        에너지성능지표(EPI)를 대상으로 한 개방형BIM기반 건축인허가 개선방향 제시

        세계적으로 환경오염문제가 대두되면서 국내에서도 정부와 민간차원에서 친환경건축을 위한 노력이 활발히 진행 중이다. 하지만 건축물의 친환경 성능 및 친환경 관련 법규 및 기준 등에 대한 평가환경은 2차원기반의 수작업을 통한 평가로 진행되기 때문에 시간, 비용, 노동력 등이 많이 소요되며 평가의 정확성 및 효율성을 확보하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개방형BIM기반으로 친환경건축 관련 인허가 업무의 개선을 목적으로 친환경건축 관련 인허가 조건 중 에너지성능지표 평가항목과 IFC포맷의 데이터와 연계를 통한 평가방안 모색하고 발생하는 문제점에 대한 대안을 제시하며 이를 반영한 평가프로그램의 활용으로 평가 프로세스를 제시함으로써 개방형BIM기반으로 에너지성능지표의 평가를 자동화하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방안을 친환경건축 관련 인허가 업무에 적용함으로써 업무절차의 간소화와 자동화를 통한 시간, 비용, 노동력의 절감을 기대할 수 있으며 설계변경 시 요구되는 절차가 단순화되어 업무의 생산성과 효율성이 향상되며 검토과정과 결과 값의 투명성과 검토의 정확성과 신뢰도를 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. As many countries have been raising awareness of environmental issues, greater efforts for eco-friendly construction have been made in both governmental and private sectors. However, assessment circumstances for building energy performance and green building standard of legislation are still based on two dimension and handwork. This takes time, cost and labor, and makes assessment inaccurate and inefficient. Therefore, this study suggests methods to improve eco-friendly construction permission process and to automatize open BIM-based assessment of Energy Performance Index (EPI) among several eco-friendly construction certification standards. First, it analyzes the relations between assessment criteria and IFC data, and provides solutions to problems and limitations. Second, it applies the solutions to assessment program in order to automatize open BIM-based assessment for EPI. The eco-friendly construction permission process with these solutions applied will reduce time, cost, and labor by simplifying and automatizing the tasks. Also, the simplified process of design revision will improve not only productivity and efficiency but also accuracy and reliability.

        BIM기반 건축인허가 법규 자동 검토를 위한 건축물 용도분류체계 개발 및 적용 방안 제시

        In the Domestic Building Act, the use of buildings is classified into similar structures, purposes, and forms, and the main and detailed uses are presented in the Building Act and the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act. In Korea, various uses are sometimes applied to one building through complex buildings or repurposing, so individual conditions are applied according to the area of relevant regulation in the Building Act. In this way, the regulations applied may vary depending on the purpose of the building, and differences in the conditions applied may occur. Therefore, the information of the type of building by use is one of the important elements of building code checking. In this study, in order to use in the building code for compliance checking, the types of building by use are systematized and a plan to be applied directly to BIM data is presented. Through this study, users can reflect accurate information in the BIM model and automatically check related regulations according to the information of the types of building by use during the code compliance checking process, thereby reducing the time required. Through reliable checking results, BIM activation and design quality improvement can also be expected.

        건축설계단계의 자동법규검토를 위한 IFC 속성확장체계 개발

        The process of the construction process is changing due to the introduction of BIM. The result of the BIM process is the BIM data, and the importance of the quality control of the BIM data gradually becomes a hot topic. One of the most basic requirements for completing a design as a real building is the legality of the design, which can also be included as an area of quality control in BIM data. However, general BIM data information in not enough for building code checking. In order to supplement information, this paper suggest structure of openBIM extension property and methodology of defining additional property for building code checking. In addition, this paper define additional property of building code checking requirement for evacuation and fire protection regulation of building. For verification, this paper developed pilot software for building code checking and determined code checking applicability of additional property. With this method, the code which could not be checked due to the lack of BIM data information can be checked. Because of it, this method could increase the completeness and reliability of code checking. As result, it is possible to improve the work efficiency and design quality in architectural design phase.

        무인기의 정밀 낙하산 착륙을 위한 전개지점 결정

        본 논문에서는 요구 위치에 정밀 착륙을 위한 낙하산 전개지점 선정 기법을 제안한다. 무인기-낙하산 시스템을 위해 9-DOF 운동 모델을 구성하였고, 신경회로망을 학습시키기 위한 입출력 데이터 셋을 구성하였다. 입력 데이터 셋은 현재 항공기 위치, 속도정보 및 바람 정보로 구성되어 있고, 출력 데이터 셋은 9-DOF 운동 모델을 시뮬레이션 하여 획득한 착륙위치 정보이다. 이를 이용하여 nonlinear function approximator를 구성함으로써 현재 위치로부터 상대적인 착륙 지점을 예측할 수 있고, 예측된 착륙 지점과 요구 착륙 지점과의 상대적인 거리 오차를 계산하여 이를 보상해줌으로써 낙하산 전개 지점을 결정할 수 있다. In this paper, we suggest how to determine the parachute deploy position for accurate landing of a UAV at a desired position. The 9-DOF dynamic modeling of UAV-parachute system is required to construct the proposed algorithm based on neural network nonlinear function approximation technique. The input and output data sets to train the neural network are obtained from simulation results using UAV-parachute 9-DOF model. The input data consist of the deploy position, UAV’s velocity, and wind velocity. The output data consist of the cross range and down range of landing positions. So we predict the relative landing position from the current UAV position. The deploy position is then determined through distance compensations for the relative landing positions from the desired landing position. The deploy position is consistently calculated and updated.

        개방형BIM환경에서의 룰기반 초고층건축물 피난법규 검토모듈 개발

        IFC based open BIM has internationally developed as a solution for interoperability problem among different software applications. Despite much interest and effort, the open BIM technologies are rarely introduced to the construction industry and need more technical development for a practical application as well. This research aims to develop automated code checking modules for quality assurance process of BIM data. The research have analyzed domestic regulations focusing on super-tall buildings and developed open BIM-based code checking modules for the evacuation regulations. The modules are able to validate evacuation regulations such as installation of emergency elevator and fire safety zone. The authors expect to improve the process of BIM quality assurance and enhance the quality of BIM data by this research on automated checking system.

        텍스트 마이닝을 통한 국내·외 모듈러 건설 연구 동향 분석

        According to a research report, it was analyzed that the application of modular construction could shorten the construction period by 20-50% compared to the existing construction method. A number of global construction-related companies are applying modular construction, and research on modular architecture is being actively conducted worldwide. Modular construction, which has recently attracted attention in the housing sector, is a method of assembling externally pre-fabricated members on site, and has advantages such as reduction of manpower input on the site, improvement of productivity, and reduction of construction period. It is attracting attention as an effective alternative. However, it is possible to find out some of the current status of modular construction in Korea, but there is no recent research on the current status of modular construction abroad, and for what purpose foreign countries intend to use modular construction, and to determine to what level the research on modular construction has reached. This is an impossible situation. Therefore, it was necessary to analyze recent trends in modular construction research in Korea and abroad. This paper analyzed the papers related to modular construction based on papers published in domestic and international journals from 2017 to 2021 by applying some text mining techniques. Through this analysis, researches related to modular construction at home and abroad are compared and analyzed, and points to be avoided and directed by Korea are presented in the future.

        개방형BIM기반 자동 법규 검토를 위한 피난계단 분류 방안 연구

        With the recent increase in high-rise buildings, vertical evacuation routes are becoming more important, and stairs are a representative vertical evacuation route. In Korea, escape stair is classified into three categories: ‘fire escape stairs’, ‘outdoor escape stairs’, and ‘special escape stairs’. In the classified escape stairs, different criteria for the establishment is applied depending on the building condition so that human casualties can be minimized in case of a disaster. As the building becomes larger and more complex, the process of selecting and designing suitable escape stairs is cumbersome. By using the openBIM based building code checking system, we want to automatically classify the types of escape stairs and check the appropriate criteria for the establishment. After analyzing the contents of the relevant laws and categorizing stairs according to the number of floors, use, and floor area of the building, a flowchart was prepared. Also, the escape stairs BIM model modeling method for checking the criteria for the establishment of fire escape stairs was proposed. By automatically classifying the types of escape stairs and checking criteria for the establishment, it is expected to reduce errors in selecting escape stairs and help secure the safety of the vertical evacuation route.
