          환경 특성과 스마트 웨어에 관한 연구

          This study has set its goal to analyze the concept and pattern of smart wear which is considered as the clothing with a new concept as future, and present to the design direction of smart wear coping with 21st century's environmental changes. Future-oriented smart wear that reflecting environmental characteristic is a design blended with digital technology holding multiple function. It's a design frequently check the wearer's external environmental change and physical condition to fulfill its protection function. This convenient clothing is not restricted in its concept, which means its concept transcends the concept of ‘wearing clothing' toward ‘space', or ‘tool' according to the need. This study has analyzed and considered the cases of smart wear design patterns and method and then presented smart wear direction reflecting environmental characteristic on it. This researcher hope that follow up studies deal with public opinion survey for the commercialization of smart wear, and then market potential survey & usability after the commercialization.

        • 랜드마크 인지유형에 따른 도시이미지 차이와 구전의도에 미치는 영향

          This study"s purpose is to analyze and verify differences among City Image depend on the types of landmark that people perceive and find out the effect on Word of Mouth Intention. Two groups participated on this study, the one from Busan City and the other from different region. The Landmark Types are divided into four types which are Architecture, Typfier, Streets and the View. The City Image composed of four factors: Landscapes, Convenience, Attractive Image and Modern factors. As a result of difference verification depending on Perceived Landmark Types on City Image, the convenient, atttractive and modern city image was highly formed by respondents that perceive Architecture as a landmark and the landscape image was highly formed by Typfier perceivers. Also, the attractive image only showed difference on City Image Evaluation depending on Landmark Types. The effect on Word of Mouth Intention on two groups appeared that Busan City residents have positive effect on every four factors of City Image. However, other city residents have effect only on Landscapes, Convenience and Modern factors. It also appeared that Busan City residents have good mouth-to-mouth intentons on landscape image and other city residents have it on Convenience, Modern image.

          컨벤션산업 종사자들의 직무스트레스 유발요인이 우울증상 및 이직의도, 직무성과, 직무충실도, 조직충성도에 미치는 영향: 부산의 PCO업체와 호텔을 중심으로

          본 연구는 직무스트레스, 우울증상, 이직의도, 직무성과, 직무충실도 그리고 조직충성도 간 컨벤션산업 종사자들의 직군에 따른 영향 관계를 알아보기 위한 실증분석연구이다. 실증분 석은 부산시 소재 PCO업체와 호텔직원 총 160명을 대상으로 실시하였으며 분석은 SPSS.22.0을 활용하여 로지스틱 회귀분석, 선형확률모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 직무 스트레스가 우울증상에 미치는 영향에서 PCO집단은 부정적인 대인관계만 높게 나타났고, 호텔집단은 부정적 대인관계와 직무불안정성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 두 집단 모두 직무스트 레스로 우울증상을 느끼는 종사자들이 이직할 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, PCO집단 에서 우울증상을 느끼면 직무성과가 낮아질 것으로 나타났으나 호텔집단에서는 영향관계가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 두집단 모두 우울증상을 느낄수록 직무충실도가 저하되는 것으로 나 타났다. 마지막으로, PCO집단과 호텔집단 모두 우울증상을 느낄수록 조직충성도 또한 낮아 질 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 본 연구는 종사자들이 대인관계 요인에 많은 스트레스를 받고 있음을 알 수 있으며 우울증상이 높을수록 이직의도, 직무성과, 직무충실도, 조직충성도에 부 정적 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 따라서 직무스트레스와 우울증상을 완화시킬 수 있는 방안 과 스트레스를 유발하는 조직의 성과주의 문화를 탈피하여 배려지향적인 문화를 추구해야 하는 것을 시사한다. As the Service Industry has become competitive, the employees in this industry are going through job stress and d epression. With this, reducing such stress and depression is needed especially in Convention Industry, one of a s ervice industry where human reliances are high and speciality is needed. Therefore, the study's purpose is to f irst, investigate Job Stress effecting on Depression, Second, identify the relationship between Depression, Inte ntion of Turnover, Job Performance, Job Loyalty, Organizational Loyalty and give suggestions based on the result. The structural model was tested using the empirical data collected from total 160 employees with two groups, each were PCO and Hotel. The results indicated that (1) the Interpersonal Relationship Stress appeared in increasing D epression in both PCO and Hotel group and Job Insecurity only appeared in Hotel group (2) Both G roups with depre ssion showed high Intention of Turnover (3) Only PCO group with Depression likely to decrease their Job Performanc es (4) Both groups with Depression likely to decline their Job Loyalty (5) Organizational Loyalty. Based on the data analysis results theoretical/managerial implications were discussed.

          랜드마크 인지유형에 따른 도시이미지 차이와 구전의도에 미치는 영향

          본 연구는 사람이 인지하는 랜드마크 유형에 따른 도시이미지와의 차이를 분석하고 지역민과 타지역민에 따른 구전의도에 영향을 주는 도시이미지의 하위차원들에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 부산에 있는 상위 16개 랜드마크들을 예비조사를 통해 선정하여 이들을 건축물, 상징물, 거리, 전망의 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 도시이미지는 경관성, 편의성, 매력적 이미지, 현대적 이미지로 구분하여 부산시민과 타지역민들의 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS.18.0을 활용하였으며, 랜드마크 인지유형과 도시이미지 간의 차이는 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시한 반면 구전의도에 대한 부산시민과 타지역민에 대한 차이를 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 매력적 이미지만 유의한 차이를 보인 것으로 나타났고 집단 간 영향력을 살펴보면 상징물을 랜드마크로 인식하는 사람이 경관성에 대해 높게 평가한 반면 건축물을 랜드마크로 인지한 사람은 편의성, 매력적 이미지, 현대적 이미지에 대해 높게 평가하였다. 부산시민과 타지역민의 구전의도에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 부산시민들은 도시이미지의 4가지 하위차원이 구전의도에 유의적 영향을 준 반면 타지역민들은 매력적 이미지를 제외한 나머지 하위차원들에 대해 긍정적 구전의도가 나타났다. 또한 부산시민들은 경관성에 대해 구전효과가 높은 반면, 타지역민들은 편의성, 현대적 이미지에 대해 구전효과가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에 대한 시사점으로 첫째, 랜드마크 유형을 4가지로 분류하여 새로운 학문적 기틀을 마련하였으며 둘째, 부산시민과 타지역민들을 구분지어 구전효과에 대한 차이를 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 부산에 적합한 이미지 구축 방안을 제시하여 실무적 시사점으로 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze and verify differences among City Image depending on the types of landmark that people perceive and to examine its effect on word?of-mouth Intention. Two groups participated in this study: one that lives in Busan City and the other from different region. The Landmark Types are divided into four types which are Architecture, Typifier, Streets, and the View, and the City Image is composed of four factors: Landscapes, Convenience, Attractive and Modern Image. This study employs the analysis of variance(ANOVA) and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 to verify the differences among variables. The results show that respondents who perceived architecture as a landmark gave high scores on the convenience, Atttractiveness, and Modern city image, while typifier perceivers highly valued the lanscape image of the city. Also, the difference in city image evaluation only exists in terms of on the attractiveness according to the landmark types. There was a significant difference in word-of-mouth intention between two groups. That is, Busan City residents have positive effects on every four factors of City Image. However, other region residents have postive effects only on Landscapes, Convenience and Modern factors. It also appeared that Busan City residents have good word-of-mouth intentions on landscape image, while other region residents have it on Convenience, Modern image. As the implications, this study offered a new basis on Landmark studies and provided appropriate image building for Busan based on the results.

          장식기법을 이용한 의복제작 연구

          Fashion is nowadays being evolved to the pursuit of functionality and plastic element and the mixture of culture. Such trends can be reflexed very well by the fanciness of fashion in terms of the expressive form. The desire for the fanciness is one of human basic instincts so that decoration has developed as a factor of fashion. Recently, oriental culture comes into a spotlight globally so that it is not exception that ethnic of the culture in the oriental world becomes main stream in the fashion as the economy of many asian countries keeps growing. Hence, the other images which can be illustrated in the designs applying decoration techniques ethnic and vintage. Such images can be very much expressed by the embroidery and beads. Thus, this research is to define the embroidery and beads decoration techniques and their historical developments followed by the various decoration techniques. for this purpose, the theoretical backgrounds to the decoration are researched by the literature review through pictures, books, magazines and thesis. For the embroidery and beads techniques used for the contemporary fashion are found in the collection magazines published since 2000 and web-sites. These extended research is practically used for the fashion design in order to learn how to apply embroidery and beads to the fashion design and how to present the diversity of materials in the fashion design.

          배초향 에센셜오일의 화학적 조성과 생리활성 특성

          Background: In Korea, Agastache rugosa (Fisch. & C. A. Mey.) O. Kuntze is one of the well-known perennial plants belonging to Lamiaceae. This mint-fragranced plant has long been used for the treatment of abdominal pain, congestion, chills, and diarrhea since the Goryeo Dynasty. Although this plant has various medicinal properties, it is only used as a spice and for landscape purposes. Methods and Results: The objective of this paper was to review the chemical composition and biological properties of the essential oil of A. rugosa. Several studies reported that the essential oil contains more than 60 different chemical components of monoterpene and sesquiterpene hydrocarbons and oxygenated hydrocarbons. The major component is methyl chavicol (estragole), accounting for 64% - 88% of the oil. The chemical composition of this essential oil vaired widely according to the planting time, environmental conditions, planting distance, fertilizer application, and harvesting time. Conclusions: The essential oil of A. rugosa possesses various pharmacological properties such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anticancer, antiviral, nematicidal, antifungal, insecticidal, wrinkle improver, stress reliever, and Alzheimer's disease alleviator. Hence, the essential oil from A. rugosa could be used for the development of high value-added industrial products in the near future.
