        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the kinematic factors about event of the Yeo2 motion on the Horse Vault. The subject in this study was 1 male gymnast to performance Yeo2 motion. Two video cameras were used to attain kinematic variables by phase. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn; 1. As the take-off time on the board was short, it appeared to increase horizontal and vertical velocity. In the motion, the flight apex height increased largely, too. 2. As the contact time on the board was short, it appeared to performance the air motion smoothly by increasing the horizontal distance and apex height. 3. The horizontal and vertical velocity in take-off on the board appeared increase horizontal distance and apex height. 4. To increase the apex height and horizontal distance, the body appeared to must be take the posture of vertical axis in take-off on the board.

        越鞠丸과 七氣湯이 白鼠의 實驗的 胃潰瀁에 미치는 影響

        Wolgukwhan and Chilkitang have been applied to the abdominal pain and neurosis caused by the disharmony of circulation of vital energy. This studies were undertaken in an attempt to investigate the effect of secreting volume of gastrie juice, gastric acidity and gastric ulcer induced by Shay's ulceration, stress in rats. The results were as follows. 1. Wolgukwhan and Chilkitang showed a significant inhibitory effects on on the secreting volume of gastric juice, gastric acidity in rats, and Chilkitang revealed better results than Wolgukwhan. 2. In the case of the ulcer index of Shay's ulceration in rats Wolgukwhan and Chilkitang were decreased, and Wolgukwhan showed remarkable antiulceration effect than Chilkitang. 3. The effect of Wolgukwhan and Chilkitang on gastric ulcer inuced by stress in rats were shown a significant anti-ulceration, and Chilkitang was more effective than Wolgukwhan. According to above results, Wolgukwhan and Chilkitang were assumed to be effective on neurogenic gastric ulcer.

      • 비선형 유한요소법을 사용한 고무 마운트의 정특성 해석에 있어서 체적 탄성 계수의 역할

        고무 스프링의 정 스프링 상수를 해석하기 위해 비선형 유한요소법을 사용할 때, 고무의 구성 방정식은 초탄성 재료 모델로 표현한다. 일반적으로 엔진 마운트의 설계를 위한 초탄성 모델의 재료 상수들은 일축 압축 시험과 단순 전단 시험 결과만을 이용하여 구해진다. 그러나 체적 시험을 생략하고 고무를 비압축성으로 가정한 비선형 유한 요소 해석 결과는 매우 부정확한 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 본 연구는 수치 해석 결과에 미치는 체적 탄성 계수의 영향을 조사하여, 엔진 마운트의 형상 계수가 클 때는 체적 변형율의 정확한 측정이 다른 두 물성치의 측정과 마찬가지로 중요하다는 것을 보이고 있다. When a nonlinear finite element analysis is used to find the static spring constants of a rubber spring, the constitutive equations of the rubber are represented by a hyperelastic model, of which material constants are determined from the different types of material tests. Uniaxial compression and simple shear tests are usually chosen due to their experimental conveniences, while volumetric test is often underestimated and omitted. But the hyperelastic model obtained from the two kinds of tests alone can result in rather poor performance for a certain engine mount when the rubber is assumed to be incompressible in teh finite element procedure. This study investigates the influences of bulk modulus, which are found to be as equally important as other two material properties, on the numerical results when the form factor of the mount becomes large.

        유리의 조성에서 MgO, Li_2O의 함량변화가 유리침투 알루미나 세라믹 재료의 강도와 색조의 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effect of composition changes in glasses on the strength and shade of glass-infiltrated alumina ceramics. Six different borosilicate glasses containing MgO, Li₂O and ZrO₂ in the glass composition were prepared, porous alumina compacts were prepared by slip casting and sintered at 1100℃ for 2 hours. Dense composites were made by infiltration of molten glass into partially sintered alumina at 1110℃ for 6 hours. Specimens were polished sequentially form #800 to #2000 diamond wheel, and the final surface finishing on the tensile side was received an additional polishing sequence through 0.3 ㎛ diamond paste. To evaluate the effect of composition change in glass on the shade changes of glass-infiltrated alumina core ceramics, the color was measured by the CIE L^*, a^*, b^* color scale relative to standard source C. The biaxial flexure strength was measured using the ball-on-three-ball method at a crosshead speed if 0.5mm/min. The color change of composites infiltrated with experimental glasses to In-Ceram Glass AL1 showed that L^* values increased but a^* and b^* values decreased with addition of MgO, Li₂O and ZrO₂ in the glass composition. Maximum color difference of experimental glass-infiltrated alumina core ceramics was obtained in the Group B containing 2.4 mol% MgO in the glass composition. The maximum biaxial flexure strength values 47.41 MPa was obtained in the Group E containing 0.3 mol% Li₂O in the glass composition. The observation of fracture surfaces indicated the microstructurally rough surface with a tendency of toughening by crack deflection and crack bridging.

        For the purpose of investigating the positive rate of rubella antibody and sero-conversion rate after rubella vaccination, 863 high school students of the two regions were studied from April 21st, 1996 to September 20th, 1996. The main results were as follows; 1. Positive rate of IgG in male was higher than in female, and the rate of IgM was also higher in male than in female. 2. Positive rate of IgG by blood type was similar, but positive rate of IgM was higher in AB type than the others. 3. Positive rate of IgG by vaccination was similar to all groups, but positive rate of IgM was higher in which was not vaccinated group. 4. Positive rate of IgG and IgM, having vaccination card, was less than which was not having vaccination card. 5. Those who were vaccinated acquired IgG(+) regardless of an existence of IgG antibody, and 28.3% of IgG(-), IgM(+) male who was not vaccinated became IgM(+), IgG(+) after 3months later. As a result positive rate of male was higher than female. The author conclude that vaccination is necessary to prevent from rubella for them.

        Simulated Moving Bed를 이용한 Bupivacaine의 키랄 분리(2)모사에 의한 최적 조건 결정

        본 연구에서는 경부외 마취제로 사용되고 있는 S-bupivacaine을 SMB를 이용하여 R-bupivacaine으로부터 분리하였다. 단일칼럼을 이용한 실험을 통해서 비선형 흡착평형식과 실험식으로부터 물질전달계수를 얻었다. PIM을 이용하여 얻은 경쟁 Langmuir 흡착평형식에서의 매개변수 a는 R-bupibacaine은 6.20, S-bupivacaine은 8.79 매개변수 b는 각기 0.364, 0.922 ml/mg이었다. 이 매개변수들은 상용 모사기에 적용되어 두 키랄물질을 분리하기 위한 최적조업조건을 얻었고, 실험적으로 확인하기 위해서 Kromasil® CHI-TBB로 충진된 1×10cm 칼럼이 2-2-2-2 구성으로 된 SMB를 이용하여 결과적으로 racemic bupivacaine을 98% 이상 고순도로 분리하였다. In this work, S-bupivacaine with the pharmacological activity of epidural anaesthesia was separated from R-bupi-vacaine by SMB (simulated moving bed). Nonlinear isotherm was suggested from the single column experiment and the mass transfer coefficient was obtained from an empirical equation. The parameters of a in competitive Langmuir adsorption equation empirically determined by PIM (pulsed input method) for R and S-bupibacaine were 6.20, 8.79 respectively, while those of b were 0.364,0.922 ㎖/㎈, respectively. These equilibrium and kinetic parameters were used by a commercially available simulator to find the optimum operating condition for resolving the two racemic mixtures. It was experimentally confirmed that based on these experimental conditions, the separation of bupivacaine enantiornery was successfully performed with the purity of more than 98% by SMB composed of eight column (2-2-2-2, 1×10㎝) packed with Kromasil CHI-TBB.

      • Identification of QTL for grain quality traits using introgression lines derived from an interspecific cross in rice

        96 BC3F5 introgression lines derived from a cross between Hwaseong and O. rufipogon were genotyped with 131 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers to identify and characterize quantitative traits loci (QTLs) associated with grain quality traits in rice. 96 BC3F5 lines displayed a wide range of variation for days to heading and agronomic traits. Results indicated that one major QTL (qDTH6) on chromosome 6 was associated with significant variation for days to heading. 83 lines without the O. rufipogon segment at qDTH6 were selected and analyzed for grain quality traits. QTL analysis was conducted for two groups, 96 and 83 introgression lines, and a total of 25 QTLs were detected for rice quality traits. 16 QTLs were detected in a group of 93 lines, 11 QTLs detected in a group of 83 lines, and 2 QTLs were commonly identified in both groups. Most of the QTLs detected in this study were located on the same or adjacent regions as those reported by the previous studies, and the wild alleles negatively affected quality traits. In contrast, the wild allele at qGCR9 for the glossiness of cooked rice on chromosome 9 contributed to an increase in glossiness which is positively correlated with rice eating quality. Three ILs with the wild allele at qGCR9 displayed better eating quality than the recurrent parent, Hwaseong. To confirm the effect of qGCR9, high density mapping of the qGCR9 with a series of NILs will be conducted.

        Relationship between rice grain quality traits and starch pasting properties using early maturing rice cultivars in Chungnam plain area

        This study was conducted to know the variation and relationship of rice grain quality and starch pasting properties by transplanting times. Two early maturing rice cultivars which accounted for the most area of early maturing rice cultivar in Chungnam province were used. The experiment was laid out in a split-plot design with 3 replications. The main plot consisted of three transplanting times viz. early (April 25), ordinary (May 25) and late (June 25) with sub-plots containing two cultivars. According to the transplanting times, most of rice grain quality and starch pasting properties showed significant difference and Joami showed higher grain quality than Unkwang in all transplanting times. Especially, rice grain quality was improved when transplanted late, showing high head rice and glossiness of cooked rice due to the lower mean temperature during grain filling stage. Glossiness of cooked rice was positively correlated with head rice ratio, amylose content and setback value, and negatively correlated with chalky rice ratio and protein content. The highest positive and negative correlation were observed between breakdown value and peak viscosity (r = 0.98**), and breakdown and setback (r = -0.94**), respectively. These results provide some information for rice researchers and producers producing cultivars with an improved quality, suggesting that rice quality is highly influenced by temperature at grain filling stage, and transplanting times is crucial in improving rice quality. In addition, starch pasting properties are useful for determining rice quality because rice grain quality and starch pasting properties are dependent on each other.
