民謡の保存と活用 -「よさこい節」の変遷と 「ふるさと文化再興事業」を中心に-

This is a study of preservation and utilization of traditional Japanese folk songs, featuring two things: (a) the changes and transformation of “Yosakoi-bushi (song)” as a representative folk song of Kochi Prefecture and (b) the “Promotion of Cultural Activities in Local Areas”designated as an official program by the National Agency for Cultural Affairs in 2001. “Yosakoi - bushi” is considered to be a typical example of a traditional folk song that has been most successfully utilized in its history due to its “flexibility” to changes and transformation. The annual “Yosakoi Festival” held in summer has spread and created urban festivals called the “Yosakoi - descent” all over the country, which has become a social phenomenon. The “Yoasakoi Festivals” are based on the people’s voluntary initiation and development, whereas the “Promotion of Cultural Activities in Local Areas” is a program of preservation and utilization initiated by the government, in which we observe various difficult problems in its manner of “preservation and utilization” of cultural assets, including traditional folksongs.

북한이 3차 핵실험 강행으로 ‘사실상의(de facto) 핵보유국’에 성큼 다가서면서 동북아의 안보환경이 질적으 로 달라지 는 ‘Game Change’ 국면이 도래함에 따라, 북핵 문제와 관련해 다음과 같은 동북아의 공조방안이 요청된다. 첫째, 북한 핵을 억지하기 위해서는 유럽의 경험을 토대로, 한·미 간에 핵전력 운용에 대한 협력을 강화할 필 요가 있다. 둘째, 한·중 간의 ‘전략적 협력 동반자관계’의 내실화를 기해 북한 문제에 대한 ‘전략적 소통’을 강화하고 , 한·미·중 3국의 전략대화를 활성화해야 한다. 셋째, 남북관계와 미·중관계가 선순환을 이루는 게 가장 바람직한 구도 로, 이 두 관계가 상충되지 않도록 각별한 노력을 기울여야 한다. 넷째, 한·미·중·일·러의 5자가 회동해 북핵 문제에 대한 공동 대응틀을 마련하고 국가별 역할을 논의할 수 있도록 한국의 이니셔티브가 요구된다. 다섯째 , ‘한반 도 신뢰 프로세스’와 ‘동북아 평화협력 구상’을 상호 추동하는 관계의 아키텍처로 결합해 ‘복합 평화협력체제’ 구축을 도모해야 한다.

소셜 쇼핑에서 소셜 네트워크 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among social network characteristics(perceived ability, perceived integrity, and perceived critical mass), trust in a website, trust in product recommendation, and purchase intention. It is also to examine the moderating effects of gender and purchase experience. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 159 respondents of Gyeongnam province in South Korea with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The path relationships of the research model was analyzed by structural equation modeling(SEM) using AMOS 18.0. The results revealed that first, social network characteristics have positive effects on trust in a website, trust in product recommendation, and purchase intention. Second, trust in a website has a positive effect on trust in product recommendation, but trust in a website does not affect purchase intention. Third, trust in product recommendation has a positive effect on purchase intention. Lastly, the moderating effect of gender in the relationship between social network and purchase intention, and the moderating effect of purchase experience in the relationship between social network and trust in product recommendation were significant at p<0.05. Thus, the managers of social shopping should focus on vitalizing social network characteristics to enhance purchase intention through trust in a website and trust in product recommendation.

이 글은 급속한 세력전이로 인해 동북아의 국제체제가 재편되고 있는 가운데 한일관계의 개선을 위한 외교 과제를 점검하고 있다. 동북아에서는 세력전이 현상이 두드러지면서 현 실적 차선책을 모색하는 타협과 연대의 ‘신실용주의’ 외교가 확산되고 있다. 이해관계로 인 한 전략적 협력관계이지만 동시에 경쟁관계에 있는 것을 의미하는 ‘프레너미(frienemy)’ 외 교 시대에는 국익이 최우선 원칙이다. 오늘날 한국은 중국의 ‘대국굴기’와 미국의 ‘아시아 재균형’ 정책이 맞닿는 절단면상에 놓임으로써 외교적 시험대에 서있다. 이러한 상황에서 한국도 큰 흐름의 변화와 특징에 맞추어 유연하게 대처하는 ‘신실용주의’ 외교를 펼쳐야 할 것이다. 경직보다는 유연한 대처, 총론이 아니라 각론 위주의 대응, 과거보다는 미래, 방어보 다는 선제적이고 적극적인 대응이 필요하다. 한국의 대일외교 과제로는 △과거사와 안보⋅경 제의 분리 대응, △한⋅중⋅일 정상회의 조기 개최, △반일⋅혐한 정서의 악순환 고리 단 절, △대일 공공외교 강화, △다층적 복합⋅균형 외교 등을 들 수 있다. * 제주평화연구원 – 현대일본학회 공동주최 특별회의(2015.6.19) 발표자료

NCS 정보능력이 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

Purpose As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitments, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with MIS(Management Information Systems) field is ‘information ability’, which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' information ability on their career preparation behavior. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students’ information ability on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Findings Empirical analysis showed that information ability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. In addition, this study presented a process model explaining the effect of information capability on career preparation behavior. In order to strengthen the information ability of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also MIS discipline efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.
