ERP 도입 실태 조사 및 모듈 적용방안에 관한 실증연구 : 목표지역 해운기업을 중심으로 Primarily on the Shipping Companies of Mokpo

ERP는 생산, 자재, 영업, 인사, 회계 등을 기업 전 부문에 걸쳐있는 인력, 자금 등 각종 경영자원을 하나의 체계로 통합적으로 재구축 함으로써 생산성을 극대화하는 대표적인 기업 리엔지니어링 운동이다. 본 연구는 목포지역의 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화 사례와 ERP 도입실태를 파악하여 통합경영 소프트웨어인 SMERP를 보급하기 위한 기초 자료 활용과 발전 및 정책방안 수립을 위한 연구자료로 활용하고 도한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰 등을 통해 해운 기업에 ERP모듈 적용 방법을 예견해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 대한상공회의소에서 제공한 기초컨설팅자를 통해 목포지역 해운기업의 ERP도입 실태를 조사하여 통계처리 하였다. 또한 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 해운기업의 홈페이지를 통해 정보화 현황을 조사하였다. 본 연구결과의 시사점으로 크게 2가지로 집약할 수 있겠다. 하나는 목포지역 해운 관련업체 대상으로 정보화와 ERP도입실태를 파악함으로써 향후 사업추진 방향을 정할 수 있겠다. 또 하나는 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 사례연구 등을 통해 해운업형의 ERP모듈적용방안을 제시할 수 있겠다. ERP is stretching the business the material, manufacture, business, human resource, accounting at whole company section. The productivity the re-setup the manpower to do a back every kind management resource of the funds to one system to the consolidation. We are representative company reengineering which does the greatest exercise. The purpose of this paper is to predict ERP a module apply scheme at the shipping companies through theoretical consideration about ERP. The statistics investigated ERP introduction actual condition of a mokpo area shipping companies through this basis consulting data which offers from the commerce and industry meeting hall to treat in research. We investigated an information current situation through INTERNET HOMEPAGE of shipping companies about ERP. This paper will integrate greatly to an events of day point of this research product to 2 kinds. One will select the direction through we dance the hereafter grasp ERP introduction actual condition and the information to a mokpo area shipping companies. Another will present ERP module apply scheme of the shipping industry through another instance research with theoretical consideration about ERP.

On this research, recognizing that ship inspection and audit services are closely related in improving ship safety, the importance of active Quality Managements of Ship Inspection and Audit Services has been notified. For this research, based on previous research results, Quality Managements of Ship Inspection and Audit Services were divided into the following aspects; the source of Quality Management, execution of Quality Management and outcome of Quality Management. Regarding these components, the elements which determine the satisfaction rate of the ship inspection and the ship safety could be stated.

중국은 지난 1978년부터 개혁개방을 시작한 이래 지속적으로 대외개방정책을 확대하면서 품질의식을 높이려고 지속적인 의식개혁을 진행하고 있으나 품질경영 활동이 생산현장에서만 지엽적으로 이루어지고 있고 기업의 경쟁력제고를 위한 효과적인 도구로 제대로 활용하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ISO인증심사를 통해 한국과 중국 천진내의 한국투자기업을 중심으로 품질경영시스템 운영 실태를 실증분석 하였고 시스템 운영, 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 시사점을 크게 2가지로 집약할 수 있겠다. 하나는 양 국가별 비교연구를 통해 인중심사 방향을 제시할 수 있겠고 또 하나는 양 국가 기업의 시스템 운영 및 활성화 방안을 제시할 수 있겠다. China has been performing continuous consciousness innovation to increase quality consciousness by expanding external open policy continuously since the innovative opening in 1978. However quality management activities are performed restrictedly in some production fields and they are not utilized properly as an effective tool for competition improvement. Therefore in this study, the status of quality management system operation in Korea and Korean investment companies located in Tenjin, China through ISO certification audit was analyzed empirically and system operation and activation methods were proposed. This study suggests two points. One is that the direction of certification audit can be proposed through a comparative study. The other is that the system operation and activation methods of corporate system in both countries can be provided.

도심지역 이동통신의 전파특성 모델

To predict accurately an antenna radiation pattern is very important for determining of a service area, base-station location, cell design. In this paper, we have calculated a propagation prediction data of Hata, Egri, Carey, Free Space Loss model by a computer simulation in Kwang-ju downtown, and the data is compared with field test data. As a results, Hata and Egri model are approached to field test data, but considerable errors are detected.Conclusively, we believe that the most accurate prediction model must propose to improve the radio propagation environments for the specified region. For resolve these problems, we are proposed a mew experimental radio wave propagation predict model.

Being adopted the Cellular Systems in Korea, the method of a radio repeater is that the mobile station(MS) can be used only in a service area of the base station(BS). In case that traffic congestion is occured around the specific BS because of an event etc., the traffic blocking rates are being maximized and the subscriber service is being dropped. To improve these problems, we propose an algorithm for a radio repeater network that distributes the traffics of the specific BS, predicted traffic congestion, to an adjacent BS by sharing a service area. And then, we confirm the valid through the simulation.

In Korea there are Passenger ships on 106 routes running out of 10 port cities. These cities, such as Mokpo, Masan, lncheon, are the main transportation hubs the island residents today. But most passenger ship companies in Korea are limited in income and mostly small in size. These small companies have many challenges to overcome and are slow to improve services. Frequent service cancellations, aging sailors and a decline in service are contributing factors.

A Study on the Strategy of Establishing China Maritime Performing Party System

Based upon the analysis of the former paper, this paper suggest that present problems existing in China’s relevant laws and regulations, the difficulties in constructing China’s maritime performing party system, the strategy in constructing maritime performing party in China. The writer focused on the strategies of establishing maritime performing party in China, and analyzed the problems which needed to pay attention. Finally, in the writer's view, China does not need to take part in the Convention, and can establish the maritime performing system by amending China Maritime Code.
