만성골수성백혈병에서 9번 유도 염색체의 ABL-BCR 유전자 결실이 예후에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

배경 : 필라델피아(Philadelphia, 이하 Ph로 약함) 염색체[t(9;22)(q34;q11)] 생성시 상보적으로 9번 염색체에는 ABL-BCR융합유전자가 생성되는데 만성골수성백혈병(chronic myel-380 이영경김영리이동순 외 5인ogenous leukemia, CML) 환자 중 일부에서 이들 유전자의 결실이 발견된다. 본 연구에서는 CML 환자에서 9번 유도 염색체에 위치한ABL 유전자와 BCR 유전자의 결실 상태를 조사하고이들 유전자 결실이 CML 환자에서 예후 예측인자로서의 의미를분석하고자 하였다.방법 : 1997년 1월부터 2002년 2월까지 서울대학교병원에서CML로 진단받은 79명 환자의 골수 검체를 대상으로 하였으며,9번 유도 염색체의ABL 유전자와 BCR 유전자의 결실은 간기형광동보소보합법(fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH)으로 분석하였다.결과 : ABL 결실은 14명(17.7%)에서, BCR 결실은 8명(10.1%)에서 관찰되었다. 9번 유도 염색체의 ABL과 BCR 중 어 느하나라도 결실이 있는 환자군(15/79명, 19.0%)은 결실이 없는군에 비해, 무사고 생존기간이 유의하게 짧았다(중간값 40.0개월vs. 92.0개월)(P=0.027). 관찰 기간 동안 27명이 급성발증기로이행하였는데 ABL이나 BCR 어느 하나라도 결실이 있는 8명이결실이 없는 19명에 비해 급성발증기로의 이행기간이 유의하게짧았다(P=0.044). ABL 및 BCR 결실 양상에 따른 BCR-ABL유전자 재배열시 bcr 구역의 절단위치를 분석한 결과 b2a2 형이결실이 없는 군에 비해 ABL만 결실된 환자에서 유의하게 많았다(P=0.034).

This study reviews the current standards of landscape water quality that are being used in the field of landscape design and planning. The current standard include those from the three areas such as environmental policy act, public health act, and landscape construction manual. The review revealed some problems associated with the current standards. For example, the standard associated with environmental policy act was too general, so that specific value for water quality was not suggested. The terminology in the landscape construction manual was too ambiguous to be applied in planning and design of water bodies in landscape. From the review, it was suggested that more scientific research should be performed in order to develop more specific and comprehensive standard for landscape water quality by combining the three standards. It is expected that this line of research will not only enhance the visual satisfaction of water bodies in landscape, but also increase the amenity of landscape.

In this theses, we elucidate the ethical problems of emotion in Yulgok's mind theory. We analysis good & bad of emotion in relation with the problems which are good nature, four & seven emotion, mind, desire. Simultaneously we discrimination to the mind theory of Yulgok drawing a coparison with Toegye. Yulgok explained that the cause of bad s revelation of emotion is Li, and he asserted the meaning of emotion contains practice. So we recognize which yulgok stressed moral behavior in his mind theory. Meanwhile Yulgok's argument is not evident in the aspect of 'source - relation' between emotion and awareness. Yulgok understood that the good of nature is embodying by emotion(desire), and he thmk desire having positive meanings. Nevertheless Yulgok considered as 'good desire' is not 'desire' but 'mind', which is revealed that Yulgok still defined desire restrictly.

In this experiment, Changes of nucleotides and their related compounds in plaice muscle during drying and storage was analyzed high performance liquid chromatography. The results obtained are summarized as follow. 1. In raw plates muscle, the content of IMP was very abundant, but ATP, ADP, AMP, inosine and hypoxanthine content were low. 2. ATP, ADP, AMP content decreased, IMP in back muscle was reduced to half, and then IMP in abdominal muscle was reduced to one-third during sun drying of plaice muscle. 3. ATP, ADP, AMP content decreased, IMP in back and abdominal muscle was reduced to one-fifth during hot air drying of plaice muscle. 4. In plaice muscle of one month storage, the content of ATP and its related compounds increased than dried sample, but decreased than raw sample. 5. The content of nucleotides and their related compounds in abdominal muscle was abundant than back muscle. 6. In one month storage sample, the remaining amount of nucleotides and their related compounds in sun dried storage sample was higher than hot air dried storage sample. 7. It is believed that IMP Play an important role as taste compounds in plaice muscle.
