        감성 측정평가 시뮬레이터의 설비 배치

        This paper investigates the methodology to develop a layout of the simulator for measuring and evaluating human sensibility. Since the simulator layout is different from general building layouts in that it is organized in order to communicate systematically between facilities, laboratories to evaluate human sensibility and equipments to support experiments in simulator, two approaches based on eigenvector and cut tree are applied to develop a simulator layout. Qualitative input data (relationship chart. space requirements for each laboratory and equipment) are obtained and transformed into quantitative data. The information obtained by two approaches provides several meaningful clues to generate the simulator layout. The simulator layout is presented based on the obtained information by two approaches. Extracted quantitative data by using eigenvector and cut tree are meaningful of generating the simulator layout.

        형태 제약과 출입구를 고려한 설비 배치 및 복도 구조 디자인

        The cut tree approach of Montreuil and Ratliff [16] and eigenvector approach [10] are used to automatically draw a feasible facility layout with aisle structure. The department arrangement can minimize an aisle distance criterion considering door locations and dimension constraints. The aisle distance is measured by the door to door distance between departments. An eigenvector and cut tree approaches [1] are implemented based on the branch and bound technique in Kim et al. [2] in order to obtain feasible layouts. Then, the algorithm to fix the door location of each department is developed. After the door locations are determined, the factory layout is evaluated in terms of aisle distance. The aisle structure is obtained by expanding the original layout. The solution is kept until we will find better factory layout. The proposed approach based on the branch and bound technique, in theory, will provide the optimal solution. If the runs are time and/or node limited, the proposed method is a strong heuristic. The technique is made further practical by the fact that the solution is constrained such that the rectangular shape dimensions length(l) and width(w) are fixed and a perfect fit is generated if a fit is possible.

        공장 자동화를 위한 다열 배치에서의 작업자 할당

        This paper considers the workforce assignment problem to minimize both the deviations of workloads assigned to workers and to maximize the total preference between each worker and each machine. Because of the high expense of technology education and the difficulties of firing employees, there is no part time workers in semiconductor industry. Therefore, multi-skilled workers are trained for performing various operations in several machines. The bicriteria workforce assignment problem in this paper is not easy to obtain the optimal solution considering the aisle structure and it is belong to NP-class. The proposed heuristic algorithms are developed based on the combination of spacefilling curve technique, simulated annealing technique and graph theory focusing on the multiple-row machine layout. Examples are presented for the proposed algorithms how to find a good solution.

        공급사슬에서 통합선행요인과 공급사슬통합 및 경영성과에 관한 연구 : 마케팅 부서를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기업들이 공급사슬을 통합하기 위한 선행요인이라고 생각되는 요인들을 찾아서 정리하고, 공급사슬 통합선행요인이 내부통합과 외부통합에 영향을 미치는가? 나아가 이러한 공급사슬통합이 개별기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이 주요한 연구의 목적이다. 가설의 검정결과 공급사슬 통합선행요인은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급사슬통합은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 통합선행요인은 경영성과에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 공급사슬통합은 공급사슬 통합선행요인과 경영성과 사이에서 매개역할은 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 공급사슬 통합의 선행요인을 규명하였으며, 공급사슬통합이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서 외부통합의 중요성을 확인하였다 The purpose of this study is to find out the factors considered by business corporations as antecedents for integrating supply chain. Further focus lies on investigating whether the integrated antecedents of supply chain influence internal and external integration. The influence of supply chain integration on the management performances of individual company is addressed. As a result of hypothesis test, the integrated antecedents of supply chain affect positive (+) influence on the supply chain integration, and supply chain integration influences positive (+) impact on management performances. In addition, integrated antecedents of supply chain positively impact on the management performances. However, the supply chain integration does not undertake the medium role between the integrated antecedents and management performances. This study clarifies the antecedents of the supply chain integration and it is confirmed that the importance of external integration when supply chain integration influences on management performances.

        예산의 제약을 고려한 공공 서비스 센터의 위치선정 및 시설배정

          본 연구에서는 공공서비스 센터(PSCs)의 위치결정과 각 공공 서비스 센터에서의 운영시설 할당 문제를 다룬다. 공공서비스 센터를 도시의 어느 곳에 위치시키고, 또한 각 공공 서비스 센터에서 어떠한 시설을 운영할 것인지를 결정하기 위해서는 예산의 한계 그리고 각 공공 서비스 센터와 시설이 요구하는 공간을 고려하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 0-1 정수계획법 문제로 본 문제를 모델링하고 그 해법을 제시하였다. 목적함수는 여러 블록의 인구가 서비스 센터의 시설을 사용하는 효용을 이용하여 모델링 하고, 제약식은 비용 및 공간 제약을 이용하였다. 제약식이 비용 및 공간 등 여러 개가 있어야 하는 문제의 특징 때문에 본 문제는 여러 개의 하부 문제로 나누어진다. 모델링된 정수계획법 문제의 해를 구하기 위해서 0-1 knapsack 문제의 해법을 이용한 최적해 보장 절차가 제시 되었다. 그리고 최적해 조건에 맞지 않는 특별한 문제의 해법을 위해 그 경우에 적용되는 휴리스틱 알고리즘이 bin packing 알고리즘을 응용하여 개발되어 다양한 경우에도 해를 찾을 수 있는 방법을 개발하였으며 예제를 통해 다양한 조건에 해당되는 풀이절차를 제시하였다.   This paper addresses the location determination of public service center (PSCs) and the allocation of facilities at each PSC. Considering the space requirement as well as budgetary constraint, we formulate the 0-1 integer programming model. Because of the characteristics of the model, the problem is decomposed into sub problems. Then, solution procedure based on 0-1 knapsack problem is developed. The conditions that the developed procedure generates optimal solution are investigated. When optimality conditions are not hold, a heuristic algorithm is developed.

        연구논문 : 스마트그리드 관련 기술 및 서비스 평가기준 도출 및 AHP 방법을 이용한 상대적 중요도 분석

        This study develops the evaluation criteria on technology and service related to smart grid. Four factors in the first hierarchy and fourteen factors in the second hierarchy were determined by reviewing literature and interviewing experts. The extracted criteria are compared each other in order to find relative importance. Pairwise comparisons based on AHP technique were performed and reponses from subjects were analyzed. The results said the order of importance for the first hierarchy was economic factor → stability → technology → social factor. Also the order of importance for the second hierarchywas provided in this paper. The priority of five alternatives of smart grid application was computed by surveying the importance of evaluation criteria in terms of each alternative. After applying obtained importance index of each evaluation criteria, this study presented the priority order (smart transportation → smart renewable → smart power grid → smart electric service → smart place) of 5 alternatives concerning technology and service related to smart grid. The results of this study can be used to determine environmental policy for allocating resources on the projects concerning smart grid technology and service.

        형태제약을 가지는 부서의 다층빌딩 설비배치

        The branch and bound techniques based on cut tree and eigenvector have been introduced in the literature[1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12]. These techniques are used as a basis to allocate departments to floors and then to fit departments with unchangeable dimensions into floors. Grouping algorithms to allocate departments to each floor are developed and branch and bound forms the basis of optimizing using the criteria of rectilinear distance. The proposed branch and bound technique, in theory, will provide the optimal solution on two dimensional layout. If the runs are time and/or node limited, the proposed method is a strong heuristic. The technique is made further practical by the fact that the solution is constrained such that the rectangular shape dimensions length and width are fixed and a perfect fit is generated if a fit is possible. Computational results obtained by cut tree-based algorithm and eigenvector-based algorithm are shown when the number of floors are two or three and there is an elevator.

        공급사슬 통합의 선행요인과 기업성과와의 관계에서 통합유형의 매개효과와 갈등대응의 조절효과

        본 연구는 공급사슬 통합 선행요인과 기업성과 사이에서 통합유형의 매개효과와 갈등대응의 조절효과를 연구하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 따라서 선행연구 및 문헌연구를 바탕으로 하여 공급사슬 통합 선행요인으로 정보의 공유, 유연성, 경영환경의 불확실성을, 통합유형으로는 외부통합과 내부통합을 선정하였고, 갈등대응으로는 갈등대응 회피와 갈등대응 협조를, 기업성과로는 내부만족성과와 통합성과, 그리고 고객만족 성과를 선정하였다. 가설검정 결과 통합 선행요인은 통합유형에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 경영환경의 불확실성은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로, 통합유형 역시 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는데 외부통합이 내부통합보다 더 높은 성과를 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 갈등대응은 조절변수로서 역할을 하지 않지만 독립변수로서는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 통합유형은 매개변수로의 역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 기업들이 공급사슬 통합을 이루는 이유는 정보의 공유와 유연성에 있으며, 기업성과를 제고할 수 있는 방안으로는 공급사슬 구성원들을 외부통합하여 하나의 기업처럼 운영할 수 있도록 하는 것이고, 통합 상황에서 갈등이 발생하는 경우에는 갈등에 적절하게 대응(협조)하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of integration types and the moderating effect of conflict resolution in the relationship among the antecedents of supply chain integration and corporate performance. Based on literature review, this paper determines information sharing, flexibility, and uncertainty of administrative environment as the antecedents of supply chain integration, Integration types are divided into internal and external integration. Conflict resolution involves both avoidance of conflict resolution and cooperation for conflict resolution. Performances of internal satisfaction, integration and customer satisfaction are extracted by reviewing corresponding researches for corporate performance. According to the test results, the antecedents of SC integration except the uncertainty of administrative environment impact positively on integration types. The integration types affect corporate performance positively. Especially, external integration impacts corporate performance more than internal integration does. Conflict resolution does not play a moderating role and integration types are shown as parameters. This paper shows the reason why companies focus on supply chain integration is in information sharing and flexibility. It is proposed that managing supply chain members like a single organization by external integration is needed to improve corporate performance. When conflict occurs during SC integration, this study suggests cooperation for conflict resolution is important.

        서비스혁신 사례연구: (주) 가구 아마존

        Unlike the past, the service industry has been growing fast and the relative weight in the economic sector is increasing. Because of intangibility, simultaneity, perishability and heterogeneous nature, the service company requires different types of innovation activities to survive comparing with manufacturing company. The service company should investigate customers" needs and provide suitable service to customers effectively. This paper focuses on the company which creates and delivers service based on the information about customers" needs after communicating with customers. The furniture distribution and retailer company for case study has implemented continuous innovation activities. As the results of three types of innovation activities (service creation innovation, service delivery innovation and communication with customers innovation), the company obtained increased number of customers and sales revenue.
