조혈줄기세포이식은 면역 결핍 질환, 자가 면역 질환, 악성 조혈 종양의 주된 치료법이다. 이종 조혈줄기세포이식의 주요한 합병증은 이식편대 숙주질환이다. 구강 점막 생검은 이식편대 숙주 질환의 확진과 치료계획 수립을 위해 필요하나 영양 결핍과 화학 요법으로 인해 전신상태가 불량한 환자에게 출혈과 균혈증을 일으킨다. 본 논문에서는 레이저를 이용한 최소 침습적 조직생검의 효능을 평가하였다. 모두 3개의 증례가 소개되었고 모든 환자의 의료 기록, 임상 사진, 조직병리학적 결과가 레이저를 이용한 조직생검의 효능을 평가하기 위해 검토되었다. 모든 환자는 생검 후 불편감이 없었고 심각한 합병증이 발생하지 않았다. 생검 조직의 질이 이식편대 숙주 질환을 확진하는 데에 적당했다. 구강 점막의 레이저를 이용한 최소 침습적 생검은 통상의 조직병리학적 생검에 비해 출혈을 일으키지 않아 감염과 균혈증, 술 후 흉터 생성을 줄이므로 이식편대 숙주 질환의 확진에 이로울 것이다. Hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HSCT) is a treatment for immune deficiency, autoimmune diseases, and hematopoietic malignancies. The main complication of allogenic HSCT is graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Oral mucosal biopsy is needed for a definitive diagnosis and treatment planning of GVHD, but this procedure causes bleeding and bacteremia in a poor general condition. We evaluated the efficacy of laser-assisted biopsy as a minimally invasive treatment. Three cases were described in this article. All patients' medical records, clinical photographs, and histopathologic findings were reviewed. All patients felt comfortable and no severe complications occurred. The quality of the obtained biopsy material was adequate for a definitive diagnosis of GVHD. Laser-assisted, minimally invasive biopsy of the oral mucosa does not cause bleeding, and it reduces the chances of infection, bacteremia, and postoperative scarring compared to the usual histopathologic biopsy procedure. It would thus be advantageous to use this procedure to biopsy GVHD patients.

A Pregnancy is the women's normal physiological and developmental process, in which many psychological changes including sexual problems always occur. But there have been few guidelines on sexual life during pregnancy. So this study was performed to evaluate the sexual life of pregnant women, and to analyze the factors affecting satisfaction of sexual life during pregnancy. Questionnaires were given to pregnant women who visited two general hospitals for antenatal care as well as to attendants at a prenatal Lamaze class. The results were as followings : 1) The average age of the 194 pregnant women was 28.5 years ; 98.4% of them had educated more than 12 years. ; the average monthly income was about 15,000,000 won ; primigravida women were 81.4% of the total cases. 2) As the pregnancy progressed, the frequency of the sexual intercourses was decreased in 48.5% because of the anxiety on the fetal damages. The was no significant differences between frequency of sexual intercourses and the degrees of physical discomfort and spouse intimacy. Man superior position was taken in 88.1% ; the incidence of orgasms before and during pregnancy were 71.1% and 41.1%, respectively ; the incidence of painful sexual intercourse in primigravida women was decreased by pregnancy in 4.6%, and in the case of multigravida women it was increased in 2.1%. 3) The average point of sexual knowledge was 11.5 in total points of 20 ; that of sexual attitude was 29.1 in total points of 40 ; that of sexual satisfaction was 28.5 in perfects points of 40. 4) The factors which significantly related to the satisfaction of sexual life were spouse intimacy, sexual attitude, change of sexual body position during pregnancy, and the orgasms before and during pregnancy. Considering above results, nursing care and nursing intervention including sexual education and counselling programs are needed during pregnancy as well as before pregnancy.

A novel poly[9,10-diphenylanthracene-4',4"-ylenevinylene-3,6-(N-2-ethyl hexyl)carbazole] containing alternate diphenylanthracene and carbazole unit was synthesized by the Wittig reaction. The obtained polymer was soluble in common organic solvents and thermally stable up to 380 $^{\circ}C.$ The polymer gives rise to bright blue fluorescence both in solution and in thin solid films. The light emitted from the device (ITO/polymer/Al) was greenish-blue in color and clearly visible in daylight.

치료용 테이핑이 정상 성인의 배곧은근 근력에 미치는 영향

Background: In recent days, Taping has introduced developing to improve our muscle power and sustaining power more than a fixed idea that taping only functions for muscles and protection of the articulation. Method: This study were conducting in two weeks - 2009 September 1 to September 14 - investigating at random 24 normal adults in H university located at Jinju Korea and the result of experimentation how the application of kinesio taping and Bang-gue taping(B-GT) to rectus abdominal muscle has an effect on the improvement of abdominal muscle strength. Results: the following conclusion was drawn up: 1. As a result of each experience man and woman with abdominal muscle strength, each experience all man and woman with abdominal muscle strength(p=0.01) came out to have interrelation difference. 2. As a result of comparing B-GT with age-abdominal muscle strength, B-GT(p=0.02) came out to have interrelation difference. 3. As a result of comparing after before kinesio taping and after before B-GT with abdominal muscle strength, after before kinesio taping and after before B-GT(p=0.00) came out to have interrelation difference. Also, as a result of comparing after kinesio B-GT, after kinesio B-GT(p=0.03) came out to have interrelation difference. Conclusion: As mentioned above, this study showed how the application of kinesio taping and B-GT to affected the improvement of abdominal muscle strength.

Purpose: The purpose of this review was to describe a psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) framework for postpartum depression (PPD) and discuss its implications for nursing research and practice for postpartum women. Methods: This study explored the role of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis and inflammation as possible mediators of risk factors for PPD through literature review. Results: From this PNI view, human bodies are designed to respond with the reciprocal interactions among the neuro-endocrine and immune system when they are faced with physical or psychological stressors. Chronic stress induces alterations in the function of HPA axis, and a chronic low-grade inflammatory response is associated with depression. The dysfunctions of cytokines and HPA axis have been observed during the postpartum period. Stress promotes glucocorticoid receptor resistance, which can promote inflammatory responses. This, in turn, can contribute to the pathophysiology of depression. This can especially affect populations at vulnerable time-points, such as women in the postpartum. Conclusion: From a PNI perspective, well-designed prospective research evaluating the role of stress and inflammation as an etiology of PPD and the effect of stress reduction is warranted to prevent PPD.

해역을 삶의 터전으로 살아온 선원들은 그들의 시선으로 바다를 보았다. 선원으로서 개인사는 특수한 경험이지만, 이것이 모여서 공동체의 기억이 되고, 또 사회의 정체성을 찾아갈 수 있다. 선원들의 활동이 국가 경제와 연결되어 장려된 것은 1960년대부터였다. 이 글은 한국현대사 속에 원양어업을 역사화 시켜보려는 시도로, 선원 개인의 삶을 거시적 변화 속에서 읽어보려고 한다. 원양어업 선원들이 경험한 바다는 또 하나의 세계를 이루고 있다. 이것을 해역세계라고 명명하고 인류사회가 형성한 또 하나의 삶의 영역으로 구분하려고 한다. 선원들은 한국 내 정책, 국제법, 어업과 관련한 상대 국가의 정치사회적 변동을 동시에 적용받았다. 선원들은 국제사회의 변화를 최전선에서 대면하고, 해역세계를 이동하면서 거점을 마련했다. 북태평양, 남태평양, 인도양, 대서양, 남빙양 어장에 어업기지를 건설하고 이를 거점으로 네트워크를 만들어갔다. 원양어선에 승선한 선원들의 세계관과 인식은 바다의 현장에서 형성되었다. 출항한 배는 그 자체로 하나의 공동체였고, 또 다른 사회를 만들어갔다. This article attempts to historize deep-sea fishing in modern Korean history, and attempts to read the life of individual sailors in macroscopic changes. The sea experienced by deep-sea fishing sailors forms another world. It is called the sea world and tries to classify it into another area of life formed by human society. Seafarers were simultaneously subject to political and social changes in other countries related to policy, international law, and fishing in Korea. The sailors faced changes in the international community at the forefront and established a base by moving around the sea and the world. Fishing bases were built in fishing grounds in the North Pacific, South Pacific, Indian Ocean, Atlantic, and South Ice Oceans, and networks were created based on them. The worldview and perception of the sailors aboard the deep-sea fishing boat were formed at the scene of the sea.

피부장벽은 장루 용품의 중요한 구성 요소로, 장루 주머니를 지지하고 장루 주변의 피부를 보호한다. 피부장벽은 분비물 및 배출물로부터 주변 피부를 보호하고 땀을 흡수하거나 투과시켜 피부의 생리학적인 건강을 유지시켜준다. 피부장벽에 관한 용어는 ISO 24214에 의해 표준화 되어 있으나, 국내에는 이와 관련된 표준화가 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 장루용품에 관한 학술자료 및 상용화된 제품의 자료를 조사하고, 사용경험이 있는 간호사와 간호학과 교수들에게 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 ISO 24214:2006에 사용되는 용어들에 대한 한글 표준 용어를 제안하고자 한다. The skin barrier is an important part of an ostomy product, holding the ostomy bag in place and protecting the peristomal skin. Skin barriers help protecting the peristomal skin from excrements and secretion, thus keeping the skin physiology intact b absorbing or permeating sweat. The vocabulary for the skin barrier has been standardized by ISO 24214, but there is no standard related to the skin barrier in Korea. We investigated the academic and commercial documents related to the skin barrier, and conducted a survey for appropriate korean vocabulary for standard. We propose Korean standard vocabulary for skin barrier terms defined in ISO 24214:2006.
