        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        An Ac-type Plasma Display Panel (PDP) operating with Ne-Ar(0.1%) Penning mixture gas is fabicated. The characterics of the panel with electrodes covered with thin and thick dielectric layers are studied. The brightness of the Neon-orange light emitted by the panel measured as function of applied voltage and frequency. As an application, a graphic display system equipped with PDP showing still and moving pictures is made.

        A step down chopper and PWM current source inverter is used for the connection between the PV array and the utility. This paper proposes chopper is controlled for the de reactor decrease and PWM current source inverter is controlled to keep the output power at the maximum point for the PV. The PV current only is measured and employed for the power calculation combining the control parameter of the PWM current source inverter.

      • 폐탄광지 토양에서 내생균근균 접종과 시비가 자귀나무 유묘 생육에 미치는 영향

        Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation and fertilization on the growth of Albizzia julibrissin seedlings were investigated in coal mine tailings soil. Spores inoculation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus, Glomus etunicatum, into sterilized tailings soil formed Arum-type mycorrhiza and vesicles massively in the roots. Fertilization did not affect spores formation but reduced mycorrhizal formation by 20% in the seedlings. Nitrogen-fixing root nodules formation was increased by mycorrhizal inoculation and fertilization treatment. Leaf nitrogen content in A. julibrissin seedlings were the highest in the fertilized treatment by 1.2%, phosphorus was the highest in the mycorrhiza inoculated by 1.3mg/kg, zinc content was the highest in the mycorrhiza inoculated by 0.030 mg/kg. And the nitrogen content was higher in fertilization treatments than in mycorrhizal inoculation only. Seedling height growth was higher in the fertilized treatment with 20.7 cm than in the other treatment with 11.5 to 16.7 cm. Shoot dry weight of seedlings in mycorrhizal inoculation+fertilization treatment with 8.9 g was higher than in mycorrhizal inoculation with 4.1 g. Root dry weight was highest in the mycorrhiza+fertilizer treatment with 8.1 g. S/ R ratio was 0.52 in the mycorrhizal inoculated compared to 0.91 in the mycorrhiza+fertilized treatment. This means that root development is relatively higher than shoot growth. Consequently, A. julibrissin seedling growth in coal mine tailings soil was greatly improved with the treatment of mycorrhizal inoculation and fertilization.

        Abstract - In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance victor routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end point is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average date reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility -stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.3% for 0 mobility-stop second case and 4.7% for 300 mobility-stop second case.

      • Medx 운동치료 프로그램이 경추근력과 통증에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the improvement of the cervical extensor muscles strength in a 103 patients with laser discectomy using Medex program. 103 Patients was divide into 3 Groups, Study group of 40 patients (M=17, F=23), Control Group of 32 patients (M=17, F=15), Normal Group of 31 patients(M= 19, F= 12) Study and Control group was the patient of Laser discectomy on the cervical disc. Study Group was trained with Medx exercise program for the cervical muscles for 12 weeks after 1 month from cervical Laser discectomy. Control Group was rest at home for 12 weeks after the therapeutic exercise program. Normal group was good condition normal persons in cervical and Lumber spine without lesion, 31 persons was tested cervical extension muscle strength before and after 12 weeks. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. In initial muscle strength. The male was found 34275.95 8546.55(n=20) in study croup, 32279.66 3965.43(n=18) in control group, 54297.42 721,39(n=19) in Normal group. The female was found 24445.25 7360.80(n=20) in study group, 25125.64 4463.65(n=14) in control group, 42829 9649.62(n=12) in normal group. Therefore in a study and control group, It was found that the subjects have similar muscle strength after the 12 weeks with no difference. 2. Between three group, after 12 weeks, improvement of male muscle strength was found 50142.29 13017.37(n= 17, study group), 38973.44 7424.36 (n=18, control group), 55774.41 9268.05 (n=17, Normal group) in male. And improvement of female muscle strength was found 40227.80 6062.89(n= 15, study group), 29777.78 10647.34 (n=14, control group). As a result, muscle strength after 12weeks, it was found a little difference cervical extension muscle strength in control group without therapeutic Exercise program. But study group there was a much difference. 3. Study group was statistically significant difference(P<.05, n=40) after 12weeks. And control group was statistically significant difference, too(P<.05, n=32). But in real value, improvement of muscle strength was 50% improvement in study group more than 19% in control group. 4. After 12weeks in a study and control group, Pain scale shows statistically significant difference in study group than control group(P<.05). 5. After 12Wks, Cervical ROM was increased in a study and control group, each other. In a Study group it was found that there was an increase ROM more than control group(Flexion position; study/control G. =124.6 /118.8, Extension position: =1.68 /8.4, ROM; full Extension=0, full Flexion= 126). In conclusion, After 1 month laser discectomy in cervical HNP, The study group with procedure of Medx therapeutic exercise program was statistically significant increased cervical extension muscle strength more than control group with no therapeutic exercise program. And compared with control group, Study group shows decrease in a pain scale as well as the ROM of cervical mobility. Therefore, during 12 weeks Medx therapeutic Exercise in the cervical spine was effective in cervical muscle strength and for the pain, limited ROM, and dysfunction. And the early recurrent and prevention is positively necessary scientific controlled therapeutic exercise program.

      • 大學柔道選手들의 Body Density 推定回歸式 作成

        The purpose of this study was to measure accurately the body fat of 37 male university Judo players based on the underwater weighing method, to calculate the body density and the body fat using Futrex, Impedance, Caliper, Skyndex and Ultra-sound and to present the prediction formula of residual volume and calculate the body density by regression equations based on the data from anthropometric measurements. 1. The body % fat of Judo players from the underwater weighing method was 72± 2.44%. 2. The residual volume was 1.3350±0.2476(1) by the oxygen rebreathing method and 1.0977±0.1238(1) by the indirect method of vital capacity. The regression equation using the vital capacity was : Residual volume(1)=0.2165+0.000245×vital capacity. 3. The regression equations of the body density calculated from the measurement of skinfold thickness were as follows: The body density by Caliper(g/ml)=1.0941-0.00088×subscapular-0.001026×triceps. The body density by Skyndex(g/ml)=1.0932-0.001137×subscapular-0.00070×triceps. The body density by Ultra-sound(g/ml)=1.1095-0.00306×triceps-0.0015×femoral. 4. The regression equations of the body density caculated from anthropometric measurements were as follow: 1) The regression equation of the body fat on skinfold thickness The body density(g/ml)+1.1007+0.000507×grith of hip-0.00145×grith of thigh+0.00122×grith of lower thigh. 2) The regression equation of the body density based on skinfold thickness by Caliper, grith of the body, height, weight and age. 3) The regression equation of the body density based on skinfold thickness by skyndex, grith of the body, height, weight and age. The body density(g/ml)=1.0808-0.0010The regression equation of the body density based on skinfold thickness by subscapular-0.0011The regression equation of the body density based on skinfold thickness by triceps+0.0002×height-0.0016×age. 4) The regression equation of the body density based on skinfold thickness by Ultra-sound, grith of the body, height, weigth, and age. The body density(g/ml)=1.1228-0.0030×triceps-0.0017×femora+0.0004×minimum grith of lower thigh-0.0010×age.

      • 鬪技種目 選手들의 足型에 關한 考察

        On the Supposition that feet have a certain influences on each athletic sports playing ability, athletic lessons should to be given under the obvious recognition of the relationship between athletic ability and weight, height, chest girth and essential foot shapes which consist of foot-length, foot-length, foot-width, interior-height, outerior height, ankle-width, foot-round. And by analzing statistically foot-shape conditions through study of subject of the athlete with over 8 years of experience according to each athletics, I aimed at athletic lesson fteaching, reasonable player-picking out, efficient training measure, gaining basic date for the improvement of playing ability.A total of 90 players from 8 athletic sport-p Yudo 20, Boxing 20, Taekwondo 20, Ssirum 20, Hapkido 20, Kumdo 20, Wrestling 20. Measuring is : Foot measure was taken by Using Martin Measuring instument of human body structure, foot print by pressing inked sole on paper, build measure was taken of height, weight, chest girth, and then the average value of total athletes was produced and then the correlation was gained between body build and foot shape. The procedures of gathering and analyzing data; Used IBM System of Electronic Computer room of Korea sports science college and gotten fthese Conclusions. 1."Body build" turned out to be larger in each group of Yudo and Ssirum players, and Smaller in each group of Tae Kwon Do players, than other groups.And it is found that weight and chest girth are different according to each athletic sports. 2."Foot shape" judging from correlation between foot length, foot-round and foot-weidth, it is showed that short foot-length and wide foot-width of each group of Yudo, Ssirum players is stable to balance.

      • 커피, 녹차, 홍차, 맥주 및 우리 나라 전통차의 질산염 함량에 관한 연구

        In order to calculate the daily intake amount of NO_3 for Korean, it is necessary to evaluate the basic information on average NO_3 content in beverage & drinks like another major sources for NO_3 such as vegetables, milk, grain, fruit and water. This experiment was aimed to find out the average content of NO_3 in favorite drinks for Koreans, the content of NO_3 in 5 sorts of tea, 7 coffees, 5 beers and 14 Korean traditional teas were investigated by 3 manufacturers in 5 duplications. The NO_3 content in Korean traditional tea show between 15 and 49ppm, but Brown rice-Green tea and Green tea have lower value than Red tea, Duchung tea and Jasmine tea. The lowest concentration among the Korean traditional tea shows in the Tea water boiled with burned rice(Sungryung tea). Chrysanthemum tea has the highest value among the imported teas, but Yongjeongmyeong tea has the lowest one. Red teas imported from Sri Lanka. USA show 30-33ppm which is similar to Korean red tea. The NO_3 content in de-caffeined coffee has the lowest value ever, but instant coffee such as Maxim coffee and Choice coffee show 44ppm and 47ppm respectively, whereas Raspberry coffee and Hazelunt coffee show relatively low concentration between 20 and 24ppm. But beers have lower value in NO_3 content compared to another beverage such as tea, coffee and Korean traditional tea. There is no difference between Korean produced or imported beer in terms of NO_3 content, but the lowest value was shown in Heinecken beer.
