Apriori 알고리즘을 이용한 적합한 정보 Profile 생성 기법

웹이 발달하면서 검색 데이터 양이 급격히 증가하고 검색 결과도 방대해 지므로 효율적인 검색이 불가능하게 되었다. 따라서 웹 기반 정보검색 시스템에서 사용자의 요구에 적합한 문서들을 제공하기 위하여 질의어 확장에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 시스템은 사용자가 요구하는 질의어에 관한 정보가 충분하지 못하였으므로 질의어의 출현 빈도수에 의존하여 적합한 문서의 우선순위를 결정하였으며 임계치가 검색 결과에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 질의어와 유사한 용어를 사용한 문서일 경우 적합한 문서로 선택하지 못하는 용어 불일치 문제도 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 용어 불일치 문제를 해결하고, 사용자가 원하는 질의어에 대해 다양한 정보를 포함하고 있는 문서를 선택하기 위하여 자동적인 질의어 확장 방법을 제안한다. 질의어 확장을 위하여 백과사전 정보와 Apriori 알고리즘을 이용하여 적합한 정보 프로파일을 생성하였다. It is impossible to efficiently search the web document because of the increased searching data and searched results. Therefore, to provide the relevant document in web-based information search system, there are many researches for query expansion. Because the query-related information was not enough, previous systems determined the priority of the relenvant document using the term-frequency of query, and used the threshold as the main factor for searching. And if the documents included the word similar to the query, these documents are not determined as relevant document in previous system. this problem is called the vocabulary mismatch problem. In this paper, we solve the vocabulary mismatch problem, and propose the query expansion method to select the documents which include the various information for query. To expand the query, we generate the relevant information profile using the encyclopedia information and Apriori algorithm.

Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) is an economically important aquatic ornamental herb with multiple uses, including food, tea, natural pigments, and/or healthcare product. The objective of this study was to evaluate the physicochemical properties and antioxidant potential of lotus sprouts grown in three media: sprouting machine (LSSG), soil (LSSC), and mud (LSMC). The longest sprout was obtained in LSMC (4.79 and 26.79 cm) followed by LSSC (1.95 and 5.4 cm), and LSSG (0.60 and 2.85 cm) at 5 and 10 days, respectively. Higher amounts of total free amino acids were found in cotyledons (33.96, 21.45, and 38.90 mg/g) than in hypocotyls (15.77, 7.90, and 15.29 mg/g ) for LSSG, LSSC, and LSMC, respectively. The ratios of total essential to total non-essential amino acids were higher in hypocotyls (0.36, 0.31, and 0.46) than in cotyledons (0.34, 0.25, and 0.40), respectively. Similarly, the total polyphenol content of the hypocotyl of LSMC (50.33 ㎍ GAE/g) was the highest and that of the husk of LSSG (24.08 ㎍ GAE/g) was the lowest. Overall, the antioxidant potential of hypocotyl was higher than that of husk and cotyledon. The results indicated that the lotus sprouts grown in mud could be a good source of nutritional and natural antioxidants.
간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험 인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향

The present study attempted to identify how the knowledge and risk perception of nursing students regarding COVID-19 impact COVID-19 preventive behaviors. This study collected data from May 1st to September 20th, 2021, using a self-reported questionnaire targeting 184 nursing students. The collected data were analyzed using Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Multiple regression. The research results indicated that the knowledge(r=.15, p=.019) and risk perception(r=.13, p=.036) of nursing students regarding COVID-19 had a positive correlation with COVID-19 preventive behaviors. The factor that impacted the COVID-19 preventive behaviors of the subjects was COVID-19 knowledge, which had an explanatory power of 4%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an educational intervention program that enables nursing students to obtain the correct knowledge regarding COVID-19 and improves preventive behaviors. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식과 위험인식이 COVID-19 예방행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 간호학과 학생 184명을 대상으로 자가 보고 설문지를 이용하여 2021년 5월 1일부터 9월 20일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 대한 지식(r=.15, p=.019), 위험인식(r=.13, p=.036)은 COVID-19 예방행위와 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 COVID-19 예방행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 COVID-19 지식이었으며 설명력은 4%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 COVID-19에 올바른 지식을 습득하도록 하고 예방행위를 증진시키기 위한 교육중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

<P>GC/MS coupled with multivariate statistical analysis was performed to identify marker metabolites in serum of mice after healing ovalbumin- (OVA-) induced asthma using<I> Opuntia humifusa</I>. Principal component analysis (PCA) score plot showed separation among groups, with metabolite profiles of serum showing differences according to various treatments for the asthma murine model. Levels of stearic acid and arachidic acid were significantly lower in the serum from OVA-induced group than those from the control group. Dexamethasone treatment group was characterized by higher serum levels of urea, myristic acid, and palmitic acid along with lower levels of aspartic acid compared to OVA-induced group.<I> O. humifusa</I> treatment mice groups showed dose-proportional higher levels of urea and glycerol than OVA-induced group. These results highlight that GC/MS-based metabolomics is a powerful technique for identifying molecular markers of asthma.</P>
