A bee venom is very useful and expensive medical resource. A bee venom collector has some difficulties and inconveniences because of its complex component. This is used normal battery as an electric power. However, using the solar cell of the bee-venom collector reduces economic burden and guarantees high efficiency. We have performed comparative experiment between the bee venom collector to use battery and the one to use solar cell(polycrystalline silicon) by collecting the bee venom simultaneously. At the same electricity, the electric frequency(AC), 312 ㎐ is more superior than 450 ㎐. This paper verified through the experiments that the bee venom collector to adopt solar cell is more effective than normal collector.

학교장의 감성리더십과 교사의 학교조직몰입과의 관계 연구

본 연구는 학교장의 감성리더십과 교사의 학교조직몰입에 대한 교사의 인식 정도를 교사와 학교 배경변인별로 살펴보고, 학교장의 감성리더십과 교사의 학교조직몰입 간에는 어떤 관계가 있으며, 학교장의 감성리더십이 교사의 학교조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 학교장의 감성리더십과 학교조직몰입에 대한 교사의 인식은 평균을 상회하는 정도로 비교적 높게 나타났고, 남교사와 부장교사, 초등학교 교사, 고경력 교사일수록 학교장과 학교조직에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 학교장의 감성 리더십은 교사의 학교조직몰입 모든 하위변인과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 학교장의 감성리더십은 교사의 학교조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히 학교장의 감성리더십 중 관계인식능력과 자기인식능력은 교사의 학교조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과는 학교장의 감성리더십이 발휘될 때 교사들로 하여금 학교조직에 몰입할 수 있는 풍토를 조성할 수 있다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between principal's emotional leadership and teacher's school organizational commitment and to examine the effects of principal's emotional leadership on teacher's school organizational commitment by exploring teacher's comprehension level on principal's emotional leadership and teacher's school organizational commitment in terms of teacher and school background variables. The results of the study show that this comprehension level is higher than an average, also more positive recognition is shown in male, elementary school, and high career teacher. The principal's emotional leadership has a significant correlation with teacher's school organizational commitment. In addition, the principal's emotional leadership affects teacher's school organizational commitment positively. Especially, capability of relationship management and self-awareness in the principal's emotional leadership affect teacher's school organizational commitment significantly. It suggests that the principal's emotional leadership can make the affirmative climate of teacher's school organization commitment.
