Field surveys were carried out 3 times from 2000 5. 17 to 2000. 6. 4. Main results obtained from this study wet·e as follows : 1.The vascular Plants in Mt. Bull-ak were consisted of 221 taxa such as 71 families, 163 genera, 188 species, 30 varieties, 2 forma, 1 hybrid. 2.Family Compositae and Gramineae covers 8.6% and 7.2% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 3.Pteridophyte, Gymnosperm, Dicotyledon and Monocotyledon covers 2.5%, 2.7%, 75.9% and 18.1% of total number of naturalized plants, respectively. 4.The life cycle of the plants was annual 11.8%, biennial 11.3%, perennial 76.9%. As it compared with consistency ratio in the flora of Korea, the distribution of biennial appeared highly. 5.The highest peak of blooming month is May (49.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 6.In this area the Korean endemic plants are 5 taxa (2.3% among total number of naturalized plants). 7.Number of naturalized is 20 taxa (9.0% among total number of naturalized plant)

Pyung-taek lake is located within 36˚ 50'∼37˚ 00' N and 126˚ 55'∼127˚ 05' E. We had a field trip for three times from August to October, 1999, to survey the flora there. The flora of vascular plants investigated in this survey was 158 taxa belonging to 46 families, 115 genera, 137 species, 19 varieties, 1 forma, 1 hybrid. As a result of this study, rare and endangered plants(Allium senescens, Iris ensata, Acorus calamus, Penthorum chinense) of Korea were distribution in this area. Also the naturalized plants which were appeared in this area were 21 taxa(13.3%). Among the useful plants, there are 95 taxa of edible plants(60.1%), 90 taxa of medicinal plants(57.0%), 46 taxa of ornamental plants(29.1%), 26 taxa of industrial plants(16.5%) and 41 taxa of pasture plants(25.9%).

<P>In the present study, we differentiated hepatocyte-like cells (HLCs) from human adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs). The hepatic differentiation was confirmed by increases in hepatic proteins or genes, the cytochrome P450 (CYP) activities, albumin secretion, and glycogen storage. To determine the developmental toxic effect of arsanilic acid (Ars) and acetaminophen (AAP) on the hepatic development, the differentiating cells were treated with the test chemicals (below IC12.5) from day 4 to day 13. The enzymatic activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) did not significantly differ in response to Ars treatment. AAP treatment increased the activities of all enzymes in a dose-dependent manner, significantly at concentrations of 2.5 and 5 mM of AAP. On the expressions of hepatic genes for Ars, the expressions were significantly inhibited by more than 0.5 mM for Albumin (ALB), but only 2.5 mM for α-feto protein (AFP). In the AAP-treated group, the expressions of ALB and AFP were significantly decreased at the concentrations exceeding 0.625 mM. The activities of CYP3A4 were not changed by both treatments. The activities of CYP1A2 were increased by AAP, whereas it was decreased by Ars treatment. In conclusion, AAP could cause serious adverse effects during the hepatic development as compared to Ars.</P>

수의 임상에서 캡슐 내시경(capsule endoscopy, CE)의 사용에 기본적인 기준과 유용성을 정립하기 위하여 정상 중형견($7{\sim}13\;kg$)에서 캡슐의 위 통과시간(gastric transit time, GTT), 작은창자 통과시간(small intestinal transit time, SITT), 완전통과율(complete transit time, CTT)을 측정하고 통과율을 분석하였다. 1군(capsule 투여), 2군(capsule+water 투여), 3군(metoclopramide+capsule 투여) 그리고 (metoclopramide+capsule+water 투여)의 총 4군으로 나누어 방사선 촬영을 통하여 평가를 실시했다. GTT는 평균 $45{\sim}20\;min$ (group 1), $117{\pm}35\;min$ (group 2), $150{\pm}40\;min$ (group 3), $154{\pm}65\;min$ (group 4)였으며 SITT는 평균 $75{\pm}20\;min$ (group 1), $195{\pm}55\;min$ (group 2), $75{\pm}15\;min$(group 3), $76{\pm}15\;min$ (group 4)로 나타났다. 완전통과율(complete passage rate)은 각각 20% (group 1), 40%, (group 2), 20% (group 3), 50% (group 4)로 나타났다. 실험결과 캡슐이 유문부를 통과하기만 하면 내시경 캡슐 배터리 수명인 8시간 이내로 위장관을 모두 통과하였으며 물을 위내로 투여한 후 volume의 증가에 의한 위 운동성의 증가는 캡슐의 유문부 통과에 도움이 되었다. 그러나 metoclopramide의 투여는 유문부의 통과와 SITT의 시간에 대한 유의적인 효과가 나타나지 않았다. The object of this study is to measure the transit time and passage rate of capsule endoscopy (CE) in the gastrointestinal tract in medium sized beagle dogs ($7{\sim}13\;kg$). Animals were divided into four groups: only capsule (group 1, n=10), capsule+water (group 2, n=10), mettoclopramide+capsule (group 3, n=10), metoclopramide +capsule+water (group 4, n=10). The capsule transit times through the stomach and small bowel were evaluated by radiography findings. Gastric transit time (GTT), small intestinal transit time (SITT) and complete passage rate were measured in four groups. GTT's for each group were as follows; $45{\pm}20\;min$ (group 1), $117{\pm}35\;min$ (group 2), $150{\pm}40\;min$ (group 3), and $154{\pm}65\;min$ (group 4), while SITT's were $75{\pm}20\;min$ (group 1), $195{\pm}55\;min$ (group 2), $70{\pm}15\;min$ (group 3), and $76{\pm}15\;min$ (group 4). The complete passage rates were 20% (group 1), 40% (group 2), 20% (group 3), 50% (group 4). In all groups, if CE could pass through the pylorus, it passed all small intestinal tracts within 8 hours (battery life). Administration of water helped CE to pass pylori, except in case of metoclopramide administration. These results indicate that CE could be an useful tool for examining gastrointestinal diseases in the veterinary medicine.
