엠보싱 알루미늄 판재의 기계적특성과 스프링백 평가 (제1보)

엠보싱된 알루미늄 판재는 표면적이 증가하여 방열효과가 뛰어나고 가공경화에 의해 굽힘강성이 증가하여 자동차 열차단기에 널리 사용된다. 하지만 판재의 특성상 주름발생률이 높아 프레스 성형에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 구조 알루미늄 판재의 프레스 성형성 평가를 위한 기초연구로 3차원 구조 엠보싱 콘 형상 판재의 기계적특성을 평가 하고 굽힘실험을 통해 프레스 가공 후 발생하는 스프링백을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 엠보싱 판재는 패턴의 방향에 따라 인장특성이 상이하다. 특히 평행 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 감소하며 대각 엠보싱 시편의 경우 항복응력이 증가하게 되고 영률의 감소가 크게 나타난다. 그 결과 굽힘 성형가공 후에 스프링 백에 영향을 미친다. Embossed aluminum sheets were been used in heat insulation purpose for automative exhaust parts because of increasing their surface areas and stiffness reinforcement. However, there are many restrictions because of high rate of wrinkle occurrence on press working. We have performed the tensile and bending tests for embossed sheets to clarity its mechanical properties and springback characteristics. Embossed aluminum sheets showed a different flow stress after plastic yielding due to flattening the embossed cone shape. Above all, yield stress of parallel embossed specimen decreases while its diagonal one increases and the decrease of young’s modulus in the embossed sheets contributes to the increase of springback amount.
Trichophyton verrucosum infection in Korea: Analysis on 224 patients from 1976 to 2015

Background: Trichophyton (T.) verrucosum is a dermatophyte causing ringworm in cattle, distributed worldwide. It can be responsible for various inflammatory lesions of skin and scalp. In Korea, kerion celsi caused by T. verrucosum was first reported at 1986 in the southeast province of Korea. Since then, many patients infected with T. verrucosum have been reported in Young-nam province. There are few long-term studies about epidemiological characteristics of T. verrucosum. Objectives: To investigate the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of T. verrucosum infections in Korea. Methods: A total of 224 patients were diagnosed as T. verrucosum infection by fungal culture from 1976 to 2015. The data were based on a retrospective survey of medical records. Results: The annual incidence of patients with T. verrucosum infection had been increasing since the report in 1986. The number of patients showed a peak in 1988. After 2000, the number of patients had been decreasing. Female to male ratio showed a 1.2-fold predominance of female infection. And more than 15-year-old group was 59.4% of total patients. T. verrucosum infection was most commonly seen in spring and was found predominantly in patients living in rural areas. Face was most frequently involved, followed by arms. Conclusion: These findings provide useful information for understanding of T. verrucosum infection and future dermatophytosis prospects.
都市空間構造의 變化 過程에 관한 硏究 : 光州廣域市 中心

Urban spatial structure needs to manage efficiently the process of growth and transition, because a city has the character of an organic body, such as growth and expansion. The phenomena of urban transition before 1945 has been examined by usage of data and maps to show the rational urban structure of Kwang Ju for the time of 21 century. Kwang Ju framed the urban structure by appointment of regional provincial city on 1896, and the comprehensive planning of Kwanf Ju was established on 1939 for the first time to show the modern urban structure. The reasonable urban spatial structure for the future of Kwanf Ju will be researched by using og the results of this study.

Gwang-ju is drawing up a concrete road map for preparing a "culture centered" city , but the infrastructure for this fundamental art is slim. So, Gwang-ju needs to attract artists working abroad in the fields of art, design and music and to spare no expense or support towards encouraging them to attendand actively engage in the creative type activities that are required. As has been shown, the city's work environment must be suitable to create a 'creative city', requiring such things as the creation of work space and a comfortable city environment for artists, along with game rooms, the preparation of open space, good quality homes and educational environment for creative and artistic type classes, etc. all need to be addressed. As Gwang-ju is an eligible candidate for branding as a 'creative city', the development of symbolic resources, the creation of landmarks and remodeling of the city center as well as ruralproperty are all required. Since the project is still in its infancy and citizen interest in culture is low, Gwang-ju should start, first, with the development of international events and the like, in order to generate the image of and to meet its desired expectation of becoming a recognized 'creative city'. Subsequently, the rich cultural heritage and tradition must be firmly instilled as integral to the identity of Gwang-ju and projected to people from around the world by reminding them of Gwang-ju's history and culture through the above projects. It can be a turning point as a 'creative city'.

The national local autonomous entities are trying to come up with a counter measure responsive to creative pragmatism which is the policy direction of the current government. Gwang-ju is filled with an out-pouring of expectation and concern toward a government project called, "The Business of Creation for a Culture-Centered City in Asia". This business which is intended to innovate the cities through culture is essential to the continuing policy movement. However, the government has said that it will carry out practical politics signaling revolution in politics, the economy, society, culture, diplomacy as well as security. Gwang-ju needs to prepare counter-measures for maximizing its development capabilities, requiring practice and proactivity. For this, comprehension of and discussion about the general direction of the current state of affairs is needed. Gwang-ju has looked into the policies related to culture and the creation business for a culture-centered city. Fact: Indicators about 5 general state affairs of government based upon centering objectives and details were observed for each task to consistently pursue the creation business for a culture-centered city. Gwang-ju also takes on the responsibility of being a good example to other cities which want to follow in its footsteps to become another cultural city. When Gwang-ju, a "culture-centered" city in Asia, becomes the place where talented people from around Asia or around the world want to come to see and possibly live and settle down, it can and will be a cultural hub in Asia. As the number of people who take pride in the city of Gwang-ju increases, Gwang-ju will be redefined as a "culture-centered" city in Asia, taking rank among other cultural cities around the world in the future. Right now, active support, enthusiasm and effort at the national and local levels of government, along with the citizens' active participation and capacity for buildup, are essential for the success of Gwang-ju becoming a the first "culture-centered" city. 전국 지방자치단체는 정부의 정책방향인 창조적 실용주의에 부응하는 대응전략을 마련하기에 고심하고 있으며, 광주도 아시아문화중심도시 조성사업이라는 국책사업에 대하여 기대와 우려를 동시에 쏟아내고 있다. 문화를 통하여 도시를 헥신시키겠다는 이 사업은 지속적인 정책추진이 필수적이나 정부는 실용적인 정치를 펼치겠다고 약속함으로써 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 외교, 안보에 대변혁을 예고하였다 광주도 발전역량을 극대화하기 위해서는 국정과제별 대응전략을 마련하고 능동적·적극적 실천이 요구되며 이를 위해서는 국정지표 전반에 대한 이해와 논의가 필요하다. 정부의 5대 국정지표에 대한 전략목표와 세부과제를 중심으로 문화정책과 아시아문화중심도시 조성사업과 관련되는 정책들을 살펴보고 아시아문화중심도시 조성사업의 지속적인 추진을 위한 각 주체별 과제를 모색하였다. 광주는 또 다른 문화도시를 꿈꾸는 도시들의 모범이 되어야 하는 책무를 안고 있다. 아시아 문화중심도시 광주는 아시아 및 전 세계의 창의적인 인재들이 찾아오고 싶어 하고, 문화를 사랑하는 아세안과 세계인이 와서 살며, 창작하고 싶어 하는 도시가 될 때 진정한 아시아문화의 말신지가 되는 것이다. 미래의 광주는 세계의 문화도시틀과 어깨를 나란히 하며 광주다움을 자랑스럽게 여기는 시민들이 넘쳐날 때 진정한 아시아문화중심도시로 자리매김 할 것이며, 이를 위해서는 국가적 차원의 적극적인 지원, 지방정부의 열정과 노력, 시민의 적극적 참여와 역량강화가 필수적이다.

Even though District Unit Planning(DUP) was introduced to Urban Planning only 10 years ago, There has been a positive effect on Urban Planning changing from grid planning to 3-D planning through District Unit Planning. But, most part of the first District Unit Planning which is being enforced are extension of floor space index by the upgrade in DUP class for apartment house buildings. Specifically, the first District Unit Planning contains use districts, areas, infrastructure, housing or lots, building use and density, environment or view, improvements on traffic and various plan elements in the area of Urban Planning. But, Because it is legally allowed to focus on only one of those elements, General access methods of Urban Planning and future city image are being ignored. In order to manage the first District Unit Plan more efficiently, The first District Unit Plan should be established under Urban Management Plan based on the whole city through down zoning technique. And the majority of the DUP is a form of new street development. Therefore, Plan direction for business districts of other types are needed for a balanced layout and organization. The first District Unit Planning is required to supplement management systems or the contents of plan which should meet demands flexibly in accordance with changes in housing and commerce. In addition, The first District Unit Plan should create a beautiful and creative environment in cities to prepare the residential environment coincident with regional traits by introducing various incentive systems. And, apartment buildings to maximize economical efficiency feature standardized landscaping throughout cities. Therefore, the concept of an average number of stories should be introduced to balance the weak points in the future. Only after these measures are taken, the Initial District Unit Plan, which is aimed at improving the environment in cities, will reach the goal and strengthen the competitive power of cities by diversifying the spatial and visual qualities of area.
