        태권도선수의 단기간 체중감량이 적혈구용혈의 지표, 형태학적 변화와 혈장C-반응단백질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of body composition, hematological anemia parameters, erythrocyte morphological and inflammation protein, blood component after 7 days RWL(rapid weight loss, 6.24% of total body weight) through combined method with total food restriction, exercise and dehydration. Blood samples were taken the day before the maximal exercise test, within 1min after the maximal exercise test and 30min after maximal exercise test both before and after short-term weight loss. The result were as follows: The average weight showed a significant difference between before and after rapid weight loss(p<.05). VO2max showed a significant decrease after rapid weight loss. ESR(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP(C-reactive protein) and Heinz body formation showed a significant increase after rapid weight loss. Exercise-induced ESR, CRP and Heinz body formation showed similar responses in both before and after, but occurred at higher levels in after RWL. It was concluded that rapid weight loss techniques result in deleterious effects on Hematological Anemia Parameters & Erythrocyte Morphological in taekwondo players.

        12주간 유산소 운동이 비만 중년여성의 총콜레스테롤, 혈압, 뇌혈류 속도에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12-week aerobic exercise on total cholesterol (TC), blood pressure (BP), and cerebral blood flow (CBF) in obese middle aged woman. Twenty five women was finally selected as a subjects for this study because they have no medical problem for exercise and assigned to the control group (n = 13; age 39.21 ± 1.51 years; BMI 30.44 ± 1.13) and the exercise group (n = 12; age 38.78 ± 1.34 years; BMI 31.11 ± 1.45). Mean flow velocity (MFV) of CBF was obtained from the middle cerebral atrery (MCA) using Transcranial Doppler (TCD) and additional parameters like TCD index such as resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) was calculated from the Doppler wave form. Graded exercise test was performed with modified Bruce protocol using treadmill. Aerobic exercise program consists of 10 min warm-up, 40 min main exercise, and 10 min cool-down and subjects exercised for 60 min a day, 4 times a week throughout 12 weeks with exercise intensity of %HRR 50 in 1 to 4 week, %HRR 60 in 5 to 8 week, and %HRR 70 in 9 to 12 week. Blood sample (5 ml) for total cholesterol was obtained from antecubital vein in all subjects. Statistical analysis was made using two-way repeated ANOVA followed by Sheffe`s Post-hoc analysis and results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation (SD). Differences were considered significant for P < 0.05. The present results showed that 12-week aerobic exercise significantly decreased TC, BP, RI, and PI and increased MFV in the exercise group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). These results suggested that 12-week aerobic exercise is effective for improvement of CBF by reducing BP and TC in obese middle aged woman.

        10주간 Cardio Tennis 운동이 중년여성의 심혈관계 질병위험인자, 염증반응인자와 유산소능력에 미치는 영향

        To investigate the effects of cardio tennis program on cardiovascular disease risk factors, inflammatory markers and aerobic capacity in the middle-aged females. Methods: Total twenty subjects were recruited in this study and were randomly assigned to either experimental group(EG, n=10) or control group(CG, n=10). They performed a cardio tennis program (4 times/week and 60 minutes/day) for 10 weeks. The intensity was at 50-60% of HRmax during first 5 weeks and at 61-70% HRmax during last 5 weeks. Cardiovascular disease risk factors(TC, TG, LDL-C, & HDL-C), inflammatory markers(Interleukin-6; IL-6, Tumor necrosis factor-a; TNF-a, & C-Reactive Protein; CRP) and aerobic capacity(VO2max, respiratory exchange ratio; RER, exercise duration, ED)were determined. Blood draws and aerobic capacity were measured at three times: immediately before, after 5 weeks and 10weeks the exercise program. For the data analysis, two-way repeated measures ANOVA were used with the significant level at p<0.05. Results: HDL-C(p=.001) in the EG was significantly increased by time. HDL-C(p=.04) in the EG was significantly higher than in the CG at 10 weeks. TC(p=.01) and LDL-C(p=.02) in the EG were significantly decreased by time. IL-6(p=.03) in the EG was significantly decreased by time. Even though IL-6, TNF-a and CRP in the EG were not significantly lower than in the CG, it was smaller than in the CG group. RER(p=.045) in EG was significant increased by time. ED(p=.002) in the EG was significantly higher than in the CG. Conclusion: cardio tennis program for 10 weeks resulted in decreases in cardiovascular disease risk factors and inflammatory markers and increases in aerobic performance. It indicates that cardio tennis program may prevent cardiovascular disease.

        걷기운동프로그램이 비만중년 여성의 혈장 고감도 C-반응성 단백(hs-CRP), Interlukin-6 및 TNF-α에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of walking program on plasma hs-CRP, interlukin-6 and TNF-α in obese middle-aged women. The subjects for this study were composed of twenty-three obese middle-aged women. The subjects were classified to two groups; control group(CG, n=13), walking exercise group(WEG, n=15). The WEG exercised for 12 weeks and were monitored for changes in BMI(body mass index), C-reactive protein(CRP), interlukin-6(IL-6), and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α). The results of this study are as follow; BMI was significantly decreased in WEG after 12 weeks of walking exercise. CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α were significantly decreased in WEG after 12 weeks of walking exercise. CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α showed a significant correlation with BMI. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that walking exercise can contribute to the better benefit in BMI, CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α for obese treatment.
