4차 산업혁명 시대의 외국어교육관과 미래교육을 위한 한중 양국의 온라인공개강좌 현황

Artificial intelligence (AI) is inseparable from the 4th industrial revolution. In his book "Homodeus" Yuval Harari predicted that AI will replace most of the work of human beings and take away people's jobs. The degree of inequality at that time will be unprecedented in human history. And this situation brings difficulty for human beings to feel sense of accomplishment. What does education need to do to enable mankind to achieve self accomplishment and maintain human's dignity? What is the direction of Chinese education in the era of the 4th industrial revolution? This paper first analyzes how scientific progress has led to changes of the educational thoughts and discusses why AI has achieved rapid development in the recent decade. Second, the paper introduces the current philosophy of foreign language education and the status quo of Chinese education. Finally, we attempted to find out the future direction of Chinese language education regarding to OER, and answer the question regarding what Chinese education can do in order to preserve the human value. 알파고 이후 AI에 대한 관심이 폭발적으로 증가했다. ‘알파고 쇼크’는 비단 바둑계나 IT업계뿐 아니라 사회 모든 영역에 충격을 던졌다. 제4차 산업혁명시대와 인간의 위치에 관한 다양한 전망이 쏟아져 나오는 가운데, 교육계 역시 곧 다가올 새로운 환경에 대비한 준비하기 위해 새 환경에 적합한 외국어 교육의 패러다임을 창출해야 한다. 언어교육을 하고 있는 교육자나 교육연구자들은 현재 언어 교육은 크게 구성주의의 틀 안에서 학습자가 자기주도적으로 배움을 만들어나갈 수 있도록 상호작용이 가능한 환경을 제공한다는 것에 크게 이견이 없을 것이다. 한국의 교육과정은 2009년부터 이미 자기주도학습과 상호작용을 강조하고 있고, 중국 역시 언어교육에 있어 ‘以学习者为中心的教学方法’, ‘自主学习’ 등을 중시하고 있다. 그러나 언어교육의 현황만을 미시적으로 살펴서는 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 조망하기가 어렵다. 새로운 패러다임 창출을 위하여서는 단순히 현재의 상황만을 생각할 것이 아니라, 지금까지의 언어 교육이 어떤 세계관 안에서 발전해 왔는지를 생각해 볼 필요가 있다. 한 시대가 끝나야 그 시대를 관통하는 시대정신을 알 수 있다는 헤겔의 말처럼 한 시대가 지나간 뒤 그 시대를 관통한 세계관을 살펴보면, 당시의 교육적 담론 역시 그 세계관과 무관하지 않게 변화해 왔음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 먼저 지나온 시대의 세계관을 살펴 언어교육관이 어떻게 변화해왔는지18세기 산업혁명이후 구조화된 교육관, 20세기 양자역학의 영향을 받았던 교육관, 21세기 이후 현재의 상황들을 간단히 정리해보겠다. 또한, 미래교육을 위한 양국의 노력 중 하나인 한중 양국의 온라인공개강좌의 현황을 살펴보고 온라인공개강좌에서 언어교육이 나아가기 위한 방향을 교육모델설계, 정책방향 등 다양한 각도로 고찰해 보겠다.

지역아동센터 이용 청소년의 또래소외와 학교적응 사이에서 우울과 휴대폰 의존도의 직렬매개 효과

This study considers the direct effects of peer alienation on school adjustment in adolescence in community children centers. It also examines the indirect effects of depression and mobile phone dependence, which mediate peer alienation and school adjustment. This study utilized data extracted from the 4th waves of the Community Child Center Panel Survey Ⅱ conducted in 2017. Questionnaires were administered to 438 1st grade middle school students in community children centers(boys 222(50.7%), girls 216(49.3%)), and data were analyzed to examine sequential mediation effects among variables using PROCESS macro methods. The research results are as follows; Firstly, peer alienation had significant direct effects on school adjustment in adolescence in community children centers. Secondly, peer alienation indirectly affected school adjustment by mediating depression and mobile phone dependence, and yielding sequential mediation effects on depression and mobile phone dependence. These findings indicate that it can be used as a basis for exploring the implementation of practical programs to help the target group by examining the risk factors for adolescents in community children centers.

공정거래법과의 관계에서 본 부정경쟁방지법 제15조 제2항의 의미와 적용

부정경쟁방지법 제15조는 부정경쟁방지법에 지식재산법 등이나 공정거래법 등과 충돌하는 규정이 있으면 지식재산법 등이나 공정거래법 등을 우선 적용한다는 의미로 받아들여지고 있다. 그런데 부정경쟁방지법에 부정경쟁행위에 대하여 2013년 성과도용과 관련한 일반조항이 신설되고 2021년 데이터 부정사용에 관한 내용이 추가되었으며, 공정거래법에 금지청구권에 관한 규정이 2020년 말에 신설됨으로써 양 법의 관계를 재검토할 필요가 생기게 되었다. 이에 필자는 이 논문에서 부정경쟁방지법상 부정경쟁행위의 일반조항을 매개로 동법의 부정경쟁행위와 공정거래법상 불공정거래행위와의 관계를 살펴보고, 공정거래법상 불공정거래행위에 해당하지 않는 행위에 대하여 부정경쟁방지법을 적용할 수 있는지 등의 쟁점을 부정경쟁방지법 제15조 제2항의 견지에서 검토하였다. 필자는 그 검토 결과, 부정경쟁방지법 제15조 제2항이 신설된 당시와는 변화된 법적 환경에서 위 법조항은 무조건적으로 부정경쟁방지법을 배제하고 공정거래법을 적용하라는 취지로 보기는 힘들고 경쟁촉진이라는 공정거래법의 목적을 우선적으로 고려하라는 의미로 이해하여야 하고, 양 법의 충돌양상이 문제되는 경우들에 있어서는 그 유형에 따라 개별적으로 해결하는 것이 타당하다는 견해를 피력하였다. 즉, 충돌양상이 문제될 수 있는 상황에서 양 법을 적용할 가능성은 열어두되, i) 타인의 성과를 이용한 행위가 공정거래법이 엄격하게 유형을 정하고 있는 불공정거래행위에 해당하지 않지만 궁극적으로 경쟁저해의 결과를 가져올 수 있는 특별한 경우에 한정하여 부정경쟁방지법을 보충적용한다든지, ii) 부정경쟁방지법을 중복적용하는 경우에도 비교적 해석론이 축적된 공정거래법의 원리에 의한 도움을 받는다든지 iii) 특정한 법률관계 하에서 동일한 당사자에 대하여 서로 대립되는 방향으로 양 법을 적용하는 경우에도 그 결과에 모순이 발생하지 않도록 하여야 할 것이라는 견해를 제시하였다. 이러한 해결방법은 추후 부정경쟁방지법 제15조가 삭제되더라도, 법질서로서의 경쟁촉진을 중시하는 공정거래법과 사익보호를 위한 부정경쟁방지법과의 관계를 생각할 때, 타당성을 가질 수 있으리라고 생각된다.

새정부 보건의료정책 개선을 기대한다

With the inauguration of a new government, expectations for policy changes are also rising. In the hope that this will serve as an opportunity to improve health care policy, I would like to outline the principles strategies. First, considering the growing socioeconomic impact of the health care sector, the government's policy priorities should be notably increased compared to the past. Second, policy improvement measures based on evidence should be sought instead of dwelling on presidential pledges. While easing regulations, we should improve the quality of regulatory approaches. Therefore, it is a time when efforts are needed to strengthen the stability of policies in response to economic crises.

청소년의 스마트폰 의존도가 학업무기력에 미치는 영향* 자아존중감에 의한 우울의 조절된 매개효과

Objecti ve: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of depression and self-esteem on the relationship between smartphone dependency and academic helplessness of adolescents. Specifically, the mediation effect of depression and the moderating effect of self-esteem are examined in the relationship between smartphone dependency and academic helplessness. Methods: The research subjects were 2,481 first grade middle school students (boys: 1,340 (54.0%), girls: 1,141 (46.0%)), who had participated in the 2018 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey conducted by the National Youth Policy Institute. The survey data were analyzed for the moderated mediating effect between variables using Process Macro methods. Results: First, depression partially mediated the relationship between smartphone dependency and aca- demic helplessness. Second, self-esteem significantly moderated the relationship between smart- phone dependency and depression. Third, the mediating effect of depression was moderated by self-esteem in the relationship between smartphone dependency and academic helplessness. Conc lus i ons: A method for reducing adolescent academic helplessness is suggested by confirming the functions of depression and self-esteem necessary to reduce adolescent academic helplessness. Implications on the case conceptualization and the intervention strategy with the focus on aca- demic helplessness of adolescents and future research are discussed.

『改修捷解新語』의 書誌事項

. 본고는 필자의 実地調査를 토대로 『개수첩해신어』의 서지사항을 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 현재 소장처인 BULAC과 역사적으로 깊은 관련이 있는 INALCO(구 동양어학교)에 대해서 알아보고, 앞으로 방문·조사하게 될 연구자들을 위하여 소장처 BULAC과 그 이용방법에 대하여 필자의 경험을 토대로 자세히 소개하였다. 『개수첩해신어』의 서지사항에서는 마이크로필름과 영인본은 이미 공개가 되어 있기 때문에 이제까지 알려지지 않았던 실제 모습을 되도록 사진을 많이 첨부하여 설명하였다. 이제까지 『개수첩해신어』는 『직지』와 같은 개인 소장본이 구한말 프랑스인들에게 유입되었을 것이라고 막연히 추측하고 있었으나, 서지사항으로 보아 구 사역원의 보관용 서적이었던 것 같다. 『개수첩해신어』를 처음 접하는 순간 훌륭한 외관에 놀라게 되는데 『승정원일기』에 기록되어 있는 『개수첩해신어』에 대한 영조의 특별한 관심과 왜학 역관들의 정성이 책의 외관에서도 느껴진다. 그리고 사족이 될 수도 있지만 원본과 마이크로필름, 영인본 사이에 나타나는 차이점을 살펴보고, 앞으로는 영인본도 중요하지만 무엇보다 디지털화와 공개가 필요하다는 점을 피력하였다.

서술방식과 번역에 관한 고찰 : 프레보의 마농 레스코 Manon Lescaut 를 중심으로

L'Histoire du chevalier Des Grieux et de Manon Lescaut, certainement rédigée et publiée en 1731 au début de son séjour en Hollande, fait partie des Mémoires d'un homme de qualitéde l'Abbé Prévost. Notre étude a pour objectif d'aborder et d'examiner certaines questions ayant trait à la narration dans les traductions coréennes. Ainsi avons-nous selectionné 4 traductions parmi les 58 existantes, parues entre 1952 et 2007. Ces quatre travaux montrent assez bien comment chaque traducteur perçoit la narration spécifique de Manon Lescaut et comment il dispose les divers discours narratifs pour faciliter la lecture. L'homme de qualité du titre général, de son nom Renoncour, se présente à la fois comme auteur du roman et comme narrateur de l'histoire du chevalier Des Grieux. Mais la structure de mise en abyme du récit nécessite plusieurs précautions que semblent ignorer la plupart des traductions. De ce point de vue, il est d'autant plus pertinent d'appliquer les distinctions qu'opère Genette entre narration, histoire et récit, que l'Abbé Prévost les pressent dans sa préface de Manon Lescaut. Or celle-ci est absente des quatre traductions étudiées (et n'est comprise que de façon exceptionnelle dans les autres) et le roman ne commence que par le souvenir de la première rencontre du narrateur-Renoncour avec le chevalier, sans laisser à l'auteur (ou au narrateur) la possibilité de se justifier et même de défendre la faible position qu'avait le roman au XVIIIe siècle. Le deuxième point consiste à examiner la manière dont les traducteurs interprètent certains traits culturels, en particulier les registres de langage, l'honorofication étant plus prononcée en coréen. Enfin le troisième concerne les modes du récit que Todorov classe en trois niveaux. Les discours direct ou indirect sont, en effet, quelques fois traduits sans cohérence et confondus.
