      • 多次元尺度를 이용한 地域百貨店 포지셔닝 硏究

        The department stores in Korea, which represent the existing distribution industries, face a structural turning point. Especially, such environmental changes seriously threaten the department stores in Kwangju. In addition the big department stores and discount stores in Seoul opened or will open their branch shops in Kwangju, and so the keen competition of local industries is expected. If the big department stores with rich fund and advanced management know-how establish their branch shops in local areas, the status of existing local department stores will lowered as much. Therefore, the local department stores need to analyze and examine all conditions of competitors as well as their own current conditions and levels. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the department stores have been recognized by consumers as a pre-stage for facing the environmental changes, to schematize the consumer's preference for department stores in Kwangju spatially and to connect the properties which compose the image of a department store based on the perceptual position and competitive relations which the consumers recognize for four department stores (Garden, Songwon, Shinsegae and Funny) in Kwangju as research objects, and then to find the strength and weakness of a department store. This study uses PC-MDS program to grasp the competitive relations among department stores and make a positioning map. As a result of examining the matrix data about customers' responses for the degree of similarity of four department stores by each couple with a KYST analysis, Shinsegae and Songwon are superior to Garden and Funny. In addition, in order to interpret the axis (dimension) of scheme from KYST, this study abstracts 12 properties which compose the images of department stores and performs a PROFIT analysis, and furthermore consumers are asked to choose their preferred department stores in three conditions (gift purchase, dress purchase, and A/S and disposal of returned goods) and then this study conducts PREFMAP analysis. The result suggests that the consumers recognize Shinsegae and Songwon as the best department stores. Finally, the results of this study show the perceptual position of four department stores in Kwangju schematically and propose the position of the most ideal department stores, and this study suggests the direction of strategy for positioning of department stores in Kwangju, as a pre-stage to understand how the department stores are recognized by consumers, in order to cope with the environmental changes.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the front and side Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force's of Knee-up, long-kick and high-kick, the effect of them speed rate on Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force, and the damage factor caused by them, and to provide useful data for ordinary people or athlete aerobic programs. The result of this study is as follows ; 1. Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force is not significant between the front and the side. 2. Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force is significant between differences of speed rate. 3. Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force, speed and direction being equal, is significant according to the motion types: knee-up, long-kick and high-kick. 4. The possibility of causing damage is the highest when Maximum Vertical Ground Reaction Force is more than 20BW/sec. 5. High-kick, which needs quick and heavy motion, is considered not be fit for beginners. 6. Load-rate must be lowered by choosing adequate speed rate and motion type, and even in the career of skilled athletes, enough exercise and muscle strength training of legs are necessary in doing aerobic.

      • 들기자세 유형별 L₄-L?의 근전도 분석 : At the Base Knee Angle 무릎각도를 중심으로

        This research is to find out the most suitable lifting posture and to provide fundamental data for preventing usual injuries. To do this, we select five male graduates and five female graduates of P university, analyze their muscular actions in terms of posture types, measure the limit value of weight lifting by comparing each lifting posture type(knee angle 40˚, 80˚, 180˚) with action amplitudes of two parts of erector spinae muscle, and draw our conclusion as follow ; 1. In case of every lifting posture(that is, knee angle 40˚, 80˚, 180˚), females have higher muscular conductivity value in L⁴-L? of right erector spinae muscle than males(p<.001), but in L⁴-L? of left erector spinae males has higher muscular conductivity value than females(p<.001). 2. Males show lower degree of change in muscular conductivity value from 10kg to 25kg weight lifting. 3. Females show gradually increasing degree of change in muscular conductivity value according as weight lifting is heavier. 4. Males show the constant muscular conductivity action of average 50∼110㎶ in the L⁴-L? in case of each lifting posture, knee angle 40˚, 80˚, and 180˚. 5. Females also show the constant muscular conductivity action of average 100∼200㎶ in the L⁴-L? in case of each lifting posture, knee angle 40˚, 80˚, and 180˚. But they show more active muscular conductivity in more than 15kg weight lifting, IOSHIC permission load value. In short, in case of males, weight lifting up to 25kg has little effect on erector spinae muscle but in case of females, weight lifting from more than 15kg has gradual effect on erector spinae muscle. Therefore, the muscular conductivity values of various posture types(by knee angle)are to be identified according to weight lifting steps.

      • 전문 런닝화 개발을 위한 런닝화 화형 분석 : 2000년 런닝화를 중심으로

        This study was designed to investigate the problem of the existing Running Standard Last for the Male adult and to suggest some useful information for the better design development and construction of running shoes last. The subjects for this study are based on 4 male adults who had the running pattern of rearfoot strike with normal feet. 51 separate measurements of four lasts of running shoe with N, R, AD, AS brand were tested using a 3-mentional measurement. Four running shoes and a barefoot were measured using a pressure distribution measurement. The findings of the study were as follows 1) The N running shoes last was larger than those for R, AD and AS the standard in the 8 items. The AS running shoes last was larger than those of N, R, AD last in the 8 items. The R's last was the biggest in short heel girth and long heel girth. The AD's last was the biggest in seat length and firth toe height 2) In the regional peak pressure of the running sheos, the barefoot and brand running shoes showed the biggest pressure distribution in the hallux, There were the slightest pressure in the medial midfoot and lateral midfoot. 3) The instance of regional peak pressure, the barefoot and the running shoes showed earlier peak pressure for the lateral heel. It was barely possible to measure pressure distribution in medial midfoot. 4) In the light of time percentage of peak pressure distribution measurement in each mask, N running shoes showed the longest time in medial heel, lateral heel, medial midfoot, lateral metatarsal and lateal toes, AD running shoes showed the longest in first metatarsal, second metatarsal and hallux, R running, the longest in second toes. 5) In the maximum force for pressure distribution, barefeet showed the biggest pressure distribution in second metatarsal and R, AD running shoes the biggest in first metatarsal, respectively. 6) In the time of peak pressure distribution measurement, barefeet quickly showed peak pressure distribution in the lateral midfoot. Simultaneously, N. R, AD and AS's running shoes showed peak pressure distribution with barefeet. 7) In the characteristic of the new last's model, bottom length resulted in 276.00mm, stick length 283.29mm, 70% ball mirth 255.12mm, bottom width 91.21mm, toe thickness 30.00mm.

        Sports technology encompasses a wide range of disciplines from biomechanics to engineering. As a consequence, researchers working in sports technology find that their work falls neither in the field of traditional sports nor in mainstram engineering. Also Sports Engineering is an international journal publishing original papers on the application of engineering and science to sport. The journal intends to fill the niche area which lies between classical engineering and sports science and aims to bride the gap between the analysis of the equipment and of the athlete. Area of interest include the mechanics and dynamics of sport, the analysis of movement, instrument equipment design, surface interaction, materials and modeling. These topics may be applied to technology in almost any sports. The Sports Engineering will be of particular interest to Engineering, Physics, Mathematics and Sports Science Departments and The International Sport Engineering Association(ISEA) will act forum where research, industry and the sports sector can exchange knowledge and innovative ideas.

      • Phytol과 들미나리추출물이 Sarcoma 180마우스의 T Subset에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 녹황색채소류에서 추출되어 항암효과를 나타내는 활성물질로 보고 되어 있는 phytol과 들미나리추출물을 sarcoma 180마우스에 주사한 후 적출한 비장세포내 T 임프구와 T subset, 그리고 asialo ?? 세포를 정량하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 종양 마우스에 phytol을 투여하였을 때 비장세포내의 T cell과 T-subset은 종양세포이식에 의하여 상승된 치를 더욱 증가시켰다. 그러나 들미나리추출물의 경우는 대동소이하였다. 2) Asialo ?? 세포는 종양마우스에 phytol이나 들미나리추출물을 주사하였을 때 모두 상승하였으며 정상마우스에 phytol을 투여하였을 때도 대조군에 비하여 상승했지만 들미나리추출물을 작용시켰을 때는 저하되었다. 3) ??/?? 세포비는 종양마우스에 phytol을 주사하였을 때 감소를 보였지만 정상 마우스에 투여하였을 때는 더욱 크게 낮아졌다. 그러나 들미나리추출물을 정상마우스에 투여하였을때는 크게 감소하던 것이 종양마우스에 적요 시켰을때는 증가현상을 보였다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 볼 때 phytol이나 들미나리추출물은 종양마우스에서 작용자세포인 자연살해세포(natural killer cell)의 활성인자로서 작용할 가능성이 높을 것으로 사료된다. Several studies have shown that phytol isolated from perilla leaf and small water dropwort(Oenanthe javanica(BL)D.C, wild type)extract reveal antitumor activities. In the present study we investigated the effect of phytol and the small water dropwort extract on the T subset in the sarcoma 180-transplanted mice in order to elucidate the immunological mechanism of antitumor activity of these substances. The results obtained from the experiment were as follows : When phytol was injected into the sarcoma-180 transplanted mice(control), the levels of T cell and T subset by inoculation of the tumor cells were enhanced, but that of T cells in case of small water dropwort extract was similar to the control. Asialo ?? cells were increased when phytol or small water dropwort extract was injected into tumor-transplanted mice. In normal mice the number of asialo ?? cells increased with phytol injection and decreased with small water dropwort extract injection. ??/?? cell ratios were decreased when phytol was injected into tumor-transplanted mice, but increased in case of small water dropwort extract injection. In normal mice the ratios showed large decreases with phytol or small water dropwort extract injection. These results indicate that phytol or small water dropwort extract can activate the proliferation of natural killer cells that are effector cells in tumor-bearing mice.

        발레 숙련도에 따른 센터에서 Grand Battement Jete´ a´ la seconde 동작의 운동학적 비교 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate time of the phase, angle of the right ankle, knee, and hip joint, lateral angle of the trunk, mediolateral displacement of COM, and vertical displacement of COM between two groups while executing grand battement jets ?la seconde in a center exercise setting through 3D video analysis. The subjects participated in this study were skilled and unskilled 6 female ballet majors in Busan, respectively. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The time of the phase 2 was faster than P3. It shows a significant difference(p<.05) for P1 and P4 between skilled and unskilled groups. 2. The angle of the right ankle joint has a significant difference(p<.05) at E4 between skilled and unskilled groups. The angle of the right knee joint has no significant difference at all events between skilled and unskilled groups. The angle of the right hip joint has a significant difference(p<.001) at E3 between skilled and unskilled groups. 3. The lateral angle of the trunk has a significant difference(p<.05) at El and at E5 between skilled and unskilled groups. The skilled group of the lateral angle of the trunk was lower than the unskilled group. However the skilled group's lateral angle of the trunk was bigger than the unskilled group at E3. It has significant difference(p<.001) at E3 between skilled and unskilled groups. 4. The mediolateral displacement of COM has no significant difference at all events between skilled and unskilled groups. The vertical displacement of COM has a significant difference(p<.01) at E3 between skilled and unskilled groups.

      • Enrofloxacin과 colistin의 복합제(Enroco)의 아급성 독성시험

        The study was carried out to evaluate toxicity of enrofloxacin and colistin complex (Enroco) with a dose of 10 ㎎/㎏/day, 20 ㎎/㎏/day and 40 ㎎/㎏/day via oral administration for 3 weeks in ICR mice. All procedures of the test were performed by the established regulation of Korean National Institute of Safety Research (1994. 4. 14). Appearance, behavior, mortality and food consumption of treated groups were not affected during the experimental periods. No significant does-related changes of the combined antibacterials were found in urinalysis, eye examination, hematology, serum chemistry, and organ weight. No histopathological lesions were observed in both control and treatment groups. Our results strongly suggested that no toxic changes were found in mice treated orally with enrofloxacin-colistin complex for 3 weeks.

      • 남중 육상경기 선수의 Foot Ratio와 체력과의 상관

        Foot ratio and physical fitness were measured and multiple-compared in the level of P<.05 on the subject of 28 prize winners from Men's part of middle school in the field and track events of the "P" youth athletic tournament in 1998 and 7 general students adopted by random sampling. These are conclusions from the result of relative analysis of foot length measured by X-ray, Medial longitudinal arch's height, foot ratio and physical fitness in the level of P<.05. 1. No significance was discovered in FR but throwing group is better than medium and long distance group. 2. Flexibility and endurance have meaning in physical fitness. The short distance group has better flexibility than the medium and long, throwing and general one. And medium and long distance/ throwing group have better endurance than general one. 3. FR and physical fitness show a negative correlation in the muscular strength of throwing group.
