This paper aims to analyze what factor determines the economic capacity of Eup-Myeon areas in city-county consolidation with a viewpoint of the industrial employee. For the multivariate regression analysis of the economic capacity of rural(Eup-Myeon) areas, the cross sectional data of the resident tax revenue and industrial employee of rural areas. The result of the analysis shows that the economic capacity of rural areas is mainly determined by the manufacturing industry. These variables of 2001, 2004, and 2007 are statistically significant, and the their R² statistics are respectively 0,543327, 0.636759, and 0.688169. Their t-values are relatively significant. Moreover, it is observed that the R² statistics tend to increase. This paper shows that the Eup-Myeon areas are the functional place of the manufacturing portion sector of their consolidated city.

시군통합 읍면지역의 경제력 격차 분석 : 지역소득의 발생을 중심으로

시군통합으로 도농 간의 상호보완과 지역개발을 주민들의 선호와 일치시킴으로서 도시와 농촌지역의 균형적인 발전을 촉진시켜 지역의 경쟁력을 확보하고자 했었다. 이러한 기대효과를 읍면지역의 경제력 격차분석으로 검증해본 결과, 읍면의 재정력이 큰 경기도, 충청남도 및 기타의 일부 읍면지역에서는 격차가 완화된 ,즉 비교적 균형적으로 발전하고 있는 것으로 나타난 반면에 나머지 대부분의 읍면지역에서는 통합시의 중심지(도심지)로의 경제력 및 인구의 집중현상이 지속 내지는 심화되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가중된 읍면 점유비율과 지니계수의 연도별 비교?분석에서는 큰 변화는 없었지만 지니계수의 절대적 크기로 보아 읍면지역 간의 경제력 격차는 더욱 심해지는 것으로 나타났다. 2007년도에 경제력이 가장 약한 112개 읍면 중에서 55개 읍면은 그들이 소속된 통합시가 낙후 지역으로 선정되어 중앙정부의 지원을 받는 반면에 나머지 57개 읍면은 그들의 통합시가 낙후지역으로 선정되지 못하여 정부의 재정지원을 받지 못하는 ‘지원의 사각지대’로 남을 가능성이 있다는 것을 보여준다. This study are to analyze from viewpoint of the economic capacity of Eup-Myeon area in the consolidated cities, whether it has been gotten by the city-county consolidation a positive effect such as the balanced growth between urban and rural and their competitiveness. As a result of this analysis, it has been indirectly proved, that the economic disparities between urban and rural area is decreasing relatively in the consolidated cities with strong economic capacity, and increasing in the consolidated cities with small economic capacity.

Ultrasonic Testing is one of the most widely used method of Nondestructive testing for Pre-Service Inspection(PSI) & In-Service Inspection (ISI) in the structure of Bridges, Power plants, chemical plants & heavy industrial fields. It is very important target to estimate safely, remain life, Quality Control of the Structure. Also, a lot of research for quantities evaluation & analysis of ultrasonic inspection data is processing. The computer based automatic ultrasonic system is required for ultrasonic signal processing, B, C-Scan & 3D Display. We have developed the Window 95 based nondestructive testing and control/measurement software for the computer based ultrasonic flaw detecter. It can store the received signal and effectively evaluate the signal, and therefore enhance the reliability of the testing results.

A lot of factors have an effect on human's performing Motor Learning or Motor Competitive. In order to maximize performing ability, many researches about the motivation through psychological elements are being done. I have compared and analysed the former theories, such as Motivation methods, Drive theory, Optimal level theory, Achievement motivation theory and Attribution theory. The results of the study are as following; The effective motivation methods which maximize Motor Learning or Motor Competitive ability are the extensions using Goal setting theory through Negative knowledge of result.

中·老人層 人口의 建康管理 實態 分析에 의한 社會體育 活性化 方案

This study is to find out the activating plan of sociophysical education by analyzing a questionnaire for health management in their forties to sixties. The questionnaire are collected from men and women of 1,215 who are living at Taegu city(Dong-gu, Seogu, Nom-gu, Pook-gu, Joong-gu, Susung-gu, and Dalseo-gu). The results of this study are summaried as follows. 1. Self-confidence for health care is decreased with age in men and women. 2. Regular physical examination is performed about 8%, when they are in pain, it is performed some 4%. Though they are in pain, 28.8% of them didn't go to a hospital and clinic. 3. A medicine for promoting nutrition and meals are used to main and promote their health care and physical fitness. A physical exercise and a stroll and regular life style are in 25% subjects. Unfortunately, it shown that men and women subjects do not nearly take their physical exercise. 4. The means of health management are ordered jogging, mountaineering, a stroll, physical exercise, tennis, a ball game, table tennis, swimming, badminton, and ect., but mountaineering and aerobic dance, a stroll, tennis, table tennis, physical exercise, health club, jogging for women. Men are performed a stroll, aerobic dance, but women are performed physical exercise in their sixties. 5. Motivation of joining in club or a fellow member is facilities and instruments, and spaces. 6. When they are in pain at first they visit drug store(48.72%), and use self-treatment(12.10%). They do not make use of a hospital and clinic and public health center. 7. The most difficult problem showed such order as when they are in pain and problem of sons and daughters in men and women in forties. They have nothing to do and alone and they are in pain in men and women in sixties. 8. They wish to be sports lecture room of every kind(23.21%), opening and complete equipment of facilities in school physical education(22.20%), regular physical fitness chapter(15.38%), and publicity activities for sports(12.43%).
