In order to know the incidence of foot rot in herds and slaughter houses, a total of 3,665 cattles were examined the incidence rate, vaccination, and drug susceptibility the during the period from June to Novemer 1989. Eighty nine(2.42%) of 3,665 cattles were affected by the foot rot, and the highest incidence was observed on July and August. The foot rot was affected more frequently in hind limbs than frort limbs. In the vaccinated cattles of non affected herds, the disease was not occurred after-wards. Affected cattles which were treated with saturated picric acid gave more effective than those with 10% cupuric acid or 5% formalin in comarative treatment test.
소규모 디자인 스튜디오의 사례 연구 : 창의성, 독립성, 협업에 대한 주제 해석을 중심으로

This study aims at investigating the circumstances and structural characteristics of the small design studios and finding the directivity of the design creative activities through the case study on the small design studios. The small design studios have been active in earnest in Korea since the mid 2000s under the influence of the design studios' activities all over the world. But in domestic design circumstance, the cultural climate of the creative activities is vulnerable, the design business is already saturated and it doesn't have enough academic studies on the design studio. In that sense, this study explores the small design studios in-depth through an empirical case study. We try to classify the activities of the design studios focused on the literature researches and make the survey. And then we carry out the case study through the interviews, observations and so on. The characteristics of the small design studios based on this case study are creative, independent, co-work.

터널 내부에서의 화재의 경우 일반도로와 달리 운전자의 시야 확보가 어려워 대형사고가 발생할 가능성이 매우 높다. 따라서 터널 내부 화재 발생 시 제트팬 용량에 따른 제연 효과에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 NIST에서 개발한 화재시뮬레이션인 FDS를 사용하여 제트팬의 유무, 제트팬의 용량에 의해 터널 내부에서 발생한 차량 화재에 대한 제트팬 용량에 따른 연기 거동 및 가시거리, 일산화탄소의 농도를 분석하였다. HRRPUA(Heat Release Rate Per Area)는 3.6MW/m 로 설정하였으며, 모든 해석 시간은 총 600s로 설정하였다. CFD에 의한 가시거리, 일산화탄소 농도 해석은 y=30m, y=110m에서 결과를 확인하였으며 직경과 유량에 따라 연기거동 분석, 가시거리 분석, 일산화탄소 농도를 확인하였다. 제트팬의 직경과 유량이 커질수록 y=30m 후방에서 높은 가시거리를 확인할 수 있으며 일산화탄소 농도가 0ppm임을 확인하였다. 제트팬 직경과 유량이 큰 조건에서는 제트팬 유동의 상류 방향으로 대피하면 인명피해를 최대한 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In case of a fire inside a tunnel, unlike ordinary roads, it is very difficult for a driver to obtain visibility, and a large accident is highly likely to occur. In this study, the smoke behavior, visible distance, and CO concentration of a jet fan were analyzed using the NIST fire simulation (FDS). All analyses were set to HRRPUA (Heat Release Rate Per Area) 3.6MW/m and all the analysis times were set to 600s. In all analyses by CFD, the results were confirmed at y=30m and y=110m, and smoke behavior analysis, visible range analysis, and carbon monoxide concentration were confirmed according to the diameter and flow rate. As the size and flow rate of the jet fan increased, the visibility distance was high at y=30m, and the concentration of carbon monoxide was also confirmed to be 0 ppm. Therefore, proper setting of the jet fan diameter and flow rate will be an excellent solution for fires in tunnels, and taking refuge at upstream area of a re-ventilated fan can reduce the number of casualties.

Purpose: This study proposes a Shiny-Sigma Methods that combines the advantages of Six Sigma method and Shainin method in order to solve field defect. Each technique has advantages and disadvantages. Methods: This study proposed Shiny-Sigma by combining Six Sigma has the logical advantage of the problem solving road map and Shiny has the merits of finding the root problem from the defective phenomenon. The Six Sigma method has the disadvantage that it is difficult to solve if the number of data is small, but the Shiny method has the advantage of finding the root cause with a small number of data. Results: As a result of applying Shiny-Sigma method to the field, it has advantages of solving the problem easily and quickly than the existing Six Sigma method. It does not require a lot of statistical knowledge, which helps field workers to use it. Based on these successes L Co. company has obtained the effect of improving the production quality by applying the Shiny-Sigma method. Conclusion: The Shiny-Sigma method proved to be suitable for the production site as a result of field application. It is suitable for field workers with low statistical knowledge and is suitable for field where data is difficult to obtain. This method is not a method to solve all the problems because there are problems that can be solved according to the field problems. We hope that this method will spread to many industrial sites and this method will have a great effect on the improvement of field production quality.

우리는 본 논문에서 공개 서비스 웹 서버와 비공개 인트라넷 웹 서버의 사용자 접속 로그를 이용하여 웹 서버의 부하를 측정했다. 또한 측정된 부하를 분석하여 부하 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 찾고, 부하와의 관계를 설명했다. 부하에 영향을 미치는 요인은 요일, 시간 등이며 시간별 부하는 비교적 동일한 패턴을 매일 반복한다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 서버의 구현 목적에 따라 서로 상이한 패턴을 보인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 분석된 부하를 이용하는 방법을 설명하고, 추후 연구 되어야 할 다양한 내용의 웹 서버와 웹 로그 파일의 내용을 이용한 분석과 이용방법을 밝혔다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to gain the objective indicators for the classification of hypertension by oriental medical pulse diagnosis, through finding out the parameters which can distinguish the pulse of hypertensive patient from that of normal subject, and characterizes the wiry pulse of hypertension. Methods: 30-59 yr, male, 946 healthy volunteers and 35 hypertensive patients were enrolled in this study. All the hypertensive patients were taking medicine to control the blood pressure and the blood pressure of the hypertension group was not statistically different from that of the normal healthy group. Data were acquired using 3 dimensional pulse imaging analyser(DMP-3000, DAEYOMEDI, KOREA) and analysed according to the age bands and the applied pressure levels. Results: 1. RAI/t, w/t and t2/t decreased with the levels of applied pressure and increased with age in the normal healthy group, not in the hypertension group. 2. RAI/t, w/t, t2/t were significantly higher in the hypertension group than the normal healthy group in the 30-age band, and elasticity coefficient was higher in the hypertension group than the normal healthy group in the 40-age band. 3. Researches on the patients without hypotensive agents are needed to figure out whether these parameters are the components of hypertensive wiry pulse. Conclusions: Analysing the radial pulse at 5 applied pressure levels using 3 dimensional pulse imaging analyser may be useful to differentiate the pulses of the hypertensive patients from those of the normal subjects, and characterize the hypertension.

Laser welding technology for manufacturing automobile body is studied. Laser welding system and robot are used for consisting the robot based laser welding system. The laser system is used 4kW Nd:YAG laser(HL4006D) of Trumpf and 1.6kW Fiber laser of IPG. The robot system is used IRB6400R of ABB(payload:120kg) and HX130-02 of Hyundai Heavy Industry(payload : 130kg). The welding joints of steel plate are butt and lap joint. The robot laser welding system is equipped with a seam tracker and plasma sensor. The monitoring method of welding quality and seam tracking technology along the butt-joint are studied. The seam tracking system is SMART-20LS and RAPAL of Servo-Robot and MVS-5 sensor of MVS. We investigate the parameters which have influence on the welding quality through the plasma intensity signals measuring method. The artificial defects (<⌀1mm) in joint are well observed by using the plasma intensity signals measured by the plasma sensor of UV and IR. The laser welding tests are performed after the observation the bead on plate and the welding process for non-linear tailored blank and front side member is studied. The new laser source and the new laser scanner system permit to increase the processing speed and to improve the process efficiency. The paper introduces the robot based remote laser welding system to permit to resolve the limited welding speed and accuracy of the conventional laser welding system.
