Objectives: This study was to confirm to the associated factors with high-risk drinking by smoking using Community Health Survey data, especially focused on socioeconomic factors, health behaviors, and subjective health status. Methods: The total subjects were 14,530 residents aged over 19 in Busan who participated in Community Health Survey 2016. The secondary data analysis was used with frequencies, χ2, and logistic regression. Results: The related factors with high-risk drinking by smoking were significantly different in various factors. First drinking age below 19, male, bereaved or separated marital status, age 40-50, depression, and subjective good health were the significant factors with high-risk drinking, but the relationship was stronger in the non-smoking group. Depression was the factor which made high-risk drinking lower in smoking group, but, in the non-smoking group, it was the factor which made high-risk drinking higher. The male was a strong factor with high-risk drinking in previous researches, but in this study, it was the only influential factor in the non-smoking group. Conclusions: The prevention strategies for high-risk drinking should more consider the associated factors in non-smoking group and the reasons for the differences in the factors should be identified in the future studies.
학습자 중심 교양중국어 교육과정 개발 연구 ― 교육과정 현황 조사 및 학습자 요구 분석을 중심으로

This study aims to enhance the quality of general Chinese in university by developing learner-centered curriculum and instruction based on student's needs. In an effort to develop an effective general Chinese program of a university, the present study examined curricular and learner needs for general Chinese courses of universities. The curricular of general Chinese programs collected from a total of 46 universities in South Korea were analyzed to examine class teaching hours, credits, courses, diffentiated-level classes, special courses, and a waiving policy of credits based on student proficiency. Also the survey and the interviews were carried out with the students studying in one university (N=387) to find out their needs on general Chinese courses. The curricular analysis showed the followings: 1) When analyzing the general Chinese courses curriculum of 46 universities surveyed, most of universities preferred 2~3 hours/2~3 credits Chinese courses,; 2) The results of surveys showed that the participants have strong needs for improving differentiated-level education. 3) It seems to be necessary to accommodate learners, teachers demand and realistic constraints on learning Chinese language learners. 본 연구는 국내 대학교의 교양중국어 교육과정 개선에 대한 필요성에서 출발하여 교양중국어 교육 체계 강화를 위한 교육과정 재구성 시도의 일환으로 현재 전국 대학의 교양중국어 교육과정 현황과 두 개 대학 학습자들의 인식 및 요구를 조사하고 분석하였다. 본 연구는 학습자의 충분한 이해와 요구에 따라 학습자 중심의 교육 과정 및 지침을 개발하여 효율적인 교양중국어 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초 작업을 목표로 하고 있다. 이에 국내 46개 대학에서 수집한 교양중국어 교육과정을 비교, 조사, 분석하였다. 분석한 내용은 교양중국어 필수 지정여부, 시수, 학점, 수준별 분반, 교과목, 교재 등을 포함하고 있다. 또한 설문 조사와 인터뷰를 통해 학습자들이 가지고 있는 교양중국어 과정에 대한 인식과 관련 요구도를 조사하고 분석하였다.
시간흐름에 따른 18F-FDG PET/CT의 영상 분석

양전자 방출단층 촬영은 18F-FDG 주사하고 1시간 후에 촬영한다. 하지만 장비의 결함 또는 예상하지 못한 상황으 로 2-3시간정도 경과되어 촬영을 하는 경우가 발생한다. 이에 시간 흐름에 따라 획득된 영상에서 체내 부위별 표준화 섭취계수를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 정상기관 중 정상부위는 간(간우엽 중앙부), 지방(좌측 둔부), 폐(우 측 상엽부), 대동맥(상행 대동맥)의 경우는 지연영상에서 크고 작은 감소가 나타났으며, 정상부위 중 유일하게 뼈(제 5요추 체부)에서 △SUVmax 37%의 증가가 나타났다. 병소부위는 시간의 흐름에 따라 증가함을 보였으며 △SUVmax 는 37.6%증가로 나타났으며 병소의 섭취증가와 정상부위 섭취감소로 대조도의 차이가 커짐을 알 수 있었다. PET/CT is taken 1 hour after 18F-FDG(F-18-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose) injection. However, these would be often delayed for more than 2 or 3 hours due to equipment fault or unexpected situation. In the study, SUV(standardized uptake value) were measured from got image over time according to the parts of the body. As a result, there were great and small decrease in liver(middle of the right hepatic lobe), fat(Lt pelvis), lung (Rt upper lobe), aorta(ascending aorta level) of the body in delayed image, and △SUVmax was increase of 37% in bone only(L5 vertebral body) of the body. △SUVmax was increase of 37.6% in lesion, and the contrast degree was greater because of uptake increase in lesion and uptake decrease in the normal body.
