이 글은 국어과 교육적 가치가 있는 문법 요소들로 구조화한 문법을 교육 문법으로 칭하고, 교육 문법의 내용 구성 방향을 고찰하고자 했다. 교육 문법의 내용 구성 방향은 국어과 문법 영역의 목표에 부합해야 하고, 문법 영역의 목표는 교육 문법의 성격을 기준으로 수립되어야 함을 논의했다. 여기서는 교육 문법의 성격을 언어의 사회적 기능과 세계 문화의 다양성 유지ㆍ보존과 관련지어 네 가지로 설정하였다. 첫 번째는 국어 사용 기능 신장을 위한 기반 지식으로서의 성격, 두 번째는 국어 현상에 대한 탐구 능력 신장 대상으로서의 성격, 세 번째는 한국인의 정신세계 형성 수단으로서의 성격, 네 번째는 국어문화 유산이자 국어 문화 생산 수단으로서의 성격이 그것이다. 이와 같은 성격에 따라 문법 영역의 인지적 목표와 정의적 목표를 제시하고 여기에 부합하는 교육 문법의 내용 구성 방향을 네 가지 성격을 기준으로 제시하였다. This study aimed to research into directions of content organization in Korean Language educational grammar that is named into grammar structuralized with educational valuable elements in Korean Language. Directions of content organization of educational grammar have to agree with the goals of a grammar domain which is building by the character of educational grammar in Korean Language I set up four characters of educational grammar with relation to social functions of language and preservation of world culture diversity in this paper. First. it is character by basic knowledge for improving of Korean Language communication skills. Second. objets for enhancing of inquiry ability about the phenomenons of Korean Language. Third. means for forming of a line of Korean people's thinking. Finally. instruments for producing of Korean Culture and cultural inheritance of Korean Language I presented goals of recognition and emotion that corresponded with four characters of Korean educational grammar and I suggested directions of content organization of educational grammar according to the goals.

Surgical treatment for chronic back pain in degencrative lumbar spine has been still complicated. Several kinds of devices for spine fusions have been developed, but they have had both some advantages and disadvantages. Recently, the TFC(Threaded fusion cage) instrument has been introduced in treating lumbar spinal disorders associated with degenerative changes. The authors analysed 15 cases of lumbar degenerative disease treated with adequate decompression and TFC instrumentation between October 1993 and March 1994 at Ewha Womans University Mokdong Hospital. There were 10 females and 5 males. The main surgical indication was serious limitation of daily activity, which was not treated conservatively. The preoperative diagnoses were 6 degenerative stenosis with disc, 6 degenerative spondylolisthesis, 2 spondylosis and spondylolytic spondylolisthesis, and 1 FBSS. We observed that 93% of patients(14 of 15) had more than good results and preoperative back pain was markedly reduced. Intervertebral disc space was well restored, and the reduction was possible in spondylolisthesis patients. In our opinion, TFC instrument will be one of good surgical modality in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spine.
단일클론 항 γ-Glutamyltrasferase(GCT) 항체를 이용한 혈뇌장벽 내 GGT의 분포에 관한 연구

γ-Glutamyltransferase(GGT: E.C. 2.3.2.2.) is a glycoprotein enzyme which is involved in glutathione metabolism and amino acid transport through the plasma membrane. It is distributed widely in several organs including liver, kidney, pancrease and brain. GGTs derived from the brain of Wister rats and BALB/c mice were biochemically purified to a specific activity of 4246.2, 862.1 units per mg of protein, a purification folds 93.7, 43.8 and the final yield 65.8, 44.0% respectively. Electrophoretic pattern of purified GGTs from rats and mice brain shows very similar protein fraction each other. We have produced six monoclonal antibodies(GGT-MAb 1-6) against 2-acetamidofluorene treated rat liver GGT. Using these GGT-MAb 1-6 we performed immunohistochemistry(IHC) to study the distribution of GGY isozymes in normal tissues of rat brain and in ncoplastic tissues of human brain. The results indicated that human brain GGT was localized in pericytes of blood-brain barrier, especially in the blood-rich portion of the brain(e.g. cerebellum of rat, meningioma and craniopharyngioma of human). Therefore these MAbs may be used to evaluate the distribution of GGT isozymes in different tissues.

While odontoid fractures are common injuries, disagreement exists regarding treatment. Because of the high risk of nonunion in type Ⅱ odontoid fractures, surgical fusion should be considered in the initial treatment of odontoid fractures, surgical fusion should be considered in the initial treatment of odontoid fractures. Surgical fusion of odontoid fractures has usually been carried out by posterior C1-2 arthrodesis rather than fracture fixation. The former approach has been associated with significant mortality and morbidity. In addition, it results in a decreased range of motion, particularly lateral rotation and requires postoperative external immobilization. Recently several authors aors have advocated anterior scrow fixation of the fracture as an alternative to posterior cervical fusion. This paper presents a descuddion of different fusion methods and a limmited experience of screw fixation method. Direct anterior odentoid screw fixation can be used for the successful treatment of selected odontoid fractures and nonunions.
