This study aims to investigate the architectural characteristics of the Da-bo stupa by examining the correlation among architectural languages and by studying the features of its architectural components and transitional changes shown in Da-bo stupa line drawings in Dunhuang Mogao Grottes. The results are as follows. 1st, the Da-bo stupa of Dunhuang faithfully follows the sutra of lotus, and although the form changes, the fundamental essence of Bo-tap-yong-chul and two seated Buddhas provided by the Gyun-bo-tap-pum in the sutra of lotus is consistent. 2nd, the pagoda body can be periodically divided into parasol, stupa, and royal palace types. The parasol type has an incomplete tower body, which makes distinguishing each of its architectural components difficult. The stupa type appeared between the early (AD 618-712) and middle (AD 766-835) Tang dynasty. It combines the form of Indian stupa type and East Asian wood structural architecture. The royal palace type, which appeared between the peak period of the Tang (713-765) and Sung Dynasties, shows the standardized pattern of the Da-bo stupa described as two seated Buddhas and Bo-tap-yong-chul. 3rd, the use of a stylobate does not appear in the early construction of Da-bo stupa, only in the later period, in the form of high pillars. Forms include many Su-mi-jwah and three-way stairways and Dab-do, but as time passes, the forms are simplified to the form of high pillars. 4th, the purpose of early Da-bo stupa was to provide space for Da-bo-yu-rae of Gyun-bo-tap-pum; hence, it did not have sangryoon(the top part). However, after it was influenced by general pagodas, sangryoon was established. Toward the Tang Dynasty, sangryoon has come to emphasize the forms of boryoon(nine wheels) or dome. However, this form is eventually simplified to only retain bo-joo(the orb).
강재 영구거푸집을 사용한 yLRC 합성기둥의 내화성능 연구

yLRC 합성기둥은 기존 합성기둥의 장점과 거푸집 공사의 절감을 가져올 수 있으며, CFT와 비교하였을 때 강재량 감소의 효과와 함께 콘크리트의 충전상태를 육안으로 쉽게 확인할 수 있는 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 실험결과와 연구를 통하여 yLRC 합성기둥의 구조체로서의 내력은 검증이 되었으나 내화성능에 관한 연구는 수행되지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 yLRC 합성기둥의 내화성능 평가를 위해 콘크리트 면적비, 보강판, 피복유무 등을 변수로 두어 실험과 해석을 수행하였으며, 실험과 해석결과를 비교 고찰하여 내화 성능 평가를 하였다. The main objective of this paper is to study the behaviour of yLRC composite columns at elevated temperatures by experimental test. The effects of load ratios, cross-section size and fire protection for the yLRC columns were investigate d by the test and compared using the heat transfer analysis perfo rmed based on the finite element program ANSYS 10.0 using the ISO834 standard fire curve, following the main guidelines proposed by the EC4 Part 1.2. As heat transfer is the movement of heat by conduction, convection, and radiation, and as temperature inside an object varies by position and time, time. As the steel's thermal conductivity is higher than that of concrete, steel loses its strength rapidly in a high-temperature situation such as a fire. Fire resistance performance of the yLRC composite column under fire conditions was evaluated througheat transfer analysis for parametric study.

현대사회의 화장품은 항산화 작용, 미백, 주름개선 등 다양한 기능이 강조된 화장품의 수요가 크게 증가하고 있으며 친환경적인 제품에 대한 소비자의 선호도 증가와 안전성 측면에서 천연물로부터 유효성분을 추출, 정제하여 효능을 검증하는 소재개발 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 줄풀뿌리의 MeOH 추출물과 용매분획물의 항산화 활성을 측정하기 위하여 DPPH 소거활성을 측정하였으며 미백화장품으로서의 검증을 위해 tyrosinase 저해활성, 주름개선 화장품으로서의 검증을 위해 elastase 저해활성을 측정하였다. DPPH radical 소거활성을 측정한 결과, 줄풀뿌리 MeOH 추출물은 100 μg/mL 농도에서 83.47%, 50 μg/mL 농도에서는 53.93%, 25 μg/mL 농도에서는 27.71%로 농도의존적인 저해활성을 나타냈으며 n-hexane 분획과 물 분획에서 MeOH 추출물과 유사한 소거활성을 나타내었다. Tyrosinase 저해활성을 측정한 결과 n-hexane 분획으로 활성이 이행됨을 확인할 수 있었으며 elastase 저해활성을 측정한 결과 줄풀뿌리 MeOH 추출물은 100 μg/mL 농도에서 67.43%, 50 μg/mL 농도에서 53.28%, 25 μg/mL 농도에서 23.60%의 저해활성이 나타났으며 n-Hexane, 물 분획으로 활성이 이행되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 줄풀뿌리 추출물은 항산화 활성, 미백 기능성, 주름 개선 기능성 화장품 소재로서 의 응용가능성이 높음을 나타냈다. In the present study, we evaluated on the antioxidant activity, tyrosinase and elastase inhibitory activity of MeOH extract and its solvent fractions of the root of Zizania-latifol(Z. latifol). The free radical scavenging activities of the MeOH extract and its solvent fractions of Z. latifol were assessed by methods using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). The antioxidant activities of the MeOH extract of Z. latifol were 83.47% at 100 μg/mL, 53.93% at 50 μg/mL and 27.71% at 25 μg/mL. In addition, n-Hexane layer and water layer of antioxidant activities were very similar to MeOH extract. Tyrosinase inhibition by the MeOH extract of Z. latifol was not proportional to the concentration. Tyrosinase inhibitory activity of n-Hexane layer was similar to that by MeOH extract of Z. latifol, which means the tyrosinase inhibitory activity of the MeOH extract may be metastasized from MeOH to n-Hexane. Elastase inhibition by the MeOH extract of Z. latifol was increased in proportion to MeOH concentration. Elastase inhibitory activity of n-Hexane layer and water layer was similar to that by MeOH extract of Z. latifol, which means the elastase inhibitory activity of the MeOH extract may be metastasized from MeOH to n-Hexane and water. Accordingly, the MeOH extract and its solvent fractions of the root of Z. latifol can be evaluated to satisfy necessary and sufficient condition as the plant-origin multi-functional material that is pursued in this research and is thought to be suitable as the functional material for multi-functional cosmetics in future.
Indomethacin으로 유발된 백서의 위점막 손상에 대한 시호계지탕의 효과

Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of sihogeji-tang on indomethacin-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats. Methods : Experimental rats were classified into three groups. The normal group had no inflammation elicited. The control group was rats administered water after elicitation of gastro-inflammation. The sample group were administered sihogeji-tang after gastro-inflammation elicitation. Results : In the common morphology and histochemical change, the control group were observed to have various injuries by hemorrhagic erosion, while the sample group had noticeably fewer injuries than the control. In the immunohistochemical change, the distribution of HSP-70, PCNA treated with sihogeji-tang noticeably increased over the control group. The distribution of NF-kB, COX-2 treated with sihogeji-tang noticeably decreased compared to the control group. (p<0.05) Conclusions : Sihogeji-tang had significant effects on indomethacin-induced gastric mucosal lesions in rats.
대칭성 분석과 레벨셋을 이용한 자기공명 뇌영상의 자동 종양 영역 분할 방법

본 논문은 자기공명 뇌영상을 대상으로 뇌종양 영역을 자동으로 분할하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 정상적인 뇌영상은 좌우로 대칭인 특징을 지니는 반면에 종양이 존재하는 뇌영상은 종양세포와 부종 및 괴사로 인해 비대칭적인 특징을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 대칭성을 뇌영상내에 종양영역의 존재 유무를 판별할 수 있는 기준으로 이용한다. 대칭성 분석을 위해서 뇌영역의 윤곽선 정보를 이용해 중심축을 생성하였으며 이는 사전정보를 이용하지 않고 영상의 자체 정보만을 해석해서 중심축을 추출할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 영상 정합을 통해 해부학적 위치 정보를 추출하고 이를 이용하여 중심축을 찾는 방법과 구별된다. 자기공명 영상에서 정상뇌의 조직은 크게 3가지 클러스터로 분할되며 각 클러스터가 포함하는 영역은 백질과 회백질영역을 포함하는 뇌 실질영역, 뇌척수액(csf)영역, 두개골, 지방 및 뇌막 영역 등으로 나뉜다. 종양이 포함된 영상은 종양과 부종 및 괴사 영역이 추가적으로 존재하며 이는 클러스터링을 이용한 분할을 통해서 구분될 수 있다. 분할된 종양 영역의 중심점은 다음 슬라이스의 종양 영역의 경계를 검출하기 위한 레벨셋 알고리즘에 적용되어 전체 볼륨의 종양 영역의 경계선을 추출하기 위한 초기 시드로 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 3차원 볼륨의 영상(슬라이스)중에서 종양 영역이 존재하는 슬라이스의 종양 영역을 분할하여 이후의 슬라이스에서는 분할작업을 수행하지 않고 영역의 경계선만 추출한다. 자카드 지수와 처리 시간의 비교 분석을 통해 기존의 방법과 비슷한 성능과 빠른 속도로 종양 영역을 분할할 수 있다는 것을 보인다. In this paper, we proposed the method to detect brain tumor region in MR images. Our method is composed of 3 parts, detection of tumor slice, detection of tumor region and tumor boundary detection. In the tumor slice detection step, a slice which contains tumor regions is distinguished using symmetric analysis in 3D brain volume. The tumor region detection step is the process to segment the tumor region in the slice distinguished as a tumor slice. And tumor region is finally detected, using spatial feature and symmetric analysis based on the cluster information. The process for detecting tumor slice and tumor region have advantages which are robust for noise and requires less computational time, using the knowledge of the brain tumor and cluster-based on symmetric analysis. And we use the level set method with fast marching algorithm to detect the tumor boundary. It is performed to find the tumor boundary for all other slices using the initial seeds derived from the previous or later slice until the tumor region is vanished. It requires less computational time because every procedure is not performed for all slices.
흉통(胸痛)이 있는 심근교(myocardial bridge) 환자의 치험 1례

Myocardial bridging, a congenital coronary anomaly, is present when a segment of a major epicardial coronary artery, runs intramurally through the myocardium. So with each systole, the coronary artery is compressed. It has been associated with angina, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. This is a case of a 39-year-old woman who was diagnosed myocardial bridge. She complained of recurrent chest pain, palpitation. We diagnosed her as Gyesimtong(JiXiTong, 悸心痛), and prescribed Jeongkicheonhyang-tang(正氣天香湯). After treatment, all of the symptoms had improved and have not recurred for 18 months. This case suggests that oriental medicine therapy can be applicable to improve in symptoms of myocardial bridge.
사지 재건에 있어 서혜부 유리 피판술의 적응증 및 예후 인자

There are several advantages for groin flap, but its small and unpredictable vessels of pedicle have made it to lose its initial popularity. Although it would be ideal flap when it is focused on its useful advantages such as relative larger size, low donor site morbidity and possible bone graft, there have been few studies for prognostic factors for successful groin flap. Authors intended to determine prognostic factors which are relative with success of free groin flap. From January 1985 to December 2007, 107 patients who underwent groin flap for reconstruction of extremities were selected consecutively. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to determine prognostic factors which were related with success of groin flap. Eighty of 107 (74.8%) flaps survived. There was significant difference in success rate according to the recipient site. Nineteen of 20 cases (95%) survived in upper extremities, but 61 of 87 cases (70.1%) survived in lower extremities, which was statistically significant (p=0.022). Univariate analysis showed that mean diameter of donor veins was significantly larger in success group (p=0.021). Groin flap is recommended for reconstruction of upper extremities than lower extremities. It is thought to be critical that surgeons try to match vessel diameters between donor and recipient site.
스마트워치의 휠 인터페이스를 이용한 스마트 감성 조명 제어

본 연구에서는 원형 베젤을 이용하여 감성 조명을 제어하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 조명제어 시스템들은 스위치, 스마트 폰으로 제어하였다. 이러한 시스템들은 조명이 표현할 수 있는 다양한 빛을 표현해주지 못하고 복잡한 인터페이스를 사용하였다. 사용자의 편의성을 향상시키기 위해서 조명의 다양한 빛을 제어할 수 있는 기능과 직관적인 인터페이스가 필요하다. 조명의 색조, 색온도, 채도, 밝기 까지 세세하게 조절하는 기능을 만들었다. 스마트 워치의 휠 인터페이스를 이용하여 다양한 빛을 직관적으로 제어 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시스템은 사용자에게 스마트 감성 조명을 제공하기 위하여 사용자에게 감성정보를 선택받는다. 사용자는 "안정", "놀람", "피곤", "화남" 등 11가지의 감성 중에서 감성을 선택할 수 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 사용자의 감성 정보와 시간, 위치를 프로파일링 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 워치의 원형 베젤을 이용하여 스마트 전구를 제어하는 시스템을 개발하였다. In this study, we implemented the emotional light controlling system by using the wheel interface built in the smart-watch devices. Most previous light controlling systems have been adopted the direct switches or smart-phone applications for presenting individual emotion in lighting systems. However, in order to control color properties, these studies have some complicated user-interfaces in systems and limitation to present various color spectrums. Therefore, we need to user-friendly interfaces and functions for controlling properties of the lightning systems such as color, tone, color temperature, brightness, and saturation in detail with the wheel interface built in the smart-watch devices. The system proposed in the study is given to choose the user's selecting the emotional status information for providing the emotional lights. The selectable emotional status such as "stable", "surprise", "tired", "angry", etc. can be among 11 kinds of emotional states. In addition, the designed system processed the user's information such as user's emotional status information, local time, location information.
