        대학운동부 공간과 폭력문화의 재생산 담론

        This study through the notion of conventional thinking, seeks to understand and resolve the problem of fixed reproduction in the violence culture that is accepted in the name of voluntary compliance among college athletic departments. Violence in college athletic departments indicates that it acts as a mechanism for maintaining the pertinent group between a‘vertical relationship’ (i.e., leaders and athletes) and a‘horizontal relationship’(e.g., solidarity). The social actors performing the violence are reproduced through habitus embodied by the social condition and the environment according to their hierarchy. In other words, there exit a vertical and horizontal relationships among the college athletic departments from which athletes acquire the violence culture and change themselves as forwarders from beneficiaries. As a result, such a violence culture is inherited and simultaneously reproduced in the name of tradition. Therefore, paradigm shift should be made from the authoritarian vertical relationship to the universal relationship that values the respect for human ‘diversity’in order that the violence culture can be abolished. All human relationships in a democratic society must be guaranteed to have interchangeable and interdependable horizontal communication between the social members.

        농촌지역 주민의 생활체력에 관한 경향 분석

        Vertical studies about changes of old people`s physical fitness of daily living are restrictive. So in this study, as we compared residents` physical fitness of daily living by ages, we intended to offer basic data for healthy old age, improving quality of life. The number of persons by ages is 182 in teens, 125 in twenties, 123 in thirties, 154 in forties, 169 in fifties, 318 in sixties, 298 in seventies, total 613 males and 756 females of 1369 are tested by muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, balance, agility, power, and cardiorespiratory endurance. In the result of male, the balance falls under 50% of highest point in forties, the flexibility and muscular endurance fall in fifties, the muscular strength and power and agility fall in sixties. In the result of female, the balance and muscular endurance fall under 50% of highest point in forties, the agility and power fall in sixties, the flexibility and muscular strength fall in seventies. Like this, dropped physical fitness raises the ratio of disease relaxant and affects the healthy quality of life. So at least, to secure the physical fitness of daily living, we think the foundation of continuously participating in exercises from forties should be built.

        벤치스텝 높이에 따른 비만과 정상 남자고등학생들의 적정 % 예비심박수 설정과 예측

        The purpose of this study was to establish the optimun %heart rate reserve(HRR) by bench step heights and predict relationship of %HRR of bench step heights for developing cardiorespiratory endurance in obese and normal male high school students. Eighteen obese & twenty-one normal male students in high school students participated in the bench stepping exercise for 20 minutes(125bpm, "up-up" "down-down") at each bench step height(5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, or 40cm), and the exercise in bench step heights was randomized using a balanced Latin Square. To find out the most appropriate aerobic threshold of each bench step heights, the % HRR by bench step heights was established and predicted on Karvonen`s formula. Statistical analysis was made repeated two-way ANOVA and Student`s Newman Keul test, and regression analysis was predicted of each bench step height and %HRR. The results are as follows: 1. The exercise intensity in directly measured %HRR The obese group was established as 33.39% at 5cm bench step height, 39.30% at 10cm, 54.12% at 15cm, 70.22% at 20cm, 76.69% at 25cm, 82.78% at 30cm, 88.98% at 35cm, and 89.79% at 40cm in actual %HRR; the normal group was established as 26.34% at 5cm bench step height, 29.11% at 10cm, 38.83% at 15cm, 44.20% at 20cm, 54.07% at 25cm, 59.98% at 30cm, 70.46% at 35cm, and 75.09% at 40cm in actual %HRR, These results of two-way ANOVA according to %HRR among each bench step height and group showed significant difference in groups(F=268.32, p<0.001) and bench heights(F=12.24, p<0.001), but interactions was not significantly different(F=0.40, p>0.05). 2. The exercise intensity in indirectly measured %HRR The obese group was established as 37.47% at 5cm bench step height, 46.17% at 10cm, 54.87% at 15cm, 63.57% at 20cm, 72.27% at 25cm, 80.97% at 30cm, 89.97% at 35cm, and 98.37% at 40cm in pre-estimated %HRR(%HRR equation=28.77+1.74·Heights: t=4.84, p<0.001, R2=0.90, SEE=7.63), and the normal group was established as 23.87% at 5cm, 31.27% at 10cm, 38.66% at 15cm, 46.06% at 20cm, 53.45% at 25cm, 60.8 5% at 30cm, 68.24% at 35cm, and 75.64% at 40cm t(%HRR equation=16.48+1.48·Heights: t=48.61, p<0.001, R2=0.84, SEE=7.28). Thus, directly measured %HRR to improve cardiorespiratory endurance was established as 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, and 30cm bench step heights in obese group, and indirectly measured %HRR was established as 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, and 30cm. Also, directly & indirectly measured %HRR was established as 20cm, 25cm, and 30cm, 35cm, and 40cm bench step heights in normal group is above the minimum guideline for improving aerobic capacity recommended by the ACSM. It seems that directly & indirectly measured %HRR in these bench stepg heights may indeed offer an adequate aerobic training stimulus for obese & normal high school students.

        제자리 걷기 운율에 따른 비만노인여성의 적정 운동강도 설정과 예측

        The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal target heart rate & % maximal heart rate reserve by walking cadence for 30 min., and predict relationship of target heart rate and % heart rate reserve according to walking cadence in place in obese older women. Twenty-four obese women participated in walking exercise in place for 30 minutes at each walking cadence(90bpm, 95bpm, 100bpm, 105bpm, 110bpm, 115bpm, 120bpm, 125bpm, 130bpm, 135bpm, 140bpm, 145bpm, 150bpm), and the walking exercise in place was randomized using a balanced Latin Square. To find out the most appropriate anaerobic threshold exercise intensity by walking cadence was established & predicted intensity of % heart rate reserve by Karvonen`s formula. Statistical analysis was predicted regression analysis of each walking speed cadence & % heart rate reserve. The results are as follows: 1. The level of the actual exercise intensity of % heart rate reserve in the walking in place during 30min was established as 33.1% at 90bpm, 39.3% at 95bpm, 37.5 at 100bpm, 38.8% at 105bpm, 41.1% at 110bpm, 41.6% at 115bpm, 47.3% at 120bpm, 49.7% at 125bpm, 52.7% at 130bpm, 53.7% at 135bpm, 57.0% at 140bpm, 58.8% at 145bpm, and 61.6% at 150bpm.

        보행메커니즘의 하지관절모멘트 매개변수 추출에 관한 Principal Component Analysis 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the visualization of various parameters on the kinetic variables that is the force of moment. It is the useful tools that PCA(principle component analysis) algorithm is acquired fast robust and highly the rate of recognition at enormous amount of the first raw data in Gait Analysis, relatively. Using VICON 512 Motion Analysis System, the collected parameter of the force of moment(Torque) was analyzed 3D Motion Plane(sagittal, frontal, horizontal), and then lower Joints(Hip, Knee, Ankle) were processed utilizing Matlab.(ver 7.0.4) program with the raw variable data was assessed by PCA algorithm. Additionally, the statistical procedure was the factor analysis performed by SPSS(ver 12.0). For this study, PCA methods which were assessed the moment parameters of hip, knee and ankle joint, respectively. As a results, The linear regression equations showed, that is the sagittal plane, hip joint(y=0.34x-0.43), knee joint(y=-0.23x+0.21) and ankle joint(y=-1.01x-0.37) the frontal plane, hip joint(y=0.22x-0.35), knee joint(y=0.58x+0.18) and ankle joint(y=-1.08x-0.02) the horizontal plane, hip joint(y=0.94x-0.19) and knee joint(y=-1.01x-0.37). In conclusion, hip joint was mainly correlated with the stability, the propulsion and the balance. Also the knee joint was correlated with both the shock absorption and the balance, Another the ankle joint was the propulsion. Additionally, these results were interpreted to be valuable visualization methods which were the PCA factors(stability, propulsion, balance and energy efficiency) of the kinetic variables in free normal walking.

        남자 고등학생의 최대하 벤취 스텝핑 운동에 따른 적정 벤치스텝 높이 설정

        The purpose of this study was to establish the optimal target heart rate and %maximal heart rate reserve (%HRR) by submaximal bench stepping exercise according to bench step heights in normal male high school students. Twenty-eight normal male high school students participated in bench stepping exercise for 20 minutes at each bench step heights (5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm), and the exercise in bench step heights was randomized using a balanced Latin Square. To find out the most appropriate training stimulus, exercise intensity by each bench step heights was established by the % HRR of Karvonen`s formula. Statistical techniques for data analysis were repeated measure two-way ANOVA to determine the difference between each bench step heights and % HRR in the bench step heights, and post-hoc test was utilized Student`s Newman Keuls (SNK). The results are as follows: the level of % heart rate reserve in each bench step heights was established 24%-28% at 5cm, 27%-31% at 10cm, 36%-41% at 15cm, 41%-46% at 20cm, 47%-56% at 25cm, 49%-62% at 30cm, 56%-75% at 35cm, and 56%-85% at 40cm. These results of repeated measure two-way ANOVA according to % exercise intensity among each bench step heights and exercise durations showed significant different in % exercise intensity (F=2105.913, p<.001), exercise durations (F=12.987, p<.001), and interaction (F=1.776, p<.001). Therefore, the SNK test of % exercise intensity in higher bench step heights and exercise durations showed significant increase in higher exercise intensity increased by bench step heights and exercise than that of lower bench step heights and duration. Thus, actual exercise intensity over 41% HRR was established as 15cm, 20cm, 25cm, 30cm, 35cm, 40cm, and the values of %HRR were greater than those used by the American College of Sports Medicine. In conclusion, it seems that bench step heights for 20 minutes may indeed offer and adequate aerobic training stimulus in normal male high school students.

        The effects of different step aerobic exercise intensity programs on serum lipids and stress hormones in obese middle-aged women

        본 연구의 목적은 트레이닝 운동강도 효과를 규명하기 위하여 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는 40-50대의 중년여성을 대상으로 Step Aerobic 차별화 프로그램을 설정하여 Serum Lipid와 Stress Hormone에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구방법으로 Step aerobic 시 %HRmax와 VO2max를 기준으로 부하강도를 구별하여 고강도운동군(60%-70%HRmax)과 중강도운동군(70%-80%HRmax) 그리고 실험통제군의 3집단으로 각각 유의표집을 하였으며 비만 및 심혈관계 일반적인 지표로 활용되는 Triglyceride(TG), HDL-c 그리고 스트레스호르몬인 Epinephrine, Norepinephrine, Glucagon, 그리고 Insulin 변인을 대상으로 운동 전과 후의 변화를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 혈청지질 중 TG와 HDL-c 는 운동군과 통제군 그리고 집단 간 및 운동처치전후 간의 상호작용효과에서 각각 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 스트레스호르몬 중 Norepinephrine(p<.05)과 Glucagon(p<.01) 그리고 Insulin(p<.001)에서 운동군과 통제군 그리고 집단 간과 운동처치 전후간의 상호작용효과에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 혈청지질과 스트레스호르몬 모두 고강도운동군과 중강도운동군 간 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 스텝에어로빅 프로그램 훈련이 혈청과 스트레스호르몬에 미치는 효과가 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으나, 고강도 운동부하에 따른 훈련효과가 통계적으로 유의한 차이로 나타나지 않았다. 이로부터 비만중년여성의 경우 고강도보다는 중강도운동이 보다 효과적 운동으로 추천된다.

        운동선수들의 Eriobotrya japonica 투여가 운동수행 시 산화 및 항산화효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate an influence of plasma oxidant and anti-oxidant enzyme activity, and changes of percent body fat following Eriobotrya japonica extract supplementation during acute exercise performance in elite trained athletes. Total 12 subjects were participated in this study and divided into 2 groups (control group(CTG); n=6, loquat supplement group(LSG); n=6). All subjects had no history of injuries for last 6 months. LSG took Eriobotrya japonica extract supplementation for 4 weeks. All data of this research was analyzed by SPSS/PC 18.0 and signficant level was p<.05. The results of this study were as follow; In dialdehyde(MDA) concentration, there was a significant difference between rest and recovery -30 min of pre-(p<.01) and post(after 4 weeks)(p<.05) tests in CTG. In LSG, there was a significant difference between in rest and recovery -30 min of pre test(p<.05). In superoxide dismutase(SOD), there was a significant difference between in rest and immediately after exercise and recovery -30 min of post test in LSG(p<.01). In catalase(CAT), there was a significant difference between in rest and recovery -30 min of post test in CTG(p<.01). In LSG, there was a significant difference between in rest and immediately after exercise and recovery -30 min of post test(p<.05). As results above, It was suggested that long-term Eriobotrya japonica extract supplementation in athletes limited plasma MDA product during acute exercise, and positive effect on the improvement of anti-oxidant enzyme activity.
