 1일부터 시행되어 지식재산권 침해분쟁을 운영하는 기준으로서 활용되므로, 각 규정의 내용 및 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

과도한 마모를 보이는 환자에서 완전도재관을 이용한 구강회복 증례

치아의 마모는 점진적으로 발생하는 생리적인 현상으로 알려져 있다. 생리적 마모는 그 정도가 적고 치조골의 보상성 성장과 치아의 정출에 의해 수직고경이 유지된다고 보고되고 있다. 하지만 과도한 병적마모는 병적인 치수상태, 교합부조화, 기능장애와 심미적인 문제를 야기하여 완전 구강회복술을 요하는 경우가 많다. 수복 시에는 기능과 심미를 회복할 수 있는 적절한 수직고경의 변경이 필요하며 근신경계와 조화를 이루는 고경의 결정이 중요하다. 본 증례는 36세 여성으로, 전반적인 치아마모와 심미적 불만족을 주소로 내원하였다. 마모된 정도와 심미를 고려하여 상악 전치부 절단면 기준으로 감소한 수직고경을 2 mm 회복하고 완전도재관을 이용하여 수복하였다. 이에 적절한 심미적, 기능적 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. Tooth wear is known as a normal physiological process which gradually progresses. It is reported that vertical dimension can be kept stable because amount of physiologically worn loss could be compensated by growth of alveolar bone and tooth eruption. However, excessive tooth wear as pathologic wear can cause pathologic pulp, disharmony with occlusal plane, functional disorders and esthetic problems so that full mouth rehabilitation could be needed in these cases. Recovery of function and esthetic improvement should be considered for alteration of the vertical dimension. Determination of the vertical dimension of occlusion is needed to be in harmony with the neuromuscular system. This clinical report describes 36 year-old female patient who had chief complaint of severely worn dentition and esthetic discomfort. An increase of 2.0 mm at maxillary incisal edge was done to restore vertical dimension. It was based on the degree of tooth wear and esthetics.
