The purpose of this study is to investigate the prime factors that affect to user postoccupancy evaluation of activities and facilities in urban parks, to classify those factors, to find out factors about them, and then to suggest important indicators in the urban park planning, design, and development. The survey research was done using the self-administered questionnaire method by 435 peoples in the Busan City who participated in recreational activities in the Amnam Park. The Analysis of the data primarily consists of two phase: The first analysis was dealt an exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the SPSS(Ver.6.0) program and the second analysis was used to investigate the factors affected to user postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis. According to the factor analysis, user postoccupancy evaluation of facilities in urban parks concerning the 20 variables, 5 prime factors by the staistical values were considered. The factor analysis showed that user postoccupancy evaluation of activities in urban parks concerning the 11 variables, 3 prime factors by the staistical values were analysed. Postoccupancy evaluation in the urban park by the Regression Analysis suggested that the two varlables as 'the directions of park development' and 'companies with the personal specific characteristics' are significant in addition to the some variables presented in user postoccupancy evaluation with reacreational activities and facilities in Amnam Park by the factor analysis. Furthomore the analysis models were identified as having significant effects on the factor and regression analysis. Overall fits of both models were very good. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning, design, and development of the urban parks. Therefore, development direction of the h a m park has to be analyzed as significant factors concerning user postoccupancy evaluation in a systematic way, recognized as important variables for planning process. The urban park has to be fully designed and established in the planning process not by the decision-maker's subjective evaluation but by user postoccupancy evaluation.

Purpose: To compare the surgical outcomes of functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia. Methods: The medical records of 96 patients with infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia who underwent bilateral medial rectus muscle recession by functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods were reviewed retrospectively. The surgery success rate at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months was compared by the deviation angle measurement. Results: Overall success rates were not statistically different between the 2 groups. Additionally, there were no differences in surgical success rate of functional equator-considering and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia. When the patients were divided into 2 groups based on 40 PD, no significant difference in success rate between the 2 groups was observed. When patients were divided into 2 groups based on 22 mm of axial length, there was no statistical difference observed. Postoperative overcorrection was 2 (4%) in the functional equator group and 3 (6.5%) in Parks’ method group and postoperative undercorrection was 9 (18%, 19.6%) in each group. The incidence of undercorrection in the Parks’ method group was significantly higher in the greater than 22 mm axial length group (7, 35.0%) than in the less than 22 mm group (2, 7.7%) (p = 0.029). Conclusions: There was no statistically significant difference in surgical success rate between the functional equator and Parks’ methods in infantile esotropia and partially accommodative esotropia. This paper is intended as an investigation of fault location for underground line. Over the past few decades a considerable number of studies have been made on protection of underground line. However, these approaches require the interruption of electric power supply from source for fault location estimation. Therefore, we proposed fault location algorithm for underground line protection without interruption of electric power supply. Cross correlation function is used in this algorithm. Also, EMTP data is used to demonstrate the capability of the proposed fault location algorithm.

The objective of this study is to analyze the flora and forest vegetation of Amnam urban natural Park. 10 transects of quadrat of 10×10m were selected for the experiment. They were surveyed from January to October 1997. The obtained results were summerized as follows ; 1. The flora of plants distributed in Amnam Park was 88 families, 245 genus, 374 species. Dicotyledom in an angiosperm was 81.3% of total percentage was 73 families, 194 genus, 304 species, Monocotyledonous plant was 13.9% of total percentage was 7 families, 38 genus, 52 species, Gymnospermous plant was 2.1% of total percentage was 4 families, 5 genus, 8 species. Pteridophyta was 2.4% of total percentage was 3 families. 7 genus, 9 species, Shave grass was 0.3% of total percentage was 1 family, 1 genus, 1 species. 2. The representative wood plants of Amnam Park were Pinus thunbergii, Machilus thunbergii, Camellia japonica, Quercus spp., Celtis sinensis, Morus bombysis, Prunus sangentii, Sorbus alnifolia, Albizzia julibrissin, Juniperus rigida, Platycaya strobilacea, Lespedeza spp., Zanthoxylum piperitum, Zanthoxylum schinifolium, Rhus spp., Carpinus coreana, Mallotus japonicus. Ficus erecta, Pittosporum tobira, Eurya japonica. Elaeagnus macrophylla. 3. The area of plant community in Amnam Park was 84.29% in Pinus thunbergii community. 6.7% in Quercus dentata-Celtis sinensis community, 1.5% in Pittosporum tobira-Eurya japonica community, 1.4% in Quercus aliena-Prunus sargentii community, 1.29% in Pinus thunbergii-Pittosporum tobira community, 1.27% in Pinus thunbergii-Eurya japonica community.

This is to investigate the posibility of home manufacturing of heavy chemical industry machines, such as rotary kiln, crusher, blower, cooler, electrostatic precipitator and weighing feeder of cement plant. It is concluded that even though we can not make all of them (some of them are made now and some others are going to be made in the near future, some of them are made whole and some others are made partially), we can build or export the cement plant by importing the important machines which we can not make now and by substituting them with ours gradually.

This thesis is divide into seven parts in details, but the main idea is implicated in part Ⅳ described how the internal and external factors affects OPEC strategies. Individual OPEC members countries' price and production policies affect OPEC policies as a whole. Some OPEC counties compete with one another to a limited extent in order to increase their respective shares of crude oil exports. Other maintain firm production control policies which affect their market shares. For instance, the market share of crude oil exported by OPEC countries with respect to total OPEC crude oil exports declined in the 1980s. This decline was basically due to the emergence and rapid growth of production in the NON-OPEC oil producing countries. The following factors are among the major determinats of bargainning power of each individual OPEC countries. 1. The capacity to effectively absorb oil revenues into their respective demestic economies and the size of domestic development projects 2. The size of the population, economic infra-structure, skilled lavor force, number of management experts, and the amount of nonpetroleum resources 3. amount of investment in domestic and foreign projects In addition to internal factors, the external factors affecting OPEC price and production strategies are those associated principally with the oil importing countries. The power of these participants in unequal and, of course, varies from one situation to another. Each participant attempt to maximize his benefits. As a result, conflicts of interest occur among the participants. These conflicts could be resolved through a bargaining process. But in whatever manner they are resolved, a balance must be achieved among many essential variables:political, economic, social, legal and commercial. But at the beginning of 1980s there appears an ill omen in the OPEC countries' financial situation because the bargaining power of international oil companies and consuming countries vis-a-vis oil producing countries is largely determined by variations in economic and political factors over a period of time, rather than merely by the power and tactics of negotiations at a particular moment. Taking a desperate countermeasure, they have centered on a higher strategies than ever before by groping for a new international economic order, money recycling, partial amendment of construction and enlargement for Down-stream in oil industry.
모집 및 채용과정에서의 장애인 고용차별실태에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 고용차별 개념과 기준을 토대로 우리나라 장애인 모집 및 채용과정에서의 차별실태를 진단하기 위함이며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 400개 회사 중 91.3%가 응시자격의 직접적인 차별기준이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 간접적인 차별의 경우 모집회사의 91.3%가 학력, 연령제한 등으로 간접차별을 명시하고 있었다. 둘째, 채용절차에 있어서는 채용전 신체검사요구를 하는 직접적인 차별을 하는 구인회사가 67.8%로 나타났고 간접차별은 시험이나 면접시 적절한 배려와 인터넷 서류접수시 시각장애인 배려규정이 없는 회사(99.5%), 지원서에 신체조건을 표기하도록 하는 회사(82.5%)로 분석되었다. 그리고 직접적 채용절차 차별의 경우 기능종사자나 조립, 단순노무직과 300인 이상 규모가 입법 등, 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직과 300인 이하 규모가 차별이 심한 것으로 나타났으며 신체조건표기의 경우는 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직 등이 모두 차별이 심한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 응시자격과 간접적 차별내용에 있어 학력제한과 연령제한은 종업원규모와 직종별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 300인 이상 업체와 직종별로는 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직이 300인 이하 업체와 조립, 기능직, 단순노무직보다 학력제한을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 연령제한의 경우는 300인 이하 업체와 단순노무, 조립, 기능원, 서비스직이 연령제한을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The main purpose of this experiment was to find the difficult and unequal situations that individuals with disabilities meet when it comes to recruiting and employment process for jobs. The result from this experiment is that first of all, out of 4 hundred companies, 365 companies which is 91.3% show it in their application that they do not discriminate the individuals with disabilities. Secondly, out of companies that are looking for employees, 67.8% (271 companies) of them said that they had certain elements that need to be agreed with the employee. Most of the time, these companies require the employees to have a physical check from the doctor. And 99.8% (398 companies) of the companies show an indirect discrimination against the individuals with disabilities. For example, 99.5% (398 companies) of them don't show any reasonable accommodation during the interview nor through out the registration paper online for the blinds, and 82.5% (330 companies) requires them to fill out the physical condition of the employees. Lastly, it is proven that the employees with disabilities have discrimination on their scholastic ability and age limits depending on what job they apply to. In a condition where employees have discrimination on their scholastic ability, it's usually when they apply for jobs such as office worker, professional work in certain areas. When they have age limit, that's when they apply for works such as constructing, organizing, works that need skill and etc. Considering the result from this experiment, conclusion is that one, there shouldn't be any direct or indirect discrimination items against the individuals with disabilities when one applies for a job and there should be a set of laws to it. Two, in the process of employing, to prevent any indirect discrimination from happening, there should be a special management responsible to it. At last, in the process of employment a disability discrimination law should be enacted.

Background: It is suggested that clinical practice in the areas of bone marrow transplantation and gene therapy might rely on the ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. However, the condition for ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic progenitor cells is not well established. The authors pursued a series of experiments to define the proper conditions for the expansion of hematopoietic cells in the short-term liquid suspension culture of mobilized peripheral blood CD34+ cells. Methods: 1.0ml cultures were initiated with 9×10^3 PB CD34+ cells, which were isolated from PB mononuclear cells (MNCs) by high-gradient cell sorting, in 12 well plates with the various combinations of hematopoietic growth factors(HGF). The following recombinant human HGFs were used: stem cell factor(SCF) 100ng/ml, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF) 100ng/ml, GM-CSF(granulocyte, macrophage colony-stimulating factor) 100ng/ml, interleukin-1 beta(IL-1B) 1ng/ml, interleukin-3(IL-3) 20ng/ml, interleukin-6 (IL-6) 100ng/ml. At the end of culture, colony-forming cells were evaluated by semisolid clonogenic assay. Results: 1) Using the high-gradient magnetic sorting system, CD34^+ cells were isolated with a yield of 40 3% 2) In 7 day culture of PB CD34^+ cells(9×10^3 cells), nucleated cells expanded mean 10×10^3(range, 9 to 20×10^3) with the addition of SCF alone, 35×10^3(range, 10 to 60×10^3) with SCF plus G-CSF plus GM-CSF, and 130×10^3(range, 40 to 300×10^3) with the combination of SCF, G-CSF, IL-1, IL-3, IL-6, GM-CSF. In 14 day culture, nucleated cells expanded 10×10^3 to 1,860×10^3 with combination of human hematopoietic growth factors. 3) In 10 day culture without medium change of PB CD34^+ cells, CFU-GM numbers expanded 16. 5 fold(range, 7 to 59 fold) with the addition of SCF plus G-CSF plus Il-1 plus IL-3, 31.3 fold(range, 20.5 to 101.1 fold) with the combination of SCF, G-CSF, IL-1, IL-3, GM-CSF. In 14 day culture with or without medium change of PB CD34^+ cells was inferior to 10 day culture for CFU-GM expansion. 4) There was no significant difference for CFU-GM expansion between five growth factors(SCF,G-CSF,IL-1,IL-3,GM-CSF) and six growth factors(five growth factors plus IL-6). Conclusion: The authors could confirm that short-term suspension culture of peripheral blood CD34+ cells could expand hematopoietic progenitor cells. Ten-day culture with medium change of CD34+ cells with the addition of five growth factors, i.e. SCF, G-CSF, IL-1B, IL-3, and GM-CSF, might be the most efficient in this system.
