청소년의 성별에 따른 식생활 행태가 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향에 대한 융합적 연구

본 연구는 청소년의 성별에 따른 식생활 행태가 이들의 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향을 파악하여, 성별에 따른 맞춤형 영양교육과 연계한 교육프로그램을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2019 청소년건강행태조사를 활용하였으며, 연구대상으로 중·고등학생 57,303명을 선정하였다. 청소년의 연령, 학업성적, 경제상태, 거주형태, 주관적 건강과 체형 인지를 통제하고, 식생활 변수로 아침식사 및 신선식품(과일, 채소, 우유, 물), 가공식품(탄산음료, 에너지음료, 단맛 나는 음료, 패스트푸드) 변수들이 청소년의 스트레스 인지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아침식사는 청소년 모든 성별에서 스트레스 인지에 부(-)의 영향을 나타냈고, 신선식품의 경우 남학생은 물이, 여학생은 과일이 스트레스 인지에 가장 높은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 가공식품의 경우 청소년 모두 에너지음료가 스트레스 인지에 가장 높은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 식생활 요인이었다. 이러한 결과는 청소년의 스트레스 인지 개선을 위해 청소년의 성별에 따른 맞춤형 식생활 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 건강한 식생활을 형성하기 위한 지속적인 지도가 필요함을 시사한다. This study was conducted to identify the impact of adolescents' dietary behavior on their stress perception and provide basic data for education programs linked to customized nutrition education by gender. In this study, the 2019 Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey was used, and a total of 57,303 middle·high school students were selected. Controlling adolescents' age, school record, economic status, residence type, subjective health and body type perception, and the dietary life variables designed with breakfast, fresh foods(fruit, vegetables, milk, water), processed foods(carbonate beverage, energy beverage, sweet beverage, fast food) were analyzed to have an effects on the stress recognition of adolescents. Breakfast had a negative(-) effect on stress perception in all genders of adolescents, and in the case of fresh food, water for boys and fruit for girls had the highest negative(-) effect on stress perception, and in the case of processed foods, energy drink was the dietary factor that had the highest positive(+) effect on adolescents' stress perception. These results suggest that it is necessary to develop a dietary education program tailored to the gender of adolescents to improve their stress perception, and to provide continuous guidance to form a healthy diet.

최근 국내에서는 식품에 대한 관심도가 높아짐에 따라 먹거리에 건강 환경 미래지향적 가치가 부여되고 있으며 식품 산업에서도 신규 식품 개발이 증가하는 추세이다. 식단을 구성할 때 기준이 되는 식품교환표는 개정과정에서 많은 인력과 시간이 소요되기 때문에 식품 섭취 변화를 신속하게 반영하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 식품교환표의 활용도를 높이기 위한 식품교환표 갱신 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 의사결정트리 모델을 학습하여 새롭게 추가된 식품의 정보를 바탕으로 식품군을 분류하여 식품교환표를 갱신한다. 이는 영양 관리가 필요한 당뇨병 환자 등에게 실용적이며 기호성·다양성이 높은 식단을 구성하는 데 도움을 준다.
1980-2019년 기간 동안 소아청소년 알레르기질환에서 항원 감작의 변화

Purpose: Allergen sensitization is constantly changing, and understanding these changes can help manage and prevent allergic diseases. This research analyzed and compared the changes in allergen sensitization in children diagnosed with allergic diseases us-ing the skin test and the multiple allergen simultaneous test. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data on children who were diagnosed with allergic diseases and received immunother-apy at Yonsei Medical Center from 1980 to 1998 and they were screened for allergen sensitization at Severance Hospital from 2005 to 2019. Results: Between 1980 and 1998, and between 2005 and 2019, data on 3,205 (male, 70.3%; mean age, 7.2±2.9 years) and 15,318 children (male, 62.8%; mean age, 8.8±4.5 years) were analyzed. The sensitized allergens that appeared in the 1980-1998 included Dermatophagoides farinae (91.0%), Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (76.3%), cockroach (13.5%), and Alternaria (11.5%), in order of frequency; further, the sensitized allergens that appeared in the 2005-2019 included D. farinae (45.0%), D. pteronyssinus (39.6%), cat dander (12.2%), and dog dander (9.1%), in order of frequency. D. farinae and D. pteronyssinus demonstrated the highest sensitization rates, although the rates decreased gradually. The sensitization to cat dander and dog dander showed a growing trend, and sensiti-zation to Humulus japonicus, Candida, and cockroach decreased after 2005. Conclusion: Over the past 40 years, the allergen sensitization in Korean children with allergic diseases has increased. These changes reflect lifestyle and environmental changes and influence allergic disease management approaches. Thus, changes in allergic sensi-tization should be monitored continuously. The concern of health and safety is growing due to increasing exposure of inhalable chemicals. However, there is no appropriate alternative testing method for assessing the hazard caused by inhalation exposure. The aim of this study is to establish respiratory 3-dimentional (3D) tissue model which can be applied for assessing the toxicity testing in Korea. First of all, respiratory 3D tissue model, SoluAirway™ was reconstituted by using human nasal mucosa. For evaluating its stability, the viability, Trans-Epithelial Electric Resistance (TEER), and histology was analyzed after delivered to 3 areas in Korea. Then, bleomycin (BLM) and polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate (PHMG) which were known as toxic materials in pulmonary system were treated to various 3D tissue models to demonstrate applicability in evaluating chemical toxicity. The cytotoxicity and secretion of inflammatory cytokines was acquired with MTT and ELISA, respectively. The cell viability, TEER and integrity of the 3D tissue model which quality was controlled between products, had no significantly different values after delivery. The cytotoxicity of BLM and PHMG showed dose-dependently. Furthermore, the secretion of IL-8 was shown at the highest concentration of BLM and PHMG-p in SoluAirway™, not in EpiAirway™. When applied to KeraSkin™ which was a skin model, the secretion of IL-8 was declined. Taken together, these data showed that SoluAirway™ could be used as toxicity testing model for inhalable substances in Korea.

Successful aging of baby boomers requires steady fruitful activities, and working from home through the home office after retirement is efficient. The purpose of this study is to seek a biophilic design-based home office planning plan as a residential strategy for the successful aging of baby boomers. As a method of this study, the socio-demographic characteristics of baby boomers and their needs for reemployment after retirement were examined through literature and previous studies, and the application characteristics of biophilic design pattern elements were analyzed through an image case survey of cafe space. Based on the analysis results, it will discuss how to apply the biophilic design of the home office space. As a result of this study, the home office considering baby boomers should be a variable and flexible space that supports work, relaxation, and hobbies. In addition, it is important to configure it to feel open through connection with outdoor spaces, and a comfortable and pleasant work environment should be created using natural colors and materials. This study is meaningful in that it sought a home office planning plan from a biophlic perspective in consideration of the demand for the residential environment of baby boomers.
