The object of this study is to investigate the effect of compounded welding by using acoustic emission (AE) signals for weld heat affected zone (HAZ) in tensile testing. This study was carried out a SM 490A high tension steel for electronic shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), CO₂ gas arc welding and TIG welding. And correspondingly, the root openings are 3, 4 and 2.8㎜. Data displays are based on the measured parameters of the AE signals, along with environmental variables such as time and load. These history plots give us useful and powerful information to analyze the results of material evaluation testing.

음향방출 신호분류에 의한 SM45C 시효처리재의 인장변형 해석

This study investigates tensile deformation of the stress aging heat-treated SM45C steel which are aging temperature at 250, 300℃, aging time at 1,3 hours, and applied load at 300, 400N conditions by using acoustic emission (AE). A signal processing technology used to evaluate an AE source characterization by 2 AE measurement systems, i.e., DiSP & PCI-2 AE hardware and AEwin™ software. In this study, most suitable aging condition appeared at 250℃, 3 hours and 300N. On the other hand, in case of 250℃, 3 hours, 400N and 300℃, 3 hours, 400N conditions, yield load decreased than other conditions according to the over-aging phenomena. Especially, In case of 300℃, 3 hours and 400N condition appeared AE energy in elastic limit fairly high than non-heat treatment specimen.

형광 [카메라] 상에 의한 정상간의 전면형태에 관한 연구 (예보)

교질형방사성금과 dynacamera를 이용하여 정상성인남자의 간전면상을 얻고 이 중 250예에 대하여 새로운 분류기준으로써 총 9가지 종류로 간전면을 형태적으로 분류하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 제 5형(2-2)이 47.2% 차지하였으며, 다음이 제 2형(1-2)과 제 6형(2-3)이 각각 16%와 15.6%를 차지하고 제 3형(1-3)이 0.8%로 가장 적었다. 2) 비만이 차지하는 율은 제 1형(1-1), 제 4형(2-1) 및 제 8형(3-2)에서 높았다. 3) 현저한 cardiac impression은 제 7형(3-1), 제 8형(3-2), 제 4형(2-1)순으로 많았고 사각양좌엽은 제6형(2-3), 제 9형(3-3), 제 2(1-2)순으로 많았고, 미 양좌엽은 제 7형(3-1), 제 8형(3-2), 제 5형(2-2)순으로 많았다. $quot; A knowledge of the wide ranges in shape of liver is important in the interpretation of hepatic scintigraphy as some variants may be easily confused with pathological abnormalities. In this study, the variations in shape in 250 cases of normal liver obtained by scintiphoto were categorized into 9 types by means of the arbitrary standard for classification. 1) Among 250 normal cases, type 5 was 118(47.2%) with the highest prevalence and type 3 was 2(0.8%) with the lowest. 2) A higher incidence of obesity was noted in type 1, type 4 and type 8. That of ideal weight was noted in type 2, type 5 type 6 and type 9. 3) A high ratio of cardiac impression in scintiphoto was noted in type 4, type 7 and type 8. That of square left lobe was noted in type 2, type 6 and type 9. Finally that of tailed left lobe was in type 4, type 7 and type 8.
