본 논문에서는 측정${\cdot}$분석을 수행한 인천국제공항 여객터미널의 전력계통에 고조파 저감을 위한 고조파필터를 설계하여 이를 적용하였다. 특히 고조파를 다량 발생시키는 기기들에 대하여 향후 대표스펙트럼 선정을 위하여 고조파 측정을 수행하였다. 또한 EDSA를 사용하여 Simulation을 수행하여 수동필터의 고조파 저감효과를 분석하였으며, 또한 APF(Active Power Filter)와 ZSF(Zero Sequence Filter)의 설계를 수행하였다. In this paper, we perform the harmonic filter design for Incheon international airport, especially passenger terminal based on the results of measurement and analysis. Also, we show the waveform of machines which produce harmonics as a harmonic source. For harmonic filter design, we propose the APF(Active Power Filter) and ZSF(Zero Sequence Filter) design. Also, we simulate the filter effects using EDSA package. The results show the effectiveness of the method.

This study is focused on the reliability evaluation for distribution system based on deterministic evaluation technique. Average failure rates, average outage time, and average annual outage time of electrical parts and load points are calculated through network reduction method and failure mode & effective analysis method. And reliability indices of distribution system are calculated. Finally, by employing analytic hierarchy process method, unique index which evaluates and improves the distribution system is calculated. As a result, finding weak points and expansion schedule of the system is possible. The usefulness of this method is verified by applying it to the Inchon International Airport.

Purpose: Recently, bioceramics have become popular as a substitute graft material for reconstruction of bony defect after trauma or tumor surgery. Among the bioceramic materials, hydroxyapatite (HA) is favored due to its biocompatibility. HA scaffold is composed of the interconnected reticular framework, macropores and micropores. Macropores play an important role in cell migration, nutrients supply and vascular ingrowth. On the other hand, a number of micropores less than $10{\mu}m$ form an irregular surface on HA scaffolds, which prevents the osteoblast from adhering and proliferating on the surface of HA scaffold. Methods: In this study, three different groups were designed for comparison. In the first group (group A), conventional method was used, in which HA pellet was applied without surface pretreatment. The second group (group B) was given a HA pellet that has been coated with crystalline HA solution prior to application. In the third group (group C), the same method was used as the second group, where the pretreated HA pellet was heated ($1250^{\circ}C$, 1 hour) before application. Osteoblast-like cells ($2{\times}10^4$/mL) were scattered onto every pellet, then they were incubated in 5% $CO_2$ incubator at $37^{\circ}C$ for twelve days. During the first three days, osteoblast cells were counted using the hemocytometer daily. ALP activity was measured on the 3, 6, 9 and 12 culture days using the spectrophotometer. Results: Under SEM, group A showed a surface with numerous micropores, and group B revealed more rough crystal surface. Group C revealed a fused crystal appearance and flattened smooth surface. In proliferation and ALP activity of osteoblast cells, group C showed better results compared to group B. Group A which lacks pretreatment of the surface showed less osteoblast proliferation and ALP activity than group C, but showed better results than group B. Conclusion: We found that crystallized HA with heat treatment method enhances the osteoblasts proliferation and differentiation on the surface of HA pellets.

In this paper, the method on calculating benefits of combined heat and power is introduced for standard evaluation in electrical power system. This paper calculates benefits about new national viewpoint and viewpoint of independent power producers and assesses benefits of combined heat and power in Korea and In Seoul national capital area. Benefit costs are composed of avoid cost of centralized generation, line upgrading adjustment, loss adjustment and electrical power trade cost per year in earlier study, in addition trade cost of CO₂, construction cost of combined heat and power for accurate calculation. Benefit of combined heat and power is calculated by simulation results of real electrical power system.

This purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology for optimal generating operation in power system to minimize the cost of generation subject to not only system constraints but also regional CO₂ emission constraints. To solve this ELD problem calculated range limit on minimum and maximum power outputs by regional Equal Generator how each regional capacity is connected into one and expressed Equal Fuel Cost Function considering regional CO₂ emission constraints. Accordingly, being modified regional load, new power outputs considering regional CO₂ emission constraints were calculated by ELD. The proposed model for evaluating availability is tested on IEEE RTS(Reliability Test System)-24 in detail.

This paper assesses interruption costs on the industry load through using the microscopic method. For assessment, the questionnaire was made on Korea Standard Industry Categorization which is composed of 28 type of industry Then, the survey was distributed to 1889 business in 12 area by staffs of KEPCO. The collected data is changed to the trustworthy data by using Bad Data Selection method and then the interruption costs of industry load was calculated by Tobit Regression which is tool analysing both collected data and the others.

This paper developed optimal operation methodology considering load and CO2 emission of regional. The output of power stations is determined by economic load dispatch in case CO2 emission limitation exist. Used IEEE RTS(Reliability Test System) -24 model system, Usefulness of the paper is verified. And Dynamic Programming is used for optimization considering period.
