        Amino Acid and Phenolic Contents in lilfected Leaves of Rice in Relation to Adult - Plant Resistance to Leaf Blast

        도열병에 대해 감수성을 보이는 낙동과 성체식물저항성을 보이는 도봉의 건전엽과 도열병 감염엽내의 에탄올가용성 아미노산과 페놀화합물을 양적으로 분석하였다. 접종 3일후에는 가용성 아미노산과 페놀화합물의 수준은 건전엽과 비슷하였다. 도열병 병반이 접종 5일 후에 감염엽에 나타났을 때 가용성 아미노산과 페놀화합물은 5엽기와 3엽기에서 증가하기 시작하였고, 접종 7일 후에서는 이들 화합물의 수준은 5엽기와 8엽기에서 건전엽보다 약 $1.5\~3$배 더 많았다. 도열병 감염동안 비록 도봉이 도열병에 대해 낙동보다 덜 감염되었지만 5엽기와 8엽기의 건전엽과 감염엽에서 성체식물저항성 품종 도봉의 가용성 아미노산 및 페놀화합물 함량은 감수성 품종 낙농의 함량보다 높았다. 벼품종 도봉이 도열병에 감염동안 아미노산과 페놀화합물 함량이 현저하게 증가하여 성체식물저항성이 발현하는데 중요한 역할을 할지 모른다. Ethanol-soluble amino acids and phenolics in healthy and blast-infected leaves of the susceptible rice cultivar Nakdong and adult-plant-resistant cultivar Dobong were quantitatively analyzed, At the 3 days after inoculation, the levels of soluble amino acids and phenolics in the infected fifth and eighth leaves of the two cultivars ere similar to those of comparable healthy controls. As blast lesions appeared on the leaves at the 5 days after inoculation, the soluble amino acids and phenolics began to increase. At the 7 days after inoculation, the levels of amino acids and phenolics were about 1.5-3 times more than those in healthy controls at the five-and eight leaf stages. The adult-plant-resistant cultivar Dobong showed higher amounts of soluble amino acids and phenolics in both healthy and infected fifth and eighth leaves than did the susceptible cultivar Nakdong, although Dobong was less infected by Pyricularia oryzae than Nakdong, The pronounced increases in amino acids and phenolics in rice leaves of the cultivar Dobong during the blast infection may play an important role in the expression of adult-plant resistance to blast.

        조선후기 남한산성 관아건축의 변천

        Namhansanseong fortress (南漢山城) is not Eupchi (邑治) created for ages but the new settlement of public and military administration as Baedo (陪都) to defend capital territory. Namhansanseong has Jinsan (鎭山) that is named Cheongnyangsan (淸凉山) and its government office building was located in the main place, also a periodic five-day market was being held in the center of fortress. This study is find out the transition and its historical background of government office building on Namhansanseong by the relocation of Eupchi in the 17th century. The conclusion of analysis can be summarized as follows; The main change of government office in the late Choson dynasty is to move Yi-a, administrative complex (貳衙) around Yeonmugwan (演武館). Since 1795, the 19th year of King Jeongjo (正祖), this was fixed by the end of the Choson dynasty on the unification of Magistrate which is also Defense Commander. In the second place, the military office on Jungyeong (中營) that is Junggun's (中軍) place of work was abolished by the reform of Junggun system. Thirdly, transition of the end of the Choson dynasty is the abolition of Sueoyeong (守禦營) and the realignment of government offices. Namely, the administrative agency was moved to Haenggung (行宮) after the collapse of unification in 1895. Also former military offices was changed to police administration on Gwangju-bu (廣州府), Gwangju county level unit.

        수평 위치정보 추정을 위한 관성/천측 항법시스템 설계 및 약결합/강결합 방식의 성능 비교

        본 논문에서는 관성측정장치와 천측 항법을 활용한 수평 위치 추정을 위한 항법 시스템 설계에 대해 기술하였다. 우주 상에서 별은 천구 상에 널리 퍼져 있는 천체로서 별의 관측을 통해 자세 정보를 획득하는데 주로 사용되어 왔다. 하지만 별의 고도 정보를 통해 수평 위치에 대한 정보 또한 획득이 가능한데, 이는 천측 항법이라고 불리며 예전 항해사들이 바다 위 항해 중에 자기의 위치를 알아내던 원리와 동일하다. 특히 GPS 등의 사용이 불가능한 심우주에서는 비교적 관측이 쉬운 별을 통해 위치에 대한 정보를 획득하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수평 위치정보를 추정할 수 있는 항법 시스템을 소개하며 측정값을 활용하는 방식에 따라 약결합과 강결합의 두 가지 방식의 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 설계된 시스템이 올바르게 수평 위치정보를 추정하는지 여부와 함께 약결합과 강결합 방식의 성능을 비교하여 추후 천측 항법을 활용한 항법 시스템 설계에 도움이 되고자 한다.

        계분퇴비와 천연무기질 자재를 활용한 고랭지배추 비가림 유기재배 시 시용질소의 이용률과 배추의 생육

        This study was carried out to evaluate nitrogen availability of applied fertilizer and to investigate yield and growth of Korean kimchi cabbage as affected by amount of fertilizer and soil fertility in organic farming applied various fertilizers in rainshelter. The head weight of Korean kimchi cabbage cultured in infertile soil (sand loam) with no amendments was very low. and that in fertile soil (clay loam) was higher than in infertile soil (sand loam). The head weight of Korean kimchi cabbage as affected by amount of fertilizer was more variable in infertile soil (sand loam) than in fertile soil (clay loam). Nitrogen availability of applied fertilizer by Korean kimchi cabbage was lower in fertile soil (clay loam) than in infertile soil (sand loam) and the lower that was, the more fertilizer applied. By application of poultry manure compost 20Mg ha-1 and natural mineral materials such as guano, phosphate rock, and potassium magnesium rock equal to amount of fertilizer recommended in conventional farming, the yield of Korean kimchi cabbage in infertile soil (sand loam) with 1% organic matter came up to 90% of the yield in fertile soil (clay loam) with 6% organic matter. Therefore natural mineral materials such as guano for N source, phosphate rock for P source, and potassium magnesium rock for K source may be able to use as environmental-friendly fertilizers in organic Korean kimchi cabbage production in highland. 비가림하우스에서 고랭지배추 유기재배 시 시용량 및 토양비옥도에 따른 시용질소의 이용률과 배추의 수량성을 검토하였다. 무비구에서의 구중은 사양토 토양에서 현저히 낮았으며, 비옥도가 낮은 사양토에 비해 비옥도가 높은 식양토에서 높았다. 시비량에 따른 구중의 변화는 비옥도가 높은 식양토에 비해 비옥도가 낮은 사양토에서 더 크게 나타났다. 질소이용률은 토양의 비옥도가 높고, 질소시비량이 많을수록 낮았다. 질소함량 1%의 사양토에서도 계분퇴비 2톤/10a과 표준시비량 수준의 천연무기질자재의 시용으로 질소함량 6%의 식양토의 약 90% 수준의 수량을 나타냈다. 질소, 인산, 및 칼리질 천연광물자원인 구아노, 인광석 및 황산가리고토 등은 친환경 자재로서 균형적 시비를 꾀하는 유기재배에서 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

        비닐이나 유리로 피복되어 있는 원예재배시설은 저온, 강우 등의 불량환경을 극복하여 작물의 생산성을 높이는 데 크게 이바지해 왔다. 그러나 여름철 고온기에 강광의 유입은 직접적 작물 스트레스는 물론 시설 내 온도를 과도하게 상승시켜 작물생육에 악영향을 미친다. 이 때문에 일반적으로 환기와 차광에 의존하여 시설 내 온도상승을 억제하고 있으나 어려움이 많다. 이에 원예재배시설 내 온도 및 광환경을 개선하기 위하여 개발된 유동차광 냉각시스템을 소개하고자 한다.

        조선후기(朝鮮後期) 충청도(忠淸道) 지방(地方) 읍치(邑治)의 공간구조(空間構造)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        This study is to analyze spatial structure of Eupchi(邑治) on Chungchong province with Chungchong-do regional maps(忠淸道地方地圖) and Eupjis(邑誌, topography) being compiled in the late Chosun dynasty. According to the analysis of it in this study, we make conclusions as follows; 1. Gunhyeon(郡縣) which had been Eupseong(邑城) on Chungchong-do in Chosun dynasty was 13 provinces, and the construction of Eupseong was the coast Eupseong built for the purpose of defense and military Eupseong built at Byeongyeong(兵營) and Geojin(巨鎭). And a measure used In the construction of a castle was Pobaekcheok(布帛尺) used to survey a frontier defence in Chosun dynasty, also Jucheok(周尺) or Yeongjocheok(營造尺) could be assumed to be wide use at that time. 2. Eupchi of Chungchong-do Gunhyeon was almost disposed to the south direction, also had been Jinsan(鎭山) safeguarding it. With relation to Jwahyang(坐向) and Jinsan, its Jinsan and Myeongdang-cheon(明堂川) match each other in location of Eupchi, as it get Jinsan sat, and take main river in front of it. And provincial government office to be the center of a Eupchi is organized into Gaeksa(客舍), Dongheon(東軒), Naea(內衙), Hyangcheong(鄕廳), and practical business facilities, Jakcheong(作廳) or Jangcheong etc., the others is composed for the use of support of those. 3. In most Eupchi in Chungchong province, the layout Sajikdan(社稷壇) and Yeodan(礪壇) was gone with a principle as they were disposed in the west and the north with Eupchi. Seonghwangdan(城隍壇) and Munmyo(文廟) was built in defiance of a principle, as a condition of province. Jangsi(場市) of Eupchi was opened in front of government office or Gaeksa, and the Gunhyeon which had Eupseong was established in the inside and outside of Eupseong.

        조선후기(朝鮮後期) 지방관아건축(地方官衙建築)의 배치구성(配置構成)에 관한 연구(硏究) -문헌사료(文獻史料)에 나타난 충청도(忠淸道)를 대상으로-

        This study is to analyze the building layout of traditional government office building in Chungchong province with Chungchong-do regional maps and Eupjis(邑誌) being compiled in the late Chosun dynasty. The building layout of government office in Chungchong-do is followed in the wake of the spatial structure, Sam-Jo(三朝, three reign) and Oejeon-Naejeon(外殿-內殿), of Chosun dynasty palace. The planning principle of Sam-Jo at government office, Dongheon(東軒) territory for rule administration corresponds to Chijo(治朝) with a local governor who is the ruler, as for the Naea(內衙) territory which a family of him and he lives in, it is corresponded to Yeonjo(燕朝), and in the job space of Ajeon(衙前), it is corresponded to Oejo(外朝). As for the application of the inside and outside principle of provincial government office, Dongheon is corresponded to Oejeon and Naea to Naejeon. A compositive and an approach axis of government office in Chungchong-do is correspond with Dongheon in the center, and these axes form an central axis and an entry space of government office included Oesammun(外三門) Naesammun(內三門) Dongheon or Naea. Because an essential performance of provincial government office is provincial administration, the layout configuration of government office is a function, which is an expression of an official institution.

        악관절원판 천공의 방사선학적 연구

        Thirty-nine patients (forty-four joints) who had been diagnosed as having meniscus perforation of the temporomandibular joint by inferior joint space arthrography and had been treated by surgical procedures were evaluated retrospectively. Information of clinical findings, arthrotomographic findings and surgical findings was collected on a standardized form and evaluated. The results were as follows: 1. On the 34 patients of 38 joints which were surgically confirmed perforation of meniscus or its attachments of the temporomandibular joint, there were 29 females and 5 males (5.8:1). The average age was 36 years (range 17 to 70). 2. The common clinical findings of group that had meniscus displacement without reduction and with perforation were pain on the affected joint and limitation of mouth opening. In the group showing meniscus displacement with reduction and with perforation the common clinical findings were pain and clicking on the affected joint. 3. 32 joints (84.2%) were arthrotomographically anterior meniscus displacement without reduction and with perforation, 6 joints (15.8%) showed anterior meniscus displacement with reduction and with perforation. 4. Joints categorized arthrotomographically as having meniscus displacement without reduction and with perforation were less likely to have full translation of the condyle in comparison with the normal or meniscus displacement with reduction and with perforation groups. (p<0.05) 5.The arthrographic findings of 44 joints having meniscus perforation were compared with surgical findings, there were 6 false positive findings of meniscus perforation, the reliability of arthrographic findings of meniscus perforation was a 86.4% correlation with surgical findings. 6. On the site of perforations of 38 joints which were surgically confirmed perforation of meniscus or its attachments, twenty-three of perforations (60.5%) were in location at the junction of the meniscus and posterior attachment, forteen (36.9%) were located at the posterior attachment and one (2.6%) was at the meniscus itself.

        고추좀잠자리 (Sympetrum depressiusculum)로부터 분리한 리그닌 분해균주, Serratia marcescens HY-5의 특성

        A ligniolytic bacterial strain was isolated from the digestive tract of a red dragonfly, Sympetrum dopressiusculum. It was identified as a Serratia marcescens HY-5 by 16S rDNA sequence analysis and physiological and biochemical analysis. The isolated strain showed proportional increase of ligninolytic activity to the cell growth in the culture media which include lignin compounds. It showed about 25-45% decomposition of lignin compound by 48 hr incubation especially, showed effective decomposition of monomer lignin compounds, vanillin and guaiacol, and a dimer, dealkaline lignin. PCR amplification of 16S rDNA followed by denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis showed high density of S. marcescens HY-5 in the gut of the S. depressiusculum at both gut samples which collected at different site. 고추좀잠자리의 장으로부터 리그닌 분해활성을 보이는 미생물을 분리하였으며 16s rDNA 서열분석 및 생리 생화학적 동정에 의해 Serratia marcescens에 속하는 새로운 균주로 밝혀졌다. 분리된 균주는 리그닌 화합물을 포함하는 배지에서 배양하였을 때 cell growth의 증가에 따라 리그닌 화합물에 대한 분해능이 증가하였으며 48시간의 배양에 의해 20-45%의 분해능을 나타내었고, 특히 monomer 화합물인 vanillin 및 guaiacol과 dimer 화합물인 dealkaline 리그닌에 대한 분해능이 높았다. 분리된 균주 S. marcescens HY-5는 PCR에 의한 16S rDNA의 증폭과 denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis에 의한 장내 세균의 분포를 조사하였을 때 높은 밀도의 분포를 나타내었으며 서로 다른 지역에서 채집된 고추좀잠자리에서 공통적으로 발견되는 특징을 보여주었다.
