Vacuum kinetic spray(VKS) is a relatively advanced process for fabricating thin/thick and dense ceramic coatings via submicron-sized particle impact at room temperature. However, unfortunately, the particle velocity, which is an important value for investigating the deposition mechanism, has not been clarified yet. Thus, in this research, VKS average particle velocities were derived by numerical analysis method(CFD: computational fluid dynamics) connected with an experimental approach(SCM: slit cell method). When the process gas or powder particles are accelerated by a compressive force generated by gas pressure in kinetic spraying, a tensile force generated by the vacuum in the VKS system accelerates the process gas. As a result, the gas is able to reach supersonic speed even though only 0.6MPa gas pressure is used in VKS. In addition, small size powders can be accelerated up to supersonic velocity by means of the drag-force of the low pressure process gas flow. Furthermore, in this process, the increase of gas flow makes the drag-force stronger and gas distribution more homogenized in the pipe, by which the total particle average velocity becomes higher and the difference between max. and min. particle velocity decreases. Consequently, the control of particle size and gas flow rate are important factors in making the velocity of particles high enough for successful deposition in the VKS system.

Vacuum kinetic spraying (VKS) is a relatively advanced process, by which a dense film can be fabricated at room temperature. Various materials including ceramic, metal, polymer and composite can be used as the substrate and coating materials. In this research, red and blue color films were successfully fabricated on glass substrates using Co(Al, Cr)2O4 and C9H13CdN2O4SSe ceramic pigment powders in a VKS system. Although the deposition behavior of each powder differed according to particle size and/or materials, it was confirmed that the brightness and transmittance of the color film could be easily changed by controlling the process parameters. Furthermore, using masking technology, design color patterns were fabricated. As a result, it is cautiously expected that the VKS process can be utilized to produce decorative coating/patterning for product design. (Received January 6, 2016; Accepted March 17, 2016)
한국 진출 외식 프랜차이즈 기업의 지식이전에 관한 연구 -수혜자 관점의 영향요인 및 성과인식 탐색을 중심으로-

본 연구는 프랜차이즈의 주체들이 상생할 수 있는 실천적 대안 및 전략적 방안을 제시하기 위해 지식이전이라는 개념을 활용하여 수혜자관점에서 인지하는 영향요인과 성과를 탐색하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상은 한국에 진출해있는 외국 프랜차이즈 기업들의 국내 가맹업자 23개 기업들을 대상으로 하였다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 영향요인으로는 지식특성, 전수자 특성, 수혜자 특성 그리고 성과에는 수익성 개선, 영업활동의 수월성, 운영의 효율성, 경쟁력 강화, 전반적성과의 개선정도가 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 실시한 실증분석에서는 지식특성의 유용성, 전수자 특성의 전수의지와 계약준수 그리고 수혜자 특성의 활용능력이 지식의 내부화와 활용에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식이전과 성과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 지식의 내부화가 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 불확실성시대에 있어 프랜차이즈 시스템이 지속적으로 성장˙ 발전하기 위해서는 가맹본부와 가맹점간의 협력체계가 더 이상 단기적이고, 단편적인 교환관계를 벗어나 상호간 가치를 극대화시킬 수 있는 패러다임으로 전환되어야 할 것이다. This paper study is focused on providing a theoretical basis of knowledge transfer and strategic alternative ideas in the international food service franchise systems in Korea. For the study, research data was collected from 23 domestic franchisee in food industry. As a empirical analysis result, usefulness of knowledge, intention, execution to contract of the source, capacity to exploit of the recipient has a positive relations with the knowledge transfer. Finally, the knowledge transfer have a positive effect on performance. It is significant that this results give franchiser ranges of performance perception in Franchisee`s point of view. Therefore, knowledge transfer is a useful strategic alternative. It also gives value and originality to corporation strategy in relation to environment uncertainty.

Histiocytic sarcoma is a rare, lymphohematopoietic malignant tumor comprised of tumor cells with the morphological and immunophenotypic features of mature histiocytes. A 35-year-old man presented with a disseminated histiocytic sarcoma that first occurred in the spinal cord and metastasized to the skin and lymph nodes. The tumor cells of the primary histiocytic sarcoma of the spinal cord were very large epithelioid cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasms and large, round-to-oval nuclei. In contrast, the metastatic histiocytic sarcoma of the skin was composed of relatively small polygonal cells with well-defined cell borders and high N/C (nucleus/cytoplasm) ratios. Immunohistochemically, both tumors were diffusely positive for histiocyte-associated antigens; but negative for epithelial, melanocyte, lymphoid, and dendritic cell antigens. It is important to recognize the morphological features and immunohistochemical characteristics of metastatic cells in order to ensure accurate diagnoses. (Korean J Dermatol 2016;54(3):199~202)

The organizational justice of a human resources management system is known as one of the important antecedents of job involvement and the organizational commitment. In order to achieve these goals, the extensive literature on the meaning and variables of expectancy theory, equity theory, organizational effectiveness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were reviewed. Research model and hypotheses were then set up on the basis of influencing variables on personal performance and perception of compensation equity that were drawn through the related study. An empirical stydy of them was also done as a way of verification in the Korean situation. The sample of this study consisted of 336 employees from hotels in Seoul. Data were collected through self-administered questionnaires, and analyzed using the canonical correlation analysis. It was found that only organizational justice had a significant impact on the job involvement and the organizational commitment.

This study aims to verify the effect on how the human resource management influences organizational performance through literature and empirical study. Also, this study is to find the causal relations with human resource management, trust, organizational performance with the mediating role of trust.<BR> For the study, research data was collected from 15 deluxe hotel in Seoul. Each variable is measured by Likert"s 5-point scale. The data are analyzed by such frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM(Structural Equation Model). The major finding and implication can be summarized as follow:<BR> Firstly, education & training, rewards, and career development of human resource management have a positive impact on the trust. However, recruiting and achievement evaluations have no significant impact on the trust.<BR> Secondly, trust has a positive impact job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

Candida famata previously called Torulopsis famata or Debaryomyces hansenii, is usually found in natural substrates. It was earlier considered nonpathogenic in humans; however, a number of clinical cases of human infection have been reported showing isolation of this yeast. Dermatologic literature contains only a few reports regarding cutaneous infection caused by Candida famata. An 18-year old woman presented with a 4-month history of a 4.0×3.0 cm sized erythematous erosive patch on her left sole. A skin biopsy revealed numerous spores and hyphae in the epidermis. Histopathological specimens showed positive findings using the Periodic acid-Schiff and Gomori methenamine silver stains but negative findings using acid-fast bacilli stain. Cultures from skin scrapings yielded numerous colonies. Identification of the fungus was processed up to species level using VITEK 2 (bioMerieux, Inc. Hazelwood, MO, USA), and Candida famata was isolated. She was administered itraconazole at a dose of 200 mg once daily, and following 5 weeks of therapy, the erosive lesion was noted to have completely healed with postinflammatory hyperpigmentation. 레이저 클래딩 공정 조건이 코발트 합금-텅스텐 카바이드 혼합 코팅층의 균열 발생에 미치는 영향

In this study, cracking susceptibility of laser cladding was investigated according to the processing parameters such as laser power, scan speed and feeding rate with blended powders of stellite#6 and technolase40s (WC+NiCr). The solidification microstructure of clad was composed of Co-based dendrite structures with ${\gamma}+Cr7C3$ eutectic phases at the dendritic boundaries. The crack propagation showed transgranular fracture along dendritic boundaries due to brittle chrome carbide at the eutectic phases. From results of fractography experiments, the fracture surface was typical cleavage brittle fracture in the clad and substrate. The number of clad cracks, caused by a tensile stress after the solidification, increased with increase of laser power, scan speed and feeding rate. Increase of the laser power caused large pores by facilitating WC decarburizing reaction. And the pores affected increase of crack susceptibility. High scan speed caused increment of clad cracks due to thermal stress and WC particle fractures. Also, increase of the feeding rate accompanied an amount of WC particles causing crack initiation and decarburizing reaction.
