『텍스트 언어학사. 연대기학에서 메타히스토리오그라피로』(이재원 2018)를 위한 변명

Der Grund dafür, dass der Titel dieses Papiers “Eine Entschuldigung für ‘Die Geschichte der Textlinguistik’” heißt, ist in dem Buchrezensionscharakter. Dabei wird im Gegensatz zur synchronischen Untersuchung in der (Text)Linguistik die diachronische Betrachtungsweise betont. Hier ist es zudem notwedig, ‘textlinguistisch’ zu definieren, da die Untersuchungen, bei denen ein ‘Text’ analysiert wird, nicht allesamt textlinguistisch sind. Im textlinguistischen Raum können als Vorläufer der Textlinguistik zwei geistige Strömungen, nämlich die ‘Antike Rhetorik’ und ‘Stilistik’, genannt werden. In ‘Die Geschichte der Textlinguistik’ werden die ‘drei Redearten’ von Gorgias und das platonische Organonmodell von ‘Kratylos’ als die Vorläufer der Textfunktion genannt. Die Themen, z. B. ‘Poetics’ von Aristoteles, ‘ars grammatica’ von D. Thrāx, ‘Ausbildung des Redners’ von M. F. Quintilianus, ‘The Sublime’ von G. C. Longinus im Mitellalter u.a., welche bisher in der Textlinguistik nicht ‘textlinguistisch’ betrachtet wurden, können hier in ‘Die Geschichte der Textlinguistik’. 본고는 텍스트 언어학의 특정한 연구방향을 지향하거나 특정한 이론을 비판적인 시각으로 바라보는 연구 논문이라기보다는 『텍스트 언어학사. 연대기학에서 메타히스토리오그라피로』 (2018)에 대한 자기 서평적인 성격을 띤 글이다. 그래서 간간히 글의 주어로서 ‘우리(필자)’가 등장했다. 이외에도 이 저서에 출현하지 않았던 몇 개의 도표가 추가되었고, ‘1. 통시적 연구의 중요성’의 경우도 새로이 만들어졌다. 이 부분이 중요하다고 생각했던 이유는 ‘텍스트 언어학사’에 대한 탐구가 결국 언어 연구에 있어서 통시적 연구의 중요성을 말하는 것이기 때문이다.

공감의 연설문- 앙겔라 메르켈 Angela Merkel의 경우

이재원은 “정치연설에 대한 메타히스토리오그래피적 접근”(2013b)에서 언어분석의 다양한 방식 또는 층위, 예를 들어 1) 단어구름 word cloud, 2) 문법, 3) 화용론, 4) 수사학, 5) 텍스트언어학 등을 이용해서 정치연설을 분석하고 있다. 이러한 여러 가지 분석방식 중에서 메르켈의 연설문들을 특히 키케로의 수사학에 기대서 분석한 본고의 의도는 ‘공감’ 개념이 가진 특별한 위치 때문이다. 사실, 전통 언어학의 범주에는 이 개념이 비집고 들어갈 틈이 보이지 않는다. 왜냐하면 이곳에는 언제나 ‘올바름’이나 ‘반듯함’이라는 핵심자질이 자리하고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 ‘공감의 연설문’을 구성하는 중요 인자인 ‘청중/시청자/청자’를 감안하면 ‘설득’이 효과목표인 수사학의 분석방식을 차용하는 것이 적합해 보인다. 본고의 서술 방식은 이러한 고민에서 비롯되었다. 그래서 본고에서 메르켈의 연설문에 대한 분석의 순서는 고대 수사학의 핵심체계인 ‘착상’, ‘배열’, ‘표현’, ‘암기’, ‘발표’로 대별되는 ‘웅변가의 다섯 가지 능력’과 ‘서론’, ‘예비본론’, ‘핵심본론’, ‘결론’으로 구성되어 있는 ‘연설의 구조’ 그리고 ‘연설의 종류’가 되었다. 지면 관계상 ‘예비본론’까지만 서술되었는데, 나머지 분야와 관련된 사항들은 훗날의 과제로 미룬다. In der Sprache von Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel ist die Rhetorik der Sympathie von zentraler Bedeutung. Sie ist das zentrale Medium für die Vermittlung ihrer politischen Botschaften, für die Konstruktion jener Wirklichkeiten, an denen sich ihr politisches Handeln und ihre politischen Konzepte messen lassen müssen. Es gibt zahlreiche Analyseansätze für politische Reden, z. B. word cloud, Grammatik, Semantik, Pragmatik, Textlinguistik. Rhetorik. Auch Aspekte aus der antiken Rhetorik lassen sich zur Anaylse für Reden von Angela Merkel heranziehe, so etwa der Aspekt der ‘Partnerorientiertheit’, die sehr eng mit dem Begriff ‘Sympathie’ verbunden ist. Eigentlich besteht die Redelehre von Cicero aus vis oratoris und quastio. Jeder Hauptteil hat seinerseits Subsektionen. Die vis oratoris wird in weitere fünf Bereiche eingeteilt: inventio, dispositio, elocutio, memoria und actio. Die oratio wiederum in vier: principium, narratio, argumentatio und peroratio; die quaestio in zwei: consulatio und causa. In diesem Beitrag wird nur auf die inventio innerhalb der vis oratoris behandelt.

국제학술회의 참관기-제6차아시아 심혈관외과학회

지난2월18일부터 3일간 일본 동경 게이오플라자 호텔에서 아시아의 심혈관 학자들이 참석한 가운데 제6차 아시아 심혈관학회의 학술발표가 열렸다. 대회 첫날엔 서울대 서경필교수가 한국의 심혈관외과 현황에 대한 브리핑을 했고 한국측에서 11개의 논문이 발표되었다. 필자인 울산의대 서울 중앙병원 이재원 교수는 「대동맥 판막 치환후 좌심실근 비후의 변화」라는 논문을 발표해 큰 관심을 모았다.

Purpose: This studied by the comparative method the view of Lee Je-ma's Constitutional Medicine expressed Sasang ChobonGuen and Dongyi Suse Bowon. 2. Method: I studied the view of Lee Je-ma's Constitutional Medicine classified broadly 'General view of life' and 'Constitutional view of life expressed SangChonbonGuen and Dongyi Suse Bowon. 3. Results & Conclusion: Sasang ChobonGuen gathered 'Seongmoung-Ron', 'Sadan-Ron', 'Hwakchoong-Ron', 'Byeonjeong-Ron' and a part of 'Jangbu-Ron' of Dongyi Suse Bowon. It is insufficient the explanation of 'CheonGi', but the fundamental spirit is same. The study of Soyangin is done earlier, the studies of Soeumin, Taeumin, Taeyangin is done later.

Metacognition 이론을 활용한 자가 혈당측정기 디자인 개선방향에 관한 연구

The government of Korea organize 173 billion Won budget for mobile medical device development and research for diagnosis mobile complex medical device by 2016. If population of old people takes over 7% of whole number of population, It can be called as an aging society. In case of Korea, It will be a super high aged society which population of old people takes over 20% of whole number of population according to statics of UN stipulate. In addition development of various adult disease and complications which are caused by westernized eating habits and lack of exercise is emphasized constant health care more then definitive treatment. For these reasons necessity of medical device which design for active and healthy life is come to the fore. Furthermore an interest of medical device which can help patient to check health physical conditions and maintain systematical management without assistance of medical professional or specialized organization. Therefore, necessity of fully aware of medical device's feature and construct methodical design guideline are magnified. The aim of this study is observe the user's blood sugar measurement behavior and device using process to analyze psychological causes focused on blood glucose monitoring device based on Metacognition theory. 한국 정부는 2014년 상반기 정책으로 모바일 의료기기 개발을 위해 1730억원을 편성하였으며 오는 2016년 까지 중증 질환의 진단용 모바일 복합 의료기기를 개발할 방침이다. 전체 인구의 구성에서 65세 이상의 노인 인구가 7%를 넘어서는 사회 구조를 ‘고령화 사회’라 하며 우리나라의 경우 UN의 규정에 따른 통계 치수를 따르면 2030년에는 노인 인구가 20%를 넘는 ‘초 고령사회’가 될 것으로 예상 된다. 이와 더불어 현대인의 서구화 되는 식습관과 운동 부족으로 인한 각 종 성인병과 합병증 등은 최종 적인 치료 이전에 꾸준한 관리가 중요하다. 이를 위해서 적극적이고 건강한 삶을 실현시키기 위한 의료용 제품의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 환자가 의료 전문가의 도움을 받거나 관련 기관에 방문하지 않고 생활 속에서 지속적으로 간편하게 체계적인 관리를 하고 자신의 건강 상태를 확인하게 해주는 자가진단 의료기기에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 자가진단 의료기기의 특성을 올바로 알고, 이에 따른 체계적인 디자인 가이드라인의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위하여 가정용 자가 혈당 측정기를 대상으로 Metacognition 이론을 활용하여 사용자의 혈당 측정 행태와 디바이스 사용 프로세스를 관찰하고 자가 혈당측정기에 적용시킬 수 있는 상위인지적 요소를 도출한다. 심박 측정기를 활용하여 정량적인 데이터를 얻어 이를 기반으로 환자들의 자가 혈당 측정기 프로세스를 단계 별로 평가하고 분석을 통해 사용자에게 새롭고 사용하기 편한 자가 혈당 측정기기 디자인 개선 방향을 제시한다.

Paenibacillus albilobatus sp. nov., isolated from acidic soil on Jeju Island

A rod-shaped, white color colony with lobate architectures, strain h2T was isolated from a moderately acidic soil on Jeju Island, Republic of Korea. Comparative analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequence showed that the strain h2T is closely related to Paenibacillus relictisesami DSM 25385T (97.4%, 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity), Paenibacillus azoreducens KACC 11244T (97.2%), and Paenibacillus cookii LMG 18419T (97.0%). DNA-DNA hybridization indicated that the strain h2T has relatively low levels of DNA-DNA relatedness with respect to P. relictisesami DSM 25385T (10.2%) and P. azoreducens KACC 11244T (13.7%). Additionally, the genomic DNA G + C content of h2T is 51.5 mol%. The isolated strain grew at pH 4.0–9.0 (optimum, pH 6.0–7.0) and 0–5% (w/v) NaCl (optimum, 0%) and a temperature of 15–45°C (optimum 35°C). The quinones in the strain are MK-6 and MK-7, and the predominant fatty acid is C15:0 anteiso (32.1%) followed by C17:0 anteiso (26.5%), and C16:0 iso (21.0%). Based on its phenotypic properties, genotypic distinctiveness, and chemotaxonomic features, strain h2T is proposed as a novel species in the genus Paenibacillus, for which the name Paenibacillus albilobatus sp. nov. is proposed (= KCCM 43269T = JCM 32395T = LMG 30408T). The type strain of Paenibacillus albilobatus is h2T.
