김정은 시대 북한정치의 특징과 전망

이 글은 김정은 시대 북한 정치의 특징을 분석하고 향후 변화를 전망하고 있다. 북한 정치의 특정은 권력구조와 리더십 그리고 통치이념을 중심으로 분석하였다. 먼저, 북한의 권력구조는 수령체제라는 북한 정치체제의 특성에 주목하여 유일영도체계와 함께 권력엘리트의 재편에 초점을 두었다. 김정은 시대 유일영도체계는 김정일 시기에 비해 약해지고 있으며, 권력엘리트들은 당-정-군 모두에서 세대교체가 가속화되고 있다. 둘째, 김정은의 정치적 리더십은 인격적 리더십과 제도적 리더십을 통해 분석하였다. 김정은은 김정일 사망 직후 최고지도자의 지위에 기반한 제도적 리더십을 갖춘 이후, 현재까지 인격적 리더십 확립에 매진하고 있다. 셋째, 북한의 통치이념은 주체사상에서 김일성-김정일주의로 변경되었다. 그리고 북한은 김정은 시대의 실천담론으로서 김정일 애국주의를 확산시키고 있다. 결론적으로, 북한은 김정은 시대의 새로운 비전과 목표를 제시할 것이며, 이를 통해 김정일과의 차별성 및 변화를 모색할 가능성이 높다. This paper analyzes the characteristics of North Korean politics and predicts future changes under Kim Jong-Un era. It is analyzed power structure, political leadership and ruling ideology as the characteristics of North Korean politics. First, The power structure is consist of 'uilyongdochege (monolithic leadership)' and change of power elite. The 'uilyongdochege' has weakened and the replacement of power elite has accelerated compared to Kim Jong-Il era. Second, there were analyzed personal leadership and positional leadership as Kim Jong-un's political leadership. Kim Jong-Un established institutional leadership based on position of supreme leader soon after the death of Kim Jong-Il and has been trying to establish personal leadership. Third, The ruling ideology of North Korea changed from 'Juche Ideology' to 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. And The 'KimJongil Patriotism' is spreading to the entire society as the discourse for practice 'Kimilsung-Kimjongilism'. Finally, North Korea will present a new vision and goals and try to differentiate Kim Jong-Un era from Kim Jong-Il era.

Effect of biofibers addition on the structure and properties of soy protein composite films

Soy protein isolate (SPI) has garnered researchers' attention due to its abundance, costeffectiveness, excellent biocompatibility, hemo-compatibility, and biodegradability. However, SPI faces limitations in application due to poor processability and weak mechanical strength. Substantial efforts have been made to address these challenges. In this preliminary study, glycerol and biofibers were added to SPI to improve the mechanical properties and film forming, and glyoxal was employed to crosslink SPI molecules. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the resulting SPI/composite films were evaluated. A 15% addition of glycerol proved sufficient for good film formation. Among the biofibers, short SF microfibers were the most effective in enhancing breaking strength, while TEMPO-oxidized CNF (cellulose nanofiber) excelled among CNFs. Crosslinking with glyoxal significantly enhanced the mechanical properties, with the type of biofiber minimally affecting the mechanical properties of the crosslinked SPI composite films.

Intussusception in premature infants is very rare. Here, we report a case of multiple intussusceptions in an extremely preterm infant, born at 23+1 week’s gestation, who underwent an explolaparotomy, for bowel perforation and misdiagnosed necrotizing enterocolitis, at 20 days of life. To our knowledge, this is the most premature case that has survived with multiple intussusceptions.

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is an uncommon type of gastrointestinal lymphoma. MCL is a distinct subtype of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas. The major subtype of MCL is characterized by the presence of multiple lymphomatous polyposis (MLP), in which multiple polyps are observed along the gastrointestinal tract. The malignant cells express pan B-cell marker and the T-cell marker cluster of differentiation 5. The chromosomal translocation t(11;14)(q13;q32) that causes cyclin D1 overexpression is commonly observed on the cytogenetic analysis of MCL. Survival improvement has recently been achieved for patient with MCL by the successful introduction of monoclonal antibodies and dose-intensified approaches for treatment, including autologous stem cell transplantation strategies. Some reports suggest that there is an increased incidence of second malignancies in patients with MCL or lymphoma. We report a case of MCL involving the colon; the patient was a 60-year-old man who complained of low abdominal discomfort during defecation. During the workup, a meningioma was unexpectedly discovered. On analysis, the tumor was found to be a t(11;14)-negative and non-MLP-type MCL. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2012;60:56-60)

This study was analyzed the distribution tendencies and statuses of development projects for EIA projects. According to the result of this study, in the annual analysis, a number of consultations and areas have shown increasing trend across the board. In the project type analysis, there are development project types; urban development, industrial complex, sport facility installation, resort complex development, road construction, which have a lot of developments. In the cities analysis, a number of consultations were about 53% on the top 5 cities, the areas were focused on 75%, and the development projects were concentrated in the southern distribution of Gyeong-gi province. The development axis, from 2004 to 2006, was C-type, but it was extended to O-type until 2010. Therefore, the development will expand into nature conservation zones and forest areas to the east. The development restriction area will be disappeared gradually because the development density of the surrounding Seoul city is more advanced, and we could predict that may be accelerated conurbation between the neighboring cities. Thus, when the development project is located, it would be reviewed difference in existing development project type, project size, and concentration in each city on the basis of environmental capacity.

수면시간이 부족하거나 불규칙적인 현대인들에게 수면으로 인한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 공부나 업무 등으로 인해 수면 시간을 더 확보하지 못하는 사람들에게는 수면의 양을 늘려서 해결하는 방법은 실행하기 어렵다. 따라서 수면의 질을 향상시켜 효율적인 수면을 통해 문제를 해결하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 IoT를 활용한 블라인드를 통해 수면 부족 문제를 해결하려 한다.

Wittgenstein 과 본질철학의 종언 (綜焉)

The intention of this paper is three-fold: 1. to outline Wittgenstein`s early attempt to formulate anew the principles of what I call the tradition of essentialistic philosophy through an analysis of the theory of meaning as embodied in the Tractatuss Logicophilosophicus, 2. to analyse the aporetic situation which such an essentialistic theory of meaning creates, 3. and finally to give a brief account of the anti-Platonistic, polyrnorphic and contextualistic view of the meaning as embodied in the Philosophical Investigations. I have defined that attitude in philosophy the Platonistic or essentialistic which demands a crystalline purity in our knowledge of the world. Such an epistemological purity is to be gained through the intuition of essences. The Platonistic philosophy in this sense has an ostensive theory of meaning as its epistemological basis. According to this theory, the crystalline pure and absolute knowledge of the world is gained by bringing the units of our language and the objects signified by those units into a clear, one-to-one correlation. The signified object, the meaning, is well-defined, simple and clear. Such an object is generally sought in the transcendent, metaphysical entities not subject to the conditions of time and space. The first and most radical formulation of this view is Plato`s theory of meaning as embodied in the theory of ideas. Wittgenstein`s Tractatus is seen in the context of the efforts at the turn of the century to renew the tradition of the essentialistic philosophy in face of the challenge posed by the success of natural sciences. Starting with the logical analysis of language, Wittgenstein seeks the final elements of meaning in the atomistic, simple and metaphysical objects, which in turn is brought into a clear ostensive relationship with the units of our language. This relationship is established by what Wittgenstein calls the picture theory of meaning. The picture theory of meaning is based on a highly metaphysical theory concerning the world and the language. According to this theory, the world consists of atomic facts, which in turn is a configuration of the objects, the substance of the world. The molecular facts, the complexes of atomic facts, can be analyzed into atomic facts. The language consists of names, which represent objects, atomic propositions, which represent atomic facts and molecular propositions, which represent molecular facts. The untenability of this theory of the world and the language is established by means of the following arguments. 1. The picture theory of meaning is shown to apply to only one level of the units of our language, namely, the atomic propositions. The correlation between the name and the object is possible only through denotative relationship. Since the sense of an atomic proposition can be understood only onthe assumption of an ostensive relationship between the name and the atomic fact, the tenability of the picture theory of meaning depends the soundness of the denotative relationship between the name and the object. 2. No clear picture of the concept of the object, the cornerstone of the Wittgensteinian theory of the world, can be gained. Not only does Wittgenstein fail to give a clear idea of what an object might be, but it is also shown to be impassible to work out a logically coherent interpretation of that concept. 3. Wittgenstein`s arguments establishing the existence of the objects are shown to be petitio principii arguments: the arguments for the existence of objects and stomic facts are based on the ostensive theory of meaning, which in turn is based on an implicit assumption of the existence of the final metaphysical elements. Such an aporetic situation leads Wittgenstein to abandon his early attempt at redefinition of the Platonistic, essentialistic philosophy. In the Philosophical Investigations, meanings are no longer seen as clear unitary structures.
