        해안 가로의 지속가능성 향상을 위한 가로 시설물 연구 - 제주도 해수욕장 주변 가로시설물을 중심으로 -

        In Korea, which has three sides of the sea, various waterfront spaces are being developed and developed along with various coastal landscapes. However, there are a lot of cases that do not consider the regional characteristic of the coast or the characteristic of the coastal landscape. In many cases, the street facilities cause the landscape degradation and the use inconvenience because of incongruity with the scenery, aging and lax management. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect the specificity of the coastal landscape in planning and directing the street facilities, harmonizing with the surrounding natural environment, and consideration of sustainability. However, there is no research or planning index for sustainable street facilities considering the coastal characteristics. Therefore, this study suggests plan elements to improve the sustainability of the street facilities on the shore and proposes them as basic plan elements, and suggests what kind of improvements should be made to improve the sustainability of coastal facilities in Korea. Based on the plan elements derived from the plan, we checked the problems and complementary points of coastal street facilities in Korea by analyzing the current status of the street facilities around the Jeju Island beach from a sustainable point of view, and suggested plan indicators that should be supplemented to improve sustainability. We surveyed the street facilities such as walkway blocks, benches, pagoda, drinking fountain, trash cans, bicycle shelters, fences, guide maps, streetlights, and shower rooms in 10 beaches in Jeju Island. This study analyzed the sustainability characteristics of the each factor of these facilities by surveying the reflectivity of the 23 plan indicators from the six aspects derived from the sustainability planning factor as conformity, partial reflection, non - reflection, and nonconformity. The results of the analysis showed that the functional aspect was the highest with 68.3%, the material aspect (53%), the landscape aspect (22.3%), the productive aspect (14.7%) and the morphological aspect (12.2%), and maintenance / management (10.6%). In addition, the facilities with the lowest fitness in each aspect are bicycle shelter in landscape aspect, bicycle storage box and trash can in form aspect, shower room in material aspect, trash can in functional aspect, showroom, guide maps and drinking fountain in product aspect, showroom In maintenance aspect. In order to improve the sustainability of coastal facilities in the future, it is necessary to complement the administrative and landscape aspects. In coastal facilities, it is necessary to consider the sustainability planning index, especially for showers, taking into account the specificity of beaches. Consideration should be given to various aspects of sustainability for bike shelters and trash facilities. Through this study, we have proposed the plan elements to systematize, supplement, and improve the planning index for sustainability improvement in coastal facilities planning.

        Human Factors Engineering (HFE) program is applied from the early stage of the design process for Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Korea. A Task Analysis (TA) is an important part of the HFE program for the Main Control Room(MCR) design. Various nuclear regulatory documents require that the information and control requirements should be identified and evaluated before implementing the MCR design in order to support safe operation of NPP. These documents state that TA can be the basis for determining information and control requirements. Compared with TA for Optimized Pressurized Reactor 1000(OPR1000), a new methodology and wider scope were developed for TA of OPR1000+. During TA of OPR1000+, the requirements of information, decision making, task support and work load analysis which are required by NUREG-0711 were evaluated by the task decomposition method through Emergency Operation Procedure(EOP) walkthroughs. Furthermore, the review of MCR design including alarm window arrangement, alarm sound setting, new component evaluation and review of alarm display and Safety Parameter Display and Evaluation System(SPADES) display through screen simulation were performed to improve the operability. This paper explains TA methodology for OPR1000+ and their result to ensure that OPR1000+ design meets the requirement of accepted HFE principle.

        관객 지향형 경기장 관람석 의자 개발을 위한 선호도 조사 연구

        Today, sports are recognized as one of popular culture, and the number of visitors to the stadium is increasing. In addition, as the behavior of watching sports has been diversified, various changes in the seats of the audience have been attempted, and the importance of the composition of the bleachers and the bleachers has been highlighted. However, since many domestic stadiums take the form of regular spectator seats, it is difficult to reflect various viewing cultures, and uncomfortable spectator seats have a great influence on the degree of dissatisfaction with the stadium. Therefore, it is the time to consider and change the design for the bleacher. Accordingly, a study was conducted to derive basic data for the development of spectator-oriented bleachers through a survey of the preferences of visitors on the chairs. The subjects of the survey were men and women in their teens to 50s, and the opinions of 386 people of various age groups living in various regions were collected to derive preferences and requirements for the bleacher. As a result of the survey, 65.3% of the respondents answered negatively, saying that the seats mainly used are economy seats and the satisfaction level is just so. The biggest cause of dissatisfaction was the stiff seating feeling, and the matter that needed improvement was the cramped seats. In addition, it was investigated that the preferred grandstand type was the table layout type, the chair type was the backrest type, the color preferred gray and pastel tones and the material preferred matte plastic. Design requirements are mobile phone charging function, backrest adjustment and seat front and rear adjustment function. As a new bleacher, picnic seats were surveyed with the highest preference. This study attempted to provide the results of these surveys as major planning guidelines for the development of audience-oriented chair design for future stadium development.

        국내 경기장 관람석 의자 제품 분석을 통한 개선 방향

        In various sports stadium, spectators can be seen as an element of the game as important as the content of the game. It is time to consider and change the design of the spectator seats to raise the level of the stadium and improve the convenience of viewing. Therefore, in this project, to develop a stadium chair that accommodates the changing needs of the times, we try to draw improvements by accurately checking the design types of domestic stadium seating chairs and the characteristics of products. Therefore, in this study, all products produced and sold by 18 representative companies that develop, produce and sell domestic stadium chairs were analyzed, focusing on all fixed, telescopic, prefabricated, and disabled seats. As a result of the survey, fixed 54.3%, telescopic 28.6%, prefabricated 16.2%, and disabled seats were found to be 0.8%. By chair type, 22.5% of the fixed-type chair type, 18.3% of the fixed folding chair type, 13% of the fixed integrated bench type, 10.9% of the telescopic floor frame chair type, and 9.0% of the telescopic floor-mounted bench type were surveyed. On the other hand, the prefabricated type was 16.2% of the total and the disabled seat was 0.8%, which was very small. Accordingly, domestic stadium grandstands require relatively various developments for prefabricated and disabled seats. In other types, various adjustment functions such as the variety of materials, seat surface and back adjustment, height adjustment, front and rear adjustment, etc., as well as ergonomic consideration to improve seating comfort, etc. may be considered required. Based on this, when developing domestic stadium chairs in the future, it was provided as a major factor for design development to secure diversity in addition to existing product types.

        국내 상상 어린이 공원의 친환경성 평가 연구

        Since Seoul city supplied `Sangsang Children`s Park`, domestic children`s parks are changing from formal facilities to creative play space recently. From eco-friendly safe playground model development project, the awareness of eco-friendly playground, namely children`s park is increasing and its necessity is magnified. However, we could not know how well most children`s parks aimed at the eco-friendly playground reflect eco-friendly features and whether they are eco-friendly or not because there are not the specific planning guidelines and evaluation standards for making the eco-friendly playground or children`s park. Therefore, in this study we established the environment-friendliness evaluation standards of children`s parks and estimated the environment-friendly features of the 9 parks built on the subject of green among Sangsang Children`s Parks. In the observational survey of the 9 parks, we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these parks in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, unsuitable, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. The assessment results showed that 4 items (location and placement, additional facilities, play space, play equipment and facilities) were suitable and others (energy saving, environmental load reduction, ecological environment, materials and resources) were partial reflection or unsuitable. Therefore, on the basis of these results, this study proposed the planning indicators to be considered first and the planning factors that should be complemented and improved in the construction of eco-friendly children`s park in future.

        로컬푸드시스템 구축을 위한 제주도민의 식생활 현황과 먹을거리 의식에 관한 연구

        제주지역 경제의 활성화와 공동체 복원을 위한 제주사회의 재구조화를 목표로, 제주에서도 다양한 형태의 로컬푸드 운동이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 로컬푸드 추진에 있어서의 소비부문 기반조사라는 의의를 가지고, 제주도민의 식생활 현황과 먹을거리에 대한 의식을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 아침식사의 결식률이 높고, 매주 1회 이상 외식을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 음식재료의 구입은 주요 구매층인 주부의 연령대에 따라 상이한 결과를 보이고 있다. 먹을거리에 대한 고민이나 불안감은 개인적인 차원에서 인식하고 있으며, 자연환경, 식문화, 사회적 관계망 속에서의 먹을거리 이해도는 상대적으로 부족한 편이다. 이러한 현황에서 다음과 같은 과제들을 설정하여 제주에서의 구체적인 로컬푸드 실천 방향을 모색할 수 있을 것이다. 첫째, 아침식사의 결식률을 줄이기 위한 노력이 로컬푸드 차원에서 요구된다. 둘째, 제주도내 식당에서 제주산 농산물의 도입을 확산시켜나갈 수 있는 방안에 대한 모색이 필요하다. 셋째, 제주산 먹을거리에 대한 신뢰감을 높이기 위한 신뢰시스템 구축이 요구된다. 이를 위해서는 제주산 농산물이 생산에서 가공, 유통, 소비부문까지 누구나가 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 로컬푸드의 공급 및 유통체계의 정비, 구축이 요구된다. 넷째, 제주도민과 로컬푸드 운동주체 사이의 로컬푸드에 대한 인식차이를 좁혀 나가고, 로컬푸드 운동이 가족이나 개인의 건강차원 뿐만 아니라 사회적 관계망 속에서 식문화 및 지역공동체의 복원에 기여하기 위한 먹을거리 교육(식육)프로그램이 요구된다. 끝으로 제주의 로컬푸드 운동은 일단 시민사회단체가 시작한 만큼 이들 간의 네크워크를 결성하여 로컬푸드 운동의 주체로 자리매김 한 다음 지자체와 함께 지역식량정책협의회를 추진하고 로컬푸드 지원센터를 설립해 나가야 할 것이다. For restructuring Jeju community though reinvigorating Jeju region" seconomy and restoring Jeju community, a variety of local food movements start to appear in Jeju. This study has a meaning that is basic research in consumption sector. It has researched into the current situation of jeju people dietary life and food. In its results, the rate of skipping meal is high and dining out is over one time for a week. Its outcomes about purchasing food ingredients show different by the age groups of housewives as a main purchase group. People have an anxiety concerning food safety and well recognize the importance of food safety at an individual-level. And people have a comparatively high-level understanding about food, but have a low-level understanding of social relations connected with food systems such as Natural Environment, Dietary Culture, Social Network. Based on these results, we create the followed subjects and then we can seek for a practical way of concrete local food movement in Jeju. First, at the level of local food movement, people need to make an effort to reduce the ratio of going without a breakfast. Second, we need seeking for restaurants to expand using Jeju`s agricultural products. Third, we need to build a reliable system to lift up the confidence of Jeju`s agricultural products. In support of it, we need to reorganize and rebuild the distribution system that everyone can see the informations of Jeju`s agricultural productsin production, process, contribution and consumption sector. Fourth, we need to develop curriculums and programs to educate Jeju residents, which can make local food movements carried out within a social network supported by local communities as well as individuals or families. Finally, as civic groups have begun the Jeju Local Food Movement, they should identify themselves the main activists of it by building a network of them in first. And then, they should make Food Policy Council with Jeju local government and should establish the Local Food Support Center.

        일반논문 : 로컬푸드 지원조례와 공동자원(commons)의 운영원리 -지원조례를 둘러싼 쟁점과 함의

        본 논문은 로컬푸드 운동이 대안농업 운동 그리고 지역운동으로 초점이 맞춰 지는 가운데, 지속가능한 삶에 대한 논의를 추가하여 로컬푸드 개념을 재정립하는 시도를 하였다. 로컬푸드는 지속가능한 삶의 조건으로서 먹을거리 그 자체와 운영원리(제도)를 포함하는 공동자원(commons)의 사고방식을 포함하고 있다. 공동자원의 개념을 검토하는 과정에서 로컬푸드 운동의 개념과 접점을 이루 는 부분은 공동체의 사회적 관계라는 점을 찾을 수 있었다. 또한 원주를 비롯한 여러 지역의 로컬푸드 지원조례 제정과정을 검토하면서 공동체의 사회적 관계가 공론장의 형성, 거버넌스의 구축, 그리고 공공성의 발현으로 드러나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 즉 로컬푸드 지원조례 제정과정에서도 공동자원의 운영원리가 작동 되고 있는 것이다. 다음으로 현재 제정되어 있는 로컬푸드 지원조례의 내용을 검토하고, 향후 로컬푸드 지원조례를 제정하는 과정에서 드러날 수 있는 쟁점사항을 정리해보았다. 과잉 제도화에 대한 지적도 존재하지만 로컬푸드 지원조례는 조례제정 과정 에서 얻어지는 경험도 중요하다. 이러한 쟁점사항들이 제주에서 로컬푸드 지원 조례가 제정되는 과정 속에서 공론장이 형성되고, 거버넌스가 구축되면서 해소 되기를 기대한다. While the Local Food movement has focused on an alternative agriculture movement and a local campaign, I try to reestablish new concept of Local Food adding a discussion of sustainable life. Local Food involves Commons` thinking which covers the Food itself and managerial principles as a condition of sustainable life. I can find that the point of agreement with the concept of Local Food movement is social relationship of community in the process of reviewing Commons` concept. The social relationship is released as a forming public sphere, establishing governance and revealing collectivity while I review the process of enacting Local Food support ordinances of Wonju and other regions, In another words, the Commons` principle is working in the enacting process of the ordinances. Next, I review the contents of the ordinances enacted, and I summary the controversial issues which may be caused in the process of enacting the ordinances in the future. The Local food ordinances have been criticized as a over-institutionalization but the experiences of the enacting ordinances has a huge significance in itself. I expect that the Jeju regional community will be deal with the controversial issues by public sphere and governance in the enacting process of Jeju Local Food Support Ordinance.

        경기장 관람석 의자 개선을 위한 연구

        This study conducted a basic study to improve the bleachers based on the understanding of the stadium seats. To this end, problems and improvements were derived by checking the types of seats in the stadium and looking at the current state of use of the seats in the domestic stadium. Based on this, the main factors to be considered for the design development of stadium bleachers were identified. As a result of the survey, it was found that the more recent stadiums are considering the seating comfort and safety of the audience, and the convenience facilities for the enjoyment of the audience. In addition, in order to improve the bleachers, it is necessary to consider physical conditions, eco-friendly conditions, ergonomic conditions, etc., which are suitable for stadium conditions, as well as preferences for visitors.

        호주 실외놀이터의 친환경적 특성 연구

        In the era of the 4th revolution where autonomy, creativity, and convergence are emphasized, it is very important to foster children"s possibilities through play. In particular, playing outdoors without hesitation opens up more possibilities. Accordingly, as interest in the importance of eco-friendly play spaces as well as re-lighting on play has grown in Korea, many ecological playgrounds have been created around the area from 2014. However, the realization of an eco-playground in the true meaning of an eco-friendly playground is not well implemented. Therefore, in this study, based on the design philosophy of “the best playground is nature,” we analyzed the eco-friendly characteristics of Australia"s outdoor playground using natural elements as much as possible and presented the main planning elements of the eco-friendly outdoor playground. Accordingly, 10 playgrounds with the scale of district play and neighborhood play spaces were selected in three areas in Australia, and observation and survey were conducted through direct field trips. we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these playgrounds in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, unsuitable, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. we evaluated the environment-friendliness of these playgrounds in the 8 fields(location and placement, ecological environment, play space, play equipment and facilities, additional facilities, materials and resources, energy saving, environmental load reduction) according to the levels(suitable, partial reflection, non-reflection) of reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. The following is the summary of the results about the reflection of eco-friendly planning factors. In terms of "suitable": location and placement(98.3%), play equipment and facilities(91.2%), play space(88.6%), environmental load reduction (88.3%), ecological environment(76.9%), additional facilities(77.6%) and materials and resources(70.4%) were higher than others in Korea. In terms of "non-reflection": energy saving (65%), additional facilities(18%), materials and resources(8.3%) showed that overall eco-friendly planning elements were actively reflected except for energy saving.

        국내 실외 놀이터 다양성 확보를 위한 놀이기구 유형 및 현황 분석

        Safe outdoor play should be expanded to ensure children"s developmental rights, and for this purpose, various outdoor play spaces should be created. Although there has been a recent change in playgrounds, playgrounds in kindergartens or elementary schools with a capacity of 50 or more, which are obligatory to install children"s play facilities, are still simple, and most of them consist of play equipment that is not interesting or attracting children"s attention. Therefore, in order to quickly improve the diversity of these play spaces, it is necessary to secure the diversity of play equipment essential for the construction of the playground. Therefore, in this study, the current state of domestic amusement rides is considered and the variety of amusement rides is sought. To this end, the trends of rides mainly applied in Korea were identified by examining the types of rides and product characteristics of domestic amusement ride companies. In addition, we checked the types of rides that were not found in domestic playground equipment and derived the types of rides that needed improvement or development to secure diversity. Accordingly, 31 companies that produce and sell domestic outdoor play equipment were selected and all products introduced in the currently operated website and catalog were investigated in 13 types. These 13 types include the types of rides classified by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, as well as water playground equipment and eco-friendly rides. As a result of the survey, combination rides 73%, rocking rides 6.9%, water rides 5.9%, space nets 4.7%, climbing devices 2.1%, swings 2.0%, other 1.3%, eco-friendly rides 0.7%, aerial rides 0.6%, Slide 0.5%, rotating rides and jungle gym 0.2% were investigated. Therefore, it can be seen that domestic play equipment is mainly produced by combination rides, and playgrounds are also created centering on combination rides. And by analyzing the detailed types of each play equipment, the shape and function of each play equipment were analyzed to derive the types that were not applied to domestic play equipment. Therefore, it can be seen that it is necessary to secure diversity for each detailed type. Based on this, it was intended to provide the main basic data for securing diversity and design development in the future improvement and development of domestic outdoor playgrounds and children"s play facilities.
