잠수함 교전 시뮬레이션의 사후분석을 위한 객체와 소나 표적간의 연관 기법

We propose a method to generate the object-target identifier mapping information for system performance and effectiveness analysis of submarine engage system and verify the validity of the proposed method through experiments. In the submarine model of the engage simulator, the signal processing algorithm of the actual sonar system is installed. In the target information obtained through the sonar or signal processing process, the actual object information is not known, and the simulator does not provide such information. Therefore, in this study, we generated identifier mapping information for simulation post-analysis by using bearing, range, and speed of the target obtaind from sonar signal processing and the object collected. 함정 전투실험의 사후분석에서는 객체에 대한 자함의 표적 탐지능력와 무장 교전능력을 분석한다. 따라서 사후분석을 위해서는 전장 환경의 위협 객체와 센서에서 탐지한 표적간 연관 맺을 수 있는 정보가 필요하다. 기존의 공학급 교전 시뮬레이터는 이러한 객체-표적 연관정보를 제공하였다. 그러나 사용된 시뮬레이터의 잠수함모델에는 실제 소나시스템의 신호처리 알고리즘이 탑재되어있다. 소나신호처리 과정을 통해 얻은 표적정보에서는 실제 객체정보가 무엇인지 연관지을 수 없으며, 사용된 시뮬레이터도 그러한 정보를 제공하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 객체정보와 소나신호처리에서 얻은 표적의 방위각, 거리, 속도 등의 기동정보를 이용하여 객체-표적 연관정보를 생성하였다. 객체-표적 연관정보를 생성하는 방법을 제안하고, 제안한 방법의 타당성을 실험을 통해 검증하였다.

열화셀 진단 알고리즘을 탑재한 IEC 61850 기반 ESS 서버 구현

국내 ESS (Electric Energy Storage System) 사업은 원인이 밝혀지지 않은 화재로 잠정 중단된 상태이다. 몇 가지 타당한 원인으로는 보호 시스템과 운영 관리에 있어서 새로 도입하는 기술로 성숙도와 안정도가 미흡하다는 평가가 주를 잇고 있다. ESS는 고압의 전류가 변환되어 저장되는 과정에서 온도나 습도, 완충 상태 및 셀의 열화 상태가 화재를 일으키는 요인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해서는 서버가 ESS의 상태를 진단하여 문제가 발생하기 전에 노화된 셀이나 불량인 셀의 교체를 해준다면 화재를 예방할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 열화셀 진단 알고리즘이 탑재된 ESS IED 서버의 개발을 목표로 진단 알고리즘에 필요한 입력값과 출력값 데이터 모델을 IEC 61850 표준을 따르고 구축한 서버에 알고리즘의 수행 결과로 나온 열화 셀의 위치정보 및 진단 상태를 4단계로 나누어서 상위 서버에서 진단 결과를 보고받을 수 있는 기능을 갖춘 서버의 개발에 관한 내용을 기술한다.

차량간(V2V) 메시지 송신 보안 안전성 평가기술 연구

본 논문은 차량단말기(OBU)가 BSM 메시지를 IEEE 1609.2, SAE J294.5/1 표준에 부합하는 보안을 적용해서 전송하는지 평가하는 차량간(V2V) 메시지 송신 보안 안전성 평가기술에 대해서 기술한다. 차량간(V2V) 메시지 송신 보안 안전성 평가시스템은 차량간(V2V) 메시지 송신 보안의 4가지의 성능 지표인 BSM 메시지 보안 항목 포함 여부, 이기종간 상호호환성만족 여부, 신뢰성 및 무결성 보장 여부, 차량단말기(OBU) 익명성 보장 여부에 대해서 평가하며 평가항목과 절차는 IEEE 1609.2, SAE 2945/1, SAE J2945/1A, FMVSS150 표준을 기반으로 개발되었다. 마지막으로 개발한 차량간 간 통신(V2V) 송신 보안 안전성 평가시스템을 통하여 Cohda Wireless의 차량단말기(OBU)인 MK5의 차량간(V2V) 메시지 송신 보안 안전성을 평가하였다.

三嘉지역의 鄕案入錄을 둘러싼 당파적 갈등

This article is to describe the conflicts and split caused by the matter of registration on the hyangan(local leaders' list) with a focus on the disputes between political factions. In Samga, hyangan had been made several times until 1716, and in the process not a few conflicts had happened. In 1716, conflicts became so severe that hyangan was divided into two, being recorded by two different groups. That was why the final 'Samga hyangan' was completed in two volumes by the next generations. When the hyangan system was split into two groups, people who left(the part of B) outnumbered remaining people(the part of A). While suffering strifes, however, the B part gradually decreased in number whereas people increasingly joined the part of A. Looking into what family clans attended each part, at the A's side there were Samgoe faction(三槐堂派) of the Andong Gwon(安東權) family with some other families and at the B's part there were Jukgye faction(竹溪公派) of the Gimhae Kim(金海金) family and others. People from Saseong faction(司成公派) of the Chogye Jung(草溪鄭) family and some other families signed up their names on both sides, which shows us that even within the same family the family members made different choice about which hyangan line they would join. After Injo's Coup, with their power weaker, local aristocratic families in West Gyeongnam Province, who succeeded to the school of Nammyeong(南冥), mostly went to the group of Southerners(南人) and some to Westerners(西人) or Norons(老論). Likewise, in Samga, there was an early appearance of family members who decided their attitude as being Westerners and then the number of families having a Noron position was on the increase. Many other families made their position clear as being Southerners. Some families were divided into Norons' line and Southerners' line within the same family as the Eunjin Song(恩津宋) family did. With Southerners exceeding in number, a considerable number of families in Samga still didn't clearly show their political position toward the party factions. Such a situation of factional separation was reflected on hyangan: 'Samga hyanan' volume 1 was made by people from the Norons' line involving Samgoe faction of the Andong Gwon family and volume 2 was made by the Southerners involving Jukgye faction of the Gimhae Kim family. People of some families which did not belong to any political factions seemed to be introduced later into each group respectively in competition between factions. Norons had been dominating in politics since 18th century and in that situation Norons in Samga might have tried to extend its influence, and thus the number of those who joined the Norons' line must have increased. This is confirmed by the fact that the listed members on hyangan from Norons' line gradually increased in number while the Southerners decreased.

조선시대 경상우도의 중심지, 진주

진주는 신라 이후 경남 서부지역의 중심지로 기능해 왔다. 진주의 역사·문화에서 중요한 곳인 지리산은 영험한 산으로 알려져 있었고, 지리산을 배경으로 여러 저항세력들이 활동했던 사례도 적지 않았다. 이는 진주 주민들의 저항성에도 영향을 주었다. 진주는 토질이 비옥하고 물산이 풍요로워 주민의 생활기반이 탄탄했고, 조선 초기부터 조정의 높은 관리들이 많이 배출되었다. 16세기 후반 진주는 경상우도를 대표하는 南冥學派의 중심지였다. 남명은 ‘敬義’와 실천을 강조하였고, 이같은 학풍은 그의 문인들에게도 이어졌다. 남명학파 인물들은 임진왜란 때는 각 지역에서 의병을 일으켰고, 광해군대에는 ‘대북’세력으로서 정계를 장악하였다. 그러나 인조반정이 일어면서 남명학파는 침체되고 대거 남인화하였다. 남명학파는 이후 『南冥集』 훼판사건 등 여러 사건이 벌어지면서, 여기에서 소외된 그룹은 서인·노론화되었다. 18세기 이후 향족과 서얼층의 집요한 저항과 신흥계층의 지속적인 신분상승 도모로 인해 향촌사회에서 사족들의 지배권이 점차 약화되었다. 경남 서부지역은 이 현상이 더 심할 수밖에 없었다. 이런 가운데 경남 서부지역의 사림들은 덕천서원을 중심으로 결집하면서 남명학풍을 진작시키려고 노력하였다. Since Silla(新羅) Jinju(晉州) has functioned as the center of the western part of Gyeongnam(慶南). Jirisan(智異山) which was an important place in the history and culture of Jinju was known as a mysterious mountain, and there were many cases where various resistance forces were active in the background of Jirisan. It also affected the resistance of Jinju residents. Jinju has a solid living base because of its fertile soil and abundant products, and many high officials of the central government came from Jinju since the early Joseon Dynasty. In the late 16th century, Jinju was the center of Nammyeong(南冥) school, which represents Gyeongsang-udo(慶尙右道) Province. Nammyeong emphasized 'gyeongeui(敬義)' and practice, and this attitude continued to his disciples. The Nammyeong school figures carried out military activities in each region during the Japanese invasion of Korea, and they took control of the political system as a force of ‘Daebuk(大北)’ in the Gwanghaegun(光海君) era. However as Injo-revolution(仁祖反正) was raised, the Nammyeong school was stagnated and turned into ‘Namin(南人)’. Since then, the Nammyeong school has been involved in various events such as the case of woodblock damage of ‘Nammyeong literary collection’, and the group that was alienated here has turned into ‘Seoin-noron(西人-老論)’. Since the 18th century, due to the persistent resistance of the ‘hyangjok(鄕族)’ and the ‘seoeul(庶孼)’ classes, and the continuous rise of the emerging classes from the bottom, the exclusive control of the ‘sajok(士族)’ in the local community has gradually weakened. In the western part of Gyeongnam, this phenomenon was inevitable. As the power was stagnating, ‘sarim(士林)’ in the western part of Gyeongnam tried to promote the Nammyeong school by gathering around Deokcheon Seowon(德川書院). 원격 주행 실증을 위한 밀리미터파 5G NR 통신 시스템의 성능 검증

본 논문은 5G V2X (Vehicle-to-everything)의 사용 사례 중 하나인 원격 주행의 실증을 위해 개발한 밀리미터파 5G 통신 시스템의 성능 평가에 관한 연구를 다룬다. 기지국 통신장비와 차량 단말통신장비를 각각 한국전자통신연구원 내 도로 변과 시험 차량 지붕 위에 설치하고 차량을 운행하면서 통신 성능을 측정하였다. 시험을 통해 대부분의 시험 구간 내에서 원격 주행 실증에 필요한 상향링크 전송률 50 Mbps 이상을 달성할 수 있는 것을 확인하였다.
