The author has investigated the effect of phage dose on phage hemagglutination. For this experiments, the klebsiella pneumoniae type 2, klebsiella phage and goat red cells were used and obtained the following results. For producing of the cold and warm phage hemagglutination, the more phage dose, in adsorption tube, than 106/ml and 108/ml was necessary respectively and, in the less dose of phage than that, phage hemagglutination was not produced even though higher concentration of serum was used. For producing of phage hemagglutination in the presence of 1:800 of stock serum of which K value is about 190min.-1, the more adsorbed phage particles, per sensitized red cell, than average 100 were necessary.

근판전이술(Muscle flap transfer)을 이용한 하지부 골노출 재건

To reconstruct the chronic bony exposure with extensive soft tissue defects of the lower extremity, the muscle flap coverage is preferred to cutaneous flap transfer. 7 lower extrmities in 6 patients of postburn wide bony exposure of lower extremity accompanying osteomyelitis were successfully reconstructed by various types of muscle flaps and proper administration of sensitive antibiotics. 1 patient developed recurrent infection at the postoperative 3 months, and the overall 83% of controlled infection rate were showen in this series. The average follow up period was 1.7 years in these 6 patients, all patients are currently ambulatory. This results demonstrated the effectiveness of muscle flap coverage in chronic bony coverage of lower leg with large area of soft tissue defects. As a newly designed retrograde flow muscle flap. Reverse Extensor Digitorum Longus muscle flap trabsfer up 3 cases showed good results and it could be expected good method in moderate to large sezed defects of distal third & middle third of tibia, ankle. nkle.

서원 중정공간의 폐쇄성 분석

This study deals with the degree of enclosure on the Court Space in 'Suh-Won' that has warious perceptual composition elements. 1. The size of Court Space in which we can read the complexion of others and easily understand every behavior of them is similar to that of the 'Madang' in the Korean traditional houses. 2. The angles of elevation are within the range of suitable enclosure as going from the center of the court Space to 'Kang-Dang' and the space -from the center of the Court Space to 'Kang-Dang'- is restricted and surrounded. It is also within the range of the least enclosure as going from the center of the Court Space to the 'Mun-Ru'. 3. The degrees of enclosure based on the horizontal angle are within the degree we can perceive the objects of structure easily. 4. The degree of enclosure based on the ratio D/H is increased as approaching from 'Mun-Ru' to 'Kang-Dang'. The distance as approaching from 'Mun-Ru' to 'Kang-Dang' is changed from social distance to personal distance. To conclude this the Court Space in 'Suh-Won' represents the hierarchical system with variety and the degree of enclosure and the size of space are within the range of human scale.

이용자 수에 다른 혼잡분석 - 대구시 달성, 중앙공원을 대상으로-

도시공원의 혼잡에 관해 실제 이용자가 느끼는 혼잡정도와 이용밀도를 중심으로 조사한 결과 다 음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 이용밀도는 계절과 요일에 따라 큰 차이가 있으며 외국에 비해 상당한 과밀이용을 나타내고 있었다. 이용밀도와 혼잡간에는 높은 상관성을 보이고 있으며 고밀도에서 이용자가 증가할 때 보다 저밀도에서 이용자가 추가될 때 혼잡도에 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 이용자가 증가 하여도 혼잡에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 혼잡포화점에서의 1인당 공원이용가능 면적이 약10$m^2$로서 우리민족의 밀집공간에 대한 강한 내성을 나타내었다. 앞으로는 본연구에서보다 다양하고 폭넓은 공원녹지를 대상으로 한 실증적 연구가 뒤따라야 할것으로 생각된다. This survey was carried to determine the crowd In the city parks on the basis of the crowding and using denSity. The using density was vary different by season and day, and the density was much higher in this experiment than in the case of the foreign countries. This survey shows a high correlation between the using density and crowd as the crowd level was more influenced by the increasing number of park - users in the case of low using density than the high using density. The possible using space per individual was around 10㎥ in the parks, which means a strong endurance of the surveying group to the massing space, in the saturated crowding value that the crowd was not significantly affected by the increasing number of users.

非傳染性 phage lysate가 phage 血球凝集 反應에 미치는 影響에 關하여

The author has investigated the effect of non-infectious phage lysate on phage hemagglutination. For this experiment, the klebsiella phage, it's host and goat red cells were used and obtained the following results. By centrifugating of the phage suspension containing about 2x1011/ml of phage for 8 hours at about 17, 000 r.p.m., the phage was almost sedimented and about 7x103/ml of phage was still remained in the supernatent fluid. The phage was not adsorbed to the sensitized red cells pretreated in non-infectious phage lysate. When high-titering phage is added to the sensitized red cells pretreated in non-infectious phage lysate, the phage hemagglutination has slightly occurred in higher concentration of antiserum. The activity of non-infectious phage lysate was neutralized by anti-phage serum and, by diluting, the activity of non-infectious phage lysate became rapidly lowered compared with that of phage under the same grade of dilution.

고속도로 사면의 수경처리에 관한 연구

In order to develope a road landscape that is in harmony with landscaping purpose, degree of sight occupation by slopes at road sides was measured and physical elements composing the slope scenery were visually evaluated and the results are as follows : In analysis of sight occupation ratio by perspective method, gradient of the slopes influenced more on the sight occupation than height did and the driving lane occupied 2 to 3% more proportion of sight than the passing lane. When there is slope at one side of the road, difference in sight occupation between the lanes was increasing with deceased height and with increased gradient of the slopes. In visual analysis of the slope scenery, negative image was increasing with narrow road, increased height and gradient of the slopes. The effect of the slopes was negative at 60$^{\circ}$ or more but positive at 45$^{\circ}$or less gradient. This phenomenon was more conspicuous with wide 4 lane roads than wide 2 lane roads. Although direct comparison is difficult due to a great difference between Korea and U.S.A. in climate, land condition, road dimension, and public process of purchasing land, etc, it is desirable to treat road sides so that the scenery is in harmony with landscape around as well as emphasizing the regional characteristics, also giving friendly and comfortable image to drivers and nearby residents in addition to safety as can be seen in U.S.A.

피부 악성 종양 절제 후 장장근건을 포함한 복합 요골 전완 유리 피판술을 이용한 중안면부의 재건

The reconstruction of the suborbital area followed by resection of skin cancer has been used many methods including skin graft, local flaps, free flaps, and skin expansion. The radial forearm free flap has become a workhorse flap in this area because of its lack of bulk, ease of dissection, malleability, and hairlessness. When the suborbital defect especially including full-thickness defect of lower lid was reconstructed with many free flaps, the ectropion and the deformity of medial and lateral canthal area were common problems encountered as late complication due to gravitational descent. To improve the final aesthetic result in patients with suborbital defect, the radial forearm free flap was elevated as a composite radial forearm - palmaris longus free flap, in which the vascularized palmaris longus london was included and anchored to the periorbital bone with $mitek^{(R)}$ as sling, to suspend the flap against gravity and inferior descent, and thereby creating a more natural cheek contour. Two clinical cases were presented as an example of this procedure. Postoperative results emphasize the importance of suspension sling with palmaris longus tendon using $mitek^{(R)}$ in reconstruction of the suborbital defect with radial forearm free flap.
