12 strains of Streptococcus were isolated from the patient and selected 4 strains which were not produced gas when added H2O2 solution. 1.4 strains were identified as Streptococcus pyogenes A-3. 2.4 Strains were possessed antitumour activity. 3.Their extracellular metabol may be enhanced antitumour activity.

토양으로부터 유일 탄소원으로 페놀을 이용할 수 미생물을 분리하였다. 분리한 균주로 방향족화합물군과 수종의 유기용매류에 대한 기질이용여부를 조사한 결과 AN-6, AN-7, AN-11의 3균주를 다기능 분해능을 가진 균주로 선발하였다. 이들 균주들은 Psedomonas sp.로 동정되었다. 항생제에 대한 내성은 penicilline계, cephalo-sporin계 등에 내성을 가지고 있으며, tetracycline계에는 감수성을 나타냈다. 중금속에 대한 내성은 아연과 납에는 강한 내성을 나타냈고, 수은에 대하여 AN-7과 AN-11이 내성을 나타냈다. From soil samples, 50 phenol degrading bacteria were isolated. Three strains (AN-6, AN-7, AN-11) among the 50 strains were demonstrated to be capable of mineralizing cyclohexane, benzene, xylene, camphor, aniline, cresol, metylparabene, toluene, naphthalene, octane. Three strains were identified as Pseudomonas species. AN-6, AN-7, AN-11 were resistance to pencilline and cephalosporin and heavy metal ions such as Pb^(2+), Zn^(2+).
전산유체역학을 이용한 반건식 반응기의 운전조건에 따른 산성가스제거효율에 관한연구

The modeling of SDR was carried out for the application of the solid waste incineration system. To find optimum operating condition for removal of acidic gases, computation fluid dynamic(CFD) model was used. In this study, the temperature profile of SDR(spray dry reactor)and the gas velocity profile for different models were investigated. In this model, the diameter of SDR was 3 meter and the height of SDR was 9 meter. The amount of inlet combustion gas of SDR was 6,125 Nm3/hr and the inlet temperature of SDR was 493 K. The amount of lime injection of SDR was 151 kg/hr. When the inlet shape of SDR was changed, the temperatur of SDR was changed and the gas velocity of SDR was 0.48m/sec to 1.17 m/sec and the outlet gas velocity of SDR was 6.9 m/sec to 7.42 m/sec As a result of modeling, the average velocities in SDR and outlet were 0.489 m/sec and 7.424m/sec, respectively, in which the temperature of outlet in SDR was 448 K. 본 연구는 소각 시스템에 적용되는 반건식 반응기의 모델링 연구를 수행 하였다. 전산유체역학(CFD)을 이용하여 반건식 반응기에서 속도분포 온도분포를 조사하여 반응기의 최적 운전 조건을 조사하였다. 본 모델에 사용된 반응기의 직경은 3 m 이며 높이는 9 m 이다. 반응기로 유입되는 연소가스의 양은 6,125 Nm3 /hr 이며 반응기 유입 가스의 온도는 493K 이다. 반응기에 유입되는 소석회 양은 151 kg/hr 이다. 반응기의 입구 형상이 변하면 반응기 내의 온도가 변하며 반응기 내의 가스속도는 0.48 m/sec 에서 1.17 m/sec 였으며, 반응기 출구의 가스속도는 6.9 에서 7.42 m/sec 였다. 모델링 결과에 의하면 반응기 내의 평균 가스 속도와 출구에서의 평균가스 속도는 각각 0.489 m/sec와 7.424 m/sec 였으며, 반응기 출구 온도는 448 K 였다.

Tryptophan metabolites regulate a variety of physiological processes, and their downstream metabolites enter the kynurenine pathway. Age-related changes of metabolites and activities of associated enzymes in this pathway are suggestable and would be potential intervention targets. Blood levels of serum tryptophan metabolites in C57BL/6 mice of different ages, ranging from 6 weeks to 10 months, were assessed using high-performance liquid chromatography, and the enzyme activities for each metabolic step were estimated using the ratio of appropriate metabolite levels. Mice were subjected to voluntary chronic aerobic exercise or high-fat diet to assess their ability to rescue age-related alterations in the kynurenine pathway. The ratio of serum kynurenic acid (KYNA) to 3-hydroxylkynurenine (3-HK) decreased with advancing age. Voluntary chronic aerobic exercise and high-fat diet rescued the decreased KYNA/3-HK ratio in the 6-month-old and 8-month-old mice groups. Tryptophan metabolites and their associated enzyme activities were significantly altered during aging, and the KYNA/3-HK ratio was a meaningful indicator of aging. Exercise and high-fat diet could potentially recover the reduction of the KYNA/3-HK ratio in the elderly.
