        척암(瘠菴) 이기경(李基慶)의 가사 연구

        Yi Kigyǒng(penname: Chǒ’gam) is a Confucian scholar, known for antiforeign attitude especially against Catholicism. He was sent into exile for three times, and during the first exile in 1791, he composed two poems of “Simjingok” and “Nangyusa” while staying in Kyǒngwǒn of the Hamgyǒng Province. As the both poems deal with his exile experiences, they have been categorized as “Pyǒgwi kasa”(Poems with a message of rejecting heterodoxy). This type of poems has drawn scholarly attentions due to the scarcity of the lyrics dealing with the theme of anti-Catholicism among many exile poems. This article, however, focuses on the characteristics of Yi’s poems and redefines them as exile poems. The investigation on the Yi’s social circumstances before and after the exile from November 1791 reveals that he has been isolated from the people during the exile. Yi was put into exile three times due to the following three reasons: First, he was punished, as he submitted his memorial to the king during the mourning period. The second case is related with the disagreement between the draft and the memorial composed by Yi. The third exile was triggered by the specific words and phrases Yi used in the memorial. He was accused of using vulgar and vicious expressions that were accused of violating the human decency. In “Simjingok,” Yi Kigyǒng intends to show his embodiment of The Doctrine of the Mean through a means of poems as public representation. The poem is structured into the two themes of the implementation of the orthodoxical study and the criticism against the foreign study. On the other hand, “Nangyusa” is a short poem, in which he rationalized his philosophical and political position with a reference of Mencius.

        우반구 뇌 손상 후 나타난 연축성 발성장애 1예

        Spasmodic dysphonia (SD) is a kind of focal dystonia of larynx and it is calssified into three subtypes:adductor type, abductor type, and mixed type. The etiology of SD is not clearly known yet. Cortical dysfunction is regarded as one of the causes of SD based on the clinical data in which patients who showed SD due to the lesion of the central nervous system. The lesions documented so far involve the basal ganglia, supplementary motor area, and thalamus in the dominant hemisphere. We report an unusual case with SD after an ischemic lesion of the precentral gyrus in the right hemisphere, which is rarely mentioned in relation to SD. The characteristics of the symptoms and cortical functions in phonation are discussed.

      • Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase와 Cyclodextrinase를 생산하는 Bacillus 속 세균의 분리와 그 효소들의 특성

        A bacterium producing Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase (CGTase) and Cyclodextrinase (CDase) was isolated from soil, and named as Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16 . The growth of the isolated strain occurred in two steps, and syntheses of CGTase and CDase were dependent on the growth cycle of the cell. CGTase was constitutively synthesized during the 1st growing phase. while CDase was synthesized inducibly during the 2nd growing phase. When the medium pH was controlled at 7.0, the maximun enzyme activities of CGTase and CDase were increased by 12-fold (1300 mU/ml) and 2-fold (225 mU/ml), respectively, compared with the pH-uncontrolled batch culture. The CGTase of the isolate converted soluble starch to CDs with the ratio of α-CD:β-CD:γ-CD=42:46:12 at 55℃. The optimal pH and temperature of CGTase were 6.0 and 60℃,respectively and the optimal pH and temperature of CDase were 6.0 and 55℃. The molecular weights of the purified CGTase and CDase were estimated to be 65,000 and 68,000 dalton, respectively, Among serveral substrates, γ-CD was most rapidly hydrolyzed by the purified CDase.

      • 청소년의 진로의식성숙과 일의 가치에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the career maturity level of adolescent students and work values and to provide basic materials that can be some help to the career guidance and counseling. To achieve this purpose, research problems were as follows; First, this study was to analyze the relationship between the career maturity level and the work values. Second, this study was to investigate the most important predictive variables which influence on the career maturity. The samples consisted of 600 students (300 boys and 300 girls) from 7th grade, 9th grade and 11th grade students in Taegu, Korea. Students were administered the Career Maturity Inventory (CMI) by Crites(1973), and Work Value Inventory (WVI) by Super(1975). The CMI and WVI are self-report written instruments. For the statistical analysis, Pearson's coefficient correlation and stepwise multiple regression by SAS program have been applied. The results of this study were as follows; First, the correlation between the career maturity and intrinsic work values such as altruism, intellectual stimulation showed statistically significant positive correlation at P<.05 level. 7th graders have positive correlation at P<.01 level in achievement, altruism, intellectual stimulation and independence, and 11th graders in activity, esthetics, intellectual stimulation and independence. 9th graders have negative correlation in intrinsic and extrinsic values. Second, there were no influencing predictive variables of work values, grade and gender on the career maturity level, but there were statistically significant relationships at P<.05 level. Variables affecting career maturity were showed as the following order: intrinsic work values, extrinsic work values, gender and grade.

      • 대나무 섬유소를 이용한 섬유보강 콘크리트의 역학적 특성

        This study is a experiment on the mechanical properties of concrete according to the fiber additional quantity of bamboo. The experiment and analysis results are as the following. The slump as a quality of the concrete not to harden showed to decrease more remarkably for a slump value than the plain according to the increment of cellulose additional rate. Air quantity showed to increase only in 0.2% fiber additional rate and to get out of KS allowable error of bad air content in 0.4% and 0.6%, and capacity mass by unit showed a reverse tendency against air quantity according to the change of cellulose additional quantity. Compression intensity as a quality of hardening concrete showed collectively a tendency to decrease in the remnant past days except only 0.6% at the standard past day 愀8 and the initial 3 days. Pulling intensity showed to increase more than the plain in all past days according to the change of fiber additional quantity of bamboo, and bending intensity also showed to be higher revelation intensity than the plain in the measurement result at the standard past day 28. In the result of length change rate, we can find the bigger the cellulose additional rate as a special quality increased, the more it decreased according to the pass of the past day.

        맹출 지연 영구치의 자발적 맹출 유도 : 증례보고

        Delayed tooth eruption is the most commonly encountered deviation from normal eruption time. Racial, ethnic, sexual, and individual factors can influence eruption and are usually considered in determining the standards of normal eruption. Delayed tooth eruption was affect to the dentition and facial growth, so that when it occurred careful evaluation should be performed to establish the cause and the treatment plan accordingly. Present 3 cases of delayed tooth eruption by periapical lesion. underdevelopment of incisior and compound odontoma were successfully treated. In these cases, we could observe spontaneous eruption of the delayed erupting tooth after removal of interrupting factor and space regaining with maintaining. 정상적인 맹출 시기는 종족,인종,성별과 개인적인 요소에 의해 결정되며,만약 정상적인 맹출 시기에서 두드러지게 벗어날 경우 맹출 지연이라고 한다. 영구치의 맹출 지연 원인은 다양하며,발생 시 치열 및 악궁에 부정적인 영향을 줄 수 있어 조기진단 및 치료가 중요하다. 본 증례들에서는 치아종 및 치아발육부전 그리고 낭종으로 인한 맹출지연을 보이는 각각의 환자에 대해 맹출 방해 인자의 제거와 맹출 공간의 형성 및 유지만으로 자발적 맹출을 이룰 수 있었기에 보고하는 바이다.

        Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase와 Cyclodextrinase를 생산하는 Bacillus 속 세균의 분리와 그 효소들의 특성

        토양으로부터 CGTase와 CDase를 함께 분비·생산하는 내열성 세균을 분리하였으며, 동정결과 Bacillus stearothermophilus로 판명되어 KJ16으로 명명하였다. Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16 균주는 회분배양할 경우 2단계 성장을 하며 일차증식기에 CGTase를 생산하고 이차증식기에 CDase를 생산하는 양상을 보였다. 배치 pH를 7.0으로 조절하면서 배양할 경우, CGTase는 균의 증식에 따라 증가하고 CDase는 CGTase보다 뒤에 생산되었다. 그 생산양은 pH 비조절 배양에 비해 CGTase는 최대 12배(1300 mU/ml)까지, CDase는 2배(225 mU/ml)정도 증가되었다. 분리균주가 생산하는 CGTase는 분자량이 65,000 dalton으로 pH 6.0, 60℃에서 최적활성을 보이며 HPLC 분석을 통해 α-, β-, γ-CD를 42: 46: 12의 비율로 생산하는 α/β 혼합형 CGTase였다. 또한 CDase는 분자량이 68,000 dalton으로 pH 6.0, 55℃에서 최적활성을 보이며 최적기질은 γ-CD였다.       • Relationship between Meteorological Elements and Yield of Hot Pepper in Yeosu Area of Korea

        This study was conducted to investigate the relationships between yearly variations of meteorological elements and yearly variations of productivity in hot pepper. In addition, correlation coefficients among the yields and yield components were used to find out the relationships between meteorological elements and productivity. Yearly variation of the mean air temperature in May and July showed large with coefficients of variation(C.V.) of 25.0,8.9%, respectively, but the variation of the duration of sunshine in May were relative small. Yield and plant height was greatly with C.V. of 7.14,11.6%, respectively, diameter of fruit showed more or less C.V. of 2.28% and length of fruit showed less variation. Correlation coefficients between maximum temperature in period of cultivation from May and yield are positively significant at the level of 1 %. Correlation Coefficients between precipitation in period of cultivation from May to August and yield are negative significant at the level of 5 and 1 %, respectively. Correlation coefficients amount the plant height, length of fruit, diameter of fruit per plant, and seed yield were positively significant at the level of 1 %, respectively.

        패션 브랜드의 웹사이트 활용 실태 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of Fashion Brands Web-site. This analysis was done by 6C Concept(Contents, Community Commerce, Connection, Customizing, Communication) which was Internet Marketing Strategy. The review of previous studies and empirical investigations through the Internet were processed for this study 151 fashion brands in deixwtment stores, Daegu, Korea were surveyed from January to February 2004. Data were analyzed by using frequency and percentage. Total 105 brands established their Web-Site of Internet out of 151(69.5%) fashion brands. There were four characters on Contents, six characters on Connection and five characters on Communication. And there were a establishing rate of 38.1 percent on Online Community and 3(15 percent on Online Shop-ping Mall. On Customizing, 73.3 percent of brands had e-CRM systems.
