This study investigated the relationship between consumers` knowledge and risk perception towards purchase intention of organic food. The data were collected from a sample of 311 housewives in Seoul and Ulsan. A structural equation modelling technique was used to test the causal model. The results indicated that subjective knowledge was significantly associated with purchasing organic food. Objective knowledge, in contrast, was only indirectly associated with purchasing organic food, through increased subjective knowledge and risk perception towards purchasing organic food. Risk perception towards organic food had a direct positive and relatively strong relationship with purchasing organic food. Implications of the results and limitations of the study were discussed.

우리 나라 화장품용기의 재활용 증진 전략

폐기물 재활용은 폐 기물 관리에 있어서 감량회 다음으로 중요한 개념이다 폐기물 중 특히 포장폐기물은 재활용 시 환경성과 경제성을 지니고 있어 재 활용이 용이하다. 그러나 그 중에서도 포장폐기물 중 점점 더 증가 추세에 있 는 화장품용기는 재활용품목이 아닌 일반 폐기물로 분류되어 버려지고 있다. 화장품 산업의 규모와 비례하여 나타나는 산업쓰레기의 처리문제는 심각한 환경문제를 유발하는 요인이 되고 있다 또한 화장품은 대 부분 플라스틱과 유리 등 복합재료로 만들어져 있어 재활용하기가 어렵다 화장품용기는 분리수거 하기도 힘이 들고 분리 수거한 용기들도 재질이 복합적 이기 때문에 재생이 어려운 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재의 화장품 용기 재활용과 관련하여 갖고 있는 소비자들의 의식 을 조사하였다. 조사결과에 대한 용기 재활용을 위한 증진방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째,화장품 용기 관련 법 및 제도개선 분야로 화장품법 및 예치금,부담금 제도 개선과 화장품 용기 류 재활용 을 위한 기술개발,리펼제품의 확대,화장품용기만의 회수체계 확립, 생산자의 화장품 재활용 적극 참여 유도가 이 루어져야한다. 둘째 화장품 용기 디자인 개선 분야로 용기 재질 단순화 및 규격화,화장품 라이프 사이클 확대, 재활용 가능한 재료선택,화장품용기의 비용감소,기업의 재활용용기 개발적극참여가이루어져야한다. 결론적으로 포장폐기물 중 화장품 용기의 재활용을 증진하기 위해서는 관련 제도 개선 뿐만 아니라 정부와 기업의 적극적 참여, 그리고 소비지들의 적극적 재활용의식이 종합적으로 발전을 이루어야 한다. 그리고 무엇보다도 기업에서 화장품 품질 개선을 위한 투자와 개발 뿐만아니라 화장품 용기의 환경친화적인 용기 개발을 위하여 많은 노력이 우선시 되어야 할 것이 다. Waste recyling is a very important concept with waste minimization in the waste managment. Especially, recycling waste from the point of environmental and economical view is useful. The recycling part of package waste needs ro conrinuously grow. But, cosmetic container, which is continuosly increased as waste. The difficulry of waste treatment in cosmetic indusry produces complicated environment problem. Cosmetic container is diffìcult to recycle because it mostly made of complex material. Also, cosmetic container is difficult to separate I source and thus usually are generated mixed waste. In this study we performed an analysis on the Recycling 1mprovement method of a Cosmetic Container The result of this srudy could be summarized as follows 1) As a part of law and a system improvement, must be achieved 1mprovement Cosmeric law, Deposit refund sys tem. and charge sys tem, Technology development for recycl ing of a cosmetic container, Extension of refìll prodl1crions, Recovery sys tem es tablishment of a cosmetic container and indl1cement of a maker’s recycling panclpanon 2) As a part of a cosmetic container design improvement, must be achieved simplifìcation and standardize of container’s cualiry, Cosmetic life cycle extension, Selection of recycling marerials and Cost reducrion of a cosmetic contamer In conclusion, To the recycling improvement of a cosmetic container, musr be achived collective development of system improvement, participation of rhe government and company and a consumer’s tecycling consciol1sness. Most of all, A company need to tly to recycling container development of a cosmetic container.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of communication satisfaction, group cohesiveness, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior in Hotels. The results were as follows. First, communication satisfaction correlated with group cohesiveness, job satisfaction, and OCB. And, group cohesiveness and job satisfaction had positive correlation with OCB. In addition, through multiple regression analysis, the effects of communication satisfaction on group cohesiveness, job satisfaction, and OCB were examined. Second, communication satisfaction influenced OCB through group cohesiveness as an intervening factor. But, job satisfaction didn`t intermediate the relationship between communication satisfaction and OCB.

한국 경제자유구역의 현황분석과 중장기 발전방안에 관한 연구

한국의 경제자유구역은 외국인의 투자를 활성화하여 기술이전, 설비확충, M&A 등을 통한 기업의 대내외 경쟁력을 높이고, 고용창출과 생산증대 등으로 국가 및 지방경제의 양적ㆍ질적 발전을 적극 도모하는데 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구와 정책 자료 및 연구자의 경제자유구역 오랜 실무경험을 바탕으로 한국 경제자유구역의 주요 현황을 분석한 후, 한국의 경제자유구역에 대한 제반 문제점을 도출한 연구 결과, 주요 중장기 발전방안과 전략적 시사점을 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1)기업하기 좋은 환경 제공 2)정주여건의 조성, 3)거점도시 형성과 고부가가치 산업 중심의 유치, 4)과감한 규제완화 및 파격적인 인센티브 제공, 5)거점도시 중심의 비즈니스서비스 산업 육성, 6)경영한경의 투명성 제고와 노사관계의 정립 7)정부 및 지자체와 각 경제자유구역청의 외국인 투자유치를 위한 실질적인 원스톱서비스 제공 등으로 이제는 외국인 투자유치를 위한 경제자유구역의 투자지원제도를 총체적으로 점검, 정비해야 할 것으로 요약된다. Korean Free Economic Zone promotes the foreign investments. This can increase the internal and external competitiveness of domestic companies through technology transfer, facility expansion and M&A and also lead to the promotion of the quantitative and qualitative development of national and local economy by creating the employment and increasing the production. This study analyzes the current status of Korean Free Economic Zone based on the existing research, the policy data and the long practical experience of the researcher regarding to the free economic zones. The main mid-to long-term development plan and strategic implications, which are originated from the result of the research regarding to the related problems of Korean Free Economic Zone, can be summarized as follows: 1) to provide a favorable environment for enterprises 2) to create a settlement environment 3) to form a base city and attract high value-added industries 4) to deregulate substantially and provide incredible incentives 5) to foster the business service industry centered on the base city 6) to enhance the transparency of the management environment and establish labor-management relations 7) to provide substantial one-stop service for attracting foreign investment by the government, local governments and each authority of Free Economic Zone. To sum up, the investment support system of the free economic zone should be monitored and maintained comprehensively.

駐韓 외투기업의 창업지원제도 실태와 개선방안에 관한 연구

주한 외투기업을 위한 국내투자 및 창업지원제도는 한국에서 외국인의 투자를 활성화하여 기술이전과 설비확충, M&A 등을 통한 국내 기업의 대내외 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 것이다. 특히, 국내의 고용창출과 생산증대 등의 효과로 국가와 지방경제의 양적인 성장을 물론 질적 발전을 적극 도모하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존연구와 정책 자료 및 연구자의 외투기업 투자유치 관련의 오랜 현장 실무경험을 바탕으로 경제자유구역을 중심으로 주한 외투기업의 주요 투자현황과 실태를 분석한 후, 문제점과 개선방안을 연구한 결과, 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 1)기업하기 좋은 환경 제공, 2)정주여건의 조성, 3)거점도시 형성과 고부가가치 산업 중심의 유치, 4)과감한 규제완화 및 파격적인 인센티브 제공, 5)거점도시 중심의 비즈니스서비스산업 육성, 6)경영환경의 투명성 제고와 노사관계의 정립, 7)정부 및 지자체와 각 경제자유구역청 등의 외국인 투자유치를 위한 실질적인 원스톱서비스 제공 등의 산적한 개선과제 중 선택과 집중을 통하여, 외투기업의 창업지원제도를 총체적으로 점검, 재정비해야 할 것으로 요약된다. The domestic investment and start-up support system for foreign-invested companies in Korea is to enhance the domestic and foreign competitiveness of domestic companies through technology transfer, facility expansion and M&A by activating foreign investment in Korea. In particular, it is actively promoting the quantitative growth of the national and local economies as well as the qualitative development with the effect of domestic employment creation and production increase. This study analyzes the current status and status of major investment projects in the Free Economic Zones of Korea based on the existing research, policy data, and long experience of field research related to attracting foreign investment by researchers. As a result, it can be summarized as follows. 1) to provide a favorable environment for the enterprise, 2) to create a settlement environment, 3) to form a base city and attract high value-added industries, 4) to provide bold deregulation and extraordinary incentives, 5) ) To enhance the transparency of the management environment and establish labor-management relations, and 7) to offer and provide substantial one-stop services for attracting foreign investment by the government, the local governments and the Free Economic Zone Authority. It is summarized that the foundation support system should be reviewed and reorganized as a whole
