恥齋 李範世의 生涯와 交遊

본 논문은 일제강점기 직전 관직에서 물러나 자정의 길을 택한 恥齋 李範世(1874~1940)의 생애와 교유에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 치재는 土門勘界使로 활약한 二雅堂 李重夏(1846~1917)의 외아들이다. 만 15세에 문과에 급제한 그는 을사늑약 직후부터 관직에서 물러날 때까지 관료로서의 저항적 삶을, 경술국치 후에는 독립자금 모금, 언론사와 신간회 활동을 통한 일제에 대한 투쟁 등 망국민으로서의 저항적 삶을 살았다. 치재는 교유했던 인물들에 대해 경술국치 전후를 기준으로 크게 두 가지 양상을 보인다. 하나는 함께 신학문을 공부하다 망명을 떠나 독립운동에 투신하는 인물들과 만나지 못해 그리워하는 모습이다. 또 하나는 직접적으로 독립운동에 투신하지 못하는 현실 속에서 국내에 남아 있던 인물들과 함께 망국에 대한 슬픔과 나라 잃은 백성들의 아픔을 시로 토로하는 모습이다. 그밖에 치재는 이상설을 비롯한 양명학자들과 교유를 가진 사실도 확인되었다. This paper is about the life and social intercourse of Chi-Jae, Bum-Se Lee(1874~1940), who had resigned from government service for self-regularity just before Japanese colonial period started. He is the only son of Yi-A-Dang, Jung-Ha Lee(1846~1917), who played a important role as a Tomungamgyesa. As a promising youth passing the examination aforementioned at the age of 15, his resistance came up to the surface right after the Ulsaneukyack. After the Kyungsulgukchi, he helped the independence with fund-raising and activity of Shinganhoe as a homeless race until his depth. He had 2 different attitudes to his acquaintances from Kyungsulgukchi. To the one group, who studied the new-learning with him, he felt sorrow at parting to the persons going into the independence movement in their exiled places. With the other group he wrote poems about the sorrow of the national ruin and the emotional injury of the ruined people in Korea. In addition, the fact is confirmed that he associated with the school of Wang Yang-ming including Sang-seol Lee.

실리콘 상부 전극의 기계적 가공 연구

Upper electrode is one of core parts using plasma etching process at semiconductor. The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of cutting conditions for mechanical machining of silicon upper electrode. For this research, surface roughness of machined workpiece and depth of damage inside of silicon electrode are experimented and analyzed and different values of feed rate and depth of cut are applied for the experiments. From these experiments, it is verified that the surface roughness and internal damaged layer get worse according to take more fast feed rate. In conclusion, cutting condition is very important factor for machining. Results of this study can use to develop various parts which are made from single crystal silicon and affect various benefits to the semiconductor industry for better productivity.

미병에 대한 한국 일반인의 인식과 미병률 현황 : 전국조사

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to reveal the prevalence of Mibyeong and its symptoms including fatigue, pain, sleep disturbance, dyspepsia, depression, anxiety and anger by using the national survey. Methods : Questionnaires were collected by Gallup Korea. Participants were chosen through stratified sampling method based on area, gender and age. Questionnaire was designated to confirm the recognition, managing of Mibyeong, investigation of life habit, medical history, basic information, QoL questionnaires (Short Form-12, EuroQol-5D) and understanding of Mibyeong medical service conditions. Generally all questionnaires were used for survey the Mibyeong status in public except QoL questionnaires. Questionnaires were fulfilled by professional surveyor as face to face interview. Descriptives was used for data analysis and the results were expressed as percentage ratios (%) Results : 1,101 of people were acquired in this study. Eighty point two (80.2%) percent of participants did not know the concept of Mibyeong accurately even though 80.6% complained of Mibyeong related symptoms. Among them, fatigue was accounted for the highest response (70.7%)in this study. Sixty point four percent of participants identified non-smoking, stop drinking, eating habits and sleeping habits as a way to manage their Mibyeong related symptoms. In addition, exercising (60.8%), visiting medical institution (58.4%) and taking health functional food (52.7%) were presented. Only 23.1% among people with symptoms Mibyeong visited medical facilities. Moreover, the quality of life was found to be significantly correlated with health status. Conclusions : This study could contribute to express the importance of announcing the concept of Mibyeong and status to Korean public. Moreover, more Mibyeong studies should be conducted in the future to evaluate the Mibyeong status objectively.

사회가 발전함에 따라 개인정보의 의미는 인격권과 재산권이 혼재된 새로운 의미로 그 범위가 확대되고 있다. 개인정보의 범위에는 SMS, 음성통화 내역, 사진, 영상 등 개인을 식별해 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있는 정보를 비롯해 마케팅에 활용 가능한 주민등록번호, 계좌번호, 카드번호, 거래내역, 신용정보 즉, 경제적인 효용(편익)을 얻기 위해 기업에게 제공하는 식별정보 등이 모두 개인정보에 포함된다. 최근 발생한 일련의 개인정보 유출사고와 법적 공방은 개인과 관련된 다양한 정보를 보호하기 위해 기업이 추가적인 조치가 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 하지만 기업이 개인정보를 보호하기 위해서는 기존 방화벽으로 대표되는 외부와 내부를 차단하는 보안에 대한 관점 및 체계로는 한계를 지닌다.

A long-term follow-up study of a case of impacted teeth associated with a large dentigerous cyst in the left maxilla is presented. The patient was a 30-year-old man who had a large dentigerous cyst in the premaxilla and left posterior maxilla, which impacted the canine and supernumerary tooth. This is one of the most prevalent types of odontogenic cysts associated with an erupted or developing tooth, particularly the mandibular third molars. The other teeth commonly affected in order of frequency are the maxillary canines, maxillary third molars and rarely, the central incisor. Radiographically, the cyst appears as huge ovoid well-demarcated unilocular radiolucency with a sclerotic border and causes ectopic displacement of the inferior border of the maxillary sinus without destruction. Dentigerous cysts may grow unnoticed to such extensive sizes as to occupy a considerable portion of the maxillary sinus. These cysts appear to be associated with a supernumerary tooth in the maxillary anterior incisors region called the mesiodens and impacted canine. The present case report describes the surgical enucleation of a dentigerous cyst involving the permanent maxillary left canine and mesioden. After surgery, left maxillary sinus recovered their normal size and apposition of bone was observed around the apex of the posterior teeth. During the subsequent years, there was no recurrence of the cystic lesion but the inflammation was evoked in the anterior maxilla after 42 months. This complication appeared to have correlated with bony healing in the enucleation site of the cyst. We report the healing status of a huge dentigerous cyst in the maxilla for 5 years with a review of the relevant literature.

반도체 플라즈마 식각 장치의 부품 가공 연구

Plasma etching process employs high density plasma to create surface chemistry and physical reactions, by which to remove material. Plasma chamber includes silicon-based materials such as a focus ring and gas distribution plate. Focus ring needs to be replaced after a short period. For this reason, there is a need to find materials resistant to erosion by plasma. The developed chemical vapor deposition processing to produce silicon carbide parts with high purity has also supported its widespread use in the plasma etch process. Silicon carbide maintains mechanical strength at high temperature, it have been use to chamber parts for plasma. Recently, besides the structural aspects of silicon carbide, its electrical conductivity and possibly its enhanced life time under high density plasma with less generation of contamination particles are drawing attention for use in applications such as upper electrode or focus rings, which have been made of silicon for a long time. However, especially for high purity silicon carbide focus ring, which has usually been made by the chemical vapor deposition method, there has been no study about quality improvement. The goal of this study is to reduce surface roughness and depth of damage by diamond tool grit size and tool dressing of diamond tools for precise dimensional assurance of focus rings.
