      • Stress와 七情學說에 對한 心身醫學的考察

        Nowadays because of social and structural complexities, patients in the field of Psychoneurosis tend to increase gradually. So it needs to be diagnosed and treated for neuroses regardless of Oriental-Western Medicine. The category about Psychosomatic disease of Psychosomatic Medicine which is studied at present, nevertheless, is seen to focused on the limited range that called neurotic state and studies of Psychosomatic Medicine is divided into the field of psychology, philosophy and medicine. To set up the foundation for the course of Psychosomatic Medicine and medical solution of Psychosomatic relation, I have considered, compared and contrasted between Stress theory and Seven modes of emotion theory which is well thought to reflect the Psychosomatic Medicine and I came to the conclusion as follows; 1. Stress theory has commons with Seven modes of emotion theory in mechanism and notion. First, Both-Stress and Seven modes of emotion theory- explain the changes of function in body. second, they both are the internal reactions. third, they bring about the morphologic disease directly through the functional path change. Finally, the reaction is not partial but general and synthetic. Four similarities above show that two theories are identical with respect to the important characteristics and mechanism. 2. Compared with Seven modes of emotion theory, Stress theory concentrates on only anger, anxiety, surprise out of Seven emotion modes and that was the part to be studied from now on. 3. Studies on Stress and Seven modes of emotion theory is the ones which makes clear the prospect and course of Psychosomatic Medicine. They provide the clue that can explain the relationship of mind and disease, emotion and body, and already established theory. So they developed the medical science from treatment-centered to prevention- centered.

      • 破壞力學을 基礎로한 燒結金屬의 疲勞强度評價에 關한 硏究

        This paper deals with an evaluation of the fatigue strength of sintered steel based on linear fracture mechanics. The fatigue crack growth is measured with bend test. specimens of Fe-Cu-C sintered steel of various densities. From this result, the fatigue strengths of the specimens with initial length of crack a at the life N are calculated, and they are shown as N-S-A curves. A model, which has an initial crack at the surface but is homogeneous and has no internal flaws, is introduced to analyze the fatigue lives of sintered steel. The initial length of the crack basically depends on the flaw size of sintered steel, and it can be used as an index to evaluate the effect of flaws on the fatigue strength. The initial lengths of cracks are estimated from the N-S-A curves and the fatigue test results. The lengths are 133 to 251㎛ for the bend test specimen of 6.6 to 7.0 g/cm³ density.

        기준신호원을 이용한 배열센서의 위치, 이득, 위상 보정기법

        기하학적 오차와 전기적 오차는 배열센서 시스템의 성능을 심각하게 저하할 수 있다. 이러한 문제를 완화시키기 위해 다양한 보정 기술이 개발되었다. 본 논문에서는 배열센서의 위치오차, 이득오차, 위상오차를 보상하는 두 가지 기술을 비교하였다. 그 중 하나의 방법은 1차 테일러급수 전개를 통해 배열센서의 명목상 값으로부터 실제 조향 벡터를 예측한 후 MUSIC 알고리즘의 null 특성을 이용하여 형성되는 몇 가지 식을 이용하여 센서의 실제 위치, 이득, 위상을 추정한다. 또 다른 하나의 방법은 기준신호원의 공분산 행렬을 이용하여 이러한 오차들을 예측한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 두 가지 보정기술 모두 성공적으로 오차를 보정하였고, 10dB∼50dB SNR 범위에서 Fistas and Manikas의 알고리즘이 Ng and Lie의 알고리즘 보다 노이즈에 더 강건하다는 것을 증명하였다. The geometrical and electrical errors of array sensors can severely degrade the performance of array sensor system. Various calibration techniques are developed to alleviate this problem. In this paper, two different calibration methods with respect to location, gain and phase of array sensors are presented. One method applies the first-order Taylor series expansion to approximate the true steering vector from the nominal values of array sensors. Then a set of equations is formed by using the null characteristics of the MUSIC spectrum to estimate errors of location, gain and phase of array sensors. Another method estimates these errors based on the data covariance matrix of pilot sources. From the simulations, it is demonstrated that two calibration algorithms calibrated an array system successfully. In addition to that, Fistas and Manikas’s algorithm is more robust against noise than Ng and Lie’s one when SNR is from 10dB to 50dB.

        근로자(勤勞者)의 양생수준(養生水準)과 비만(肥滿)과의 관계(關係)

        In this study, the researcher tried to present the groundwork to prepare the oriental medical yangseng plan for the future obesity with the comparison between yangseng level and the obesity of workers. The researcher made up the questionnaire which asks the general character, health-related character and yangseng level, projected among 560 people. All collected material was analyzed by SPSS and tested by T-test and ANOVA. 1. The general yangseng level average is 3.27, morality yangseng 3.90, sleep yangseng 3.39, mind yangseng 3.31, sex life yangseng 3.30, exercise yangseng 3.15, activities and rest yangseng 3.08, diet yangseng 2.94, seasonal yangseng 2.84. The highest is morality yangseng and seasonal yangseng is the lowest. 2. In the aspect of yangseng level: Having a spouse, Non-smoking, Regular exercising, Sufficient sleeping have higher yangseng levels. 3. Obesity related index is changing into the higher level when he/she is older, more paid, more job experience, more education background but less metabolic calory. And drinking and regular exercising have relativity with body composition analysis. 4. After comparing yangseng level with body composition analysis, we can easily find that the more visceral fat, the higher WHR has a high yangseng level. The more mineral also has a high mind yangseng and a low diet yangseng. The visceral fat level has a high yangseng level when higher morality yangseng and mind yangseng are getting higher and higher. And sex life yangseng shows that the highest yangseng level is from 9-10 visceral fat and the lowest yangseng level is from below 4 visceral fat. The higher WHR, the higher morality, mind and sleep yangseng. The heavier, the lower diet yangseng. The mind yangseng was very high when body fat rate was higher. The more body fat, the higher morality yangseng. The higher yangseng, when we have more muscle. Yangseng level and obesity of laborer has a close relationship with individual character and daily habits. Also, relevance can be easily found between yangseng level and obesity. Now the researcher came into the conclusion that we need to control over laborers' health and prevention of their obesity.

        장수기업 구이저우마오타이주의 성장과정과 성공요인에 관한 연구

        Kweichow Moutai liquor began to be produced in large quantities in 1953 after the existing three wineries were integrated into Kweichow Moutai Wine Factory. The company acquired its title as national liquor in 1975 and has been rated as the best liquor in a variety of liquor reviews and been acknowledged as a healthy food by the Chinese government. Since the Chinese economic reform, in 1984, Kweichow Moutai Wine Factory has changed to Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd as a way to increase the size and globalize the company. The Moutai Group, which is completely financed by Kweichow province, owns 62% of the share. Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd that produces Feitan Moutai as the flagship item is the most important company from the Moutai Group. The reason for a limited production of Moutai liquor is because of its extremely complicated production process and a unique natural environment of its production site Moutaijin. Also, it takes at least five years to produce Moutai liquor that is available for sales. The production of liquor is influenced by numerous factors such as the tradition, culture, the types of wheats growing in the region and economic situations of the country and the region. Therefore, it is important to examine the factors that affect the development of liquor industry. The present study investigated the developmental process as well as success factors that led to the Kweicho Moutai Co., Ltd, a longevity company in China. Despite the difficult circumstances, the company was able to develop and succeed due to the development of the most suitable brewing technology for a unique natural environment and constantly trained experts while keeping the craftsmanship. Meanwhile, leadership in Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd continually strived for transformation of the company to improve brewing technology and quality of the product. Moreover, in response to market change, effort was exerted to develop a mid-low price Moutai liquor and to expand markets abroad with improving distribution network. 마오타이주는 기존의 3대 소방이 1953년에 마오타이주창으로 통합된 후 본격적으로생산되기 시작하였다. 이 회사는 1975년에 국주 타이틀을 보유하게 되고 국내외의 각종주류 평가에서 1위를 차지하는 한편 중국 정부로부터 비물질 문화유산부문에서 건강식품으로 인정받았다. 중국의 개혁개방 후 회사 규모를 키우고 국제화를 추진하기 위해 1984 년에 마오타이주창은 주식회사 형태인 구이저우마오타이주고분유한공사(마오타이주회사) 로 변경되었는데 구이저우성이 전액 출자한 마오타이그룹이 이 회사의 지분 62%를 소유하고 있다. 마오타이주의 생산이 제한적인 것은 제조과정이 대단히 복잡하고 주된 생산지인 마오타이진이 갖고 있는 독특한 자연 환경 때문이다. 또한 판매가능한 마오타이주를생산하기 위해서는 최소한 5년의 기간이 소요된다. 술은 국가나 특정지역의 고유한 전통과 문화, 생산되는 곡물의 종류, 경제적 수준과 상황에 따라 원료와 빚는 방법이 다르고 이용자들의 취향도 다르므로 주류산업의 발달과정에 영향을 크게 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 살펴 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 장수기업인 마오타이주회사의 성장과정과 성공요인을 살펴보았다. 어려운 여건 아래에서도 이 회사가세계 제일의 주류기업으로 성장할 수 있었던 것은 독특한 자연환경에 가장 적합한 양조비법을 개발하고 장인정신을 굳게 지키면서 우수한 전문인력을 계속하여 양성하였기 때문이다. 한편 마오타이주회사의 경영자들은 강력한 리더십을 발휘하여 양조방법을 개선하고품질을 높이기 위하여 끊임없이 변혁을 추진하였다. 또한 새로운 환경변화에 대응하여 중저가 브랜드의 마오타이주를 개발하고 유통망을 개선하고 해외 시장을 개척하기 위하여지속적으로 노력하였다.

      • 高血壓 患者의 血壓管理實態와 韓方利用 現況

        This Study aims at looking into the use of oriental medical services in treating hypertension. The first objective to be explored through this study is the morbidity caused by the disease, classifying them by age, gender, and occupation. The second is to determine the regular use of anti-hypertensive medicine and their efficacy in controlling blood-pressure. The third is to investigate the use-rate and satisfaction of oriental medical service. 838 households across the country, were asked to answer questionnaires for the period of time from Apr. to Jun. 2005. The conclusion from the survey can be summarized as following. The age of which the first medical diagnosis of hypertension were made showed lower in males, those with higher education and income. The study showed females were more active in blood-pressure control, with their frequent monitoring of blood-pressure for the past year. With age, people in under 50 age group proved to be less active. The management of high blood pressure was more effective in group with regular dosage compared to group with irregular use of anti-hypertensive medication, but their difference was minimal. Also, group with no medication showed signs of blood-pressure control. The use of oriental medical service for the past year, were more frequent in groups with lower education, either low or high income, old age, females and occupations in agriculture, forestry and fishing industry. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. Females, people over 51 years old and with lower education showed more intentions in utilizing oriental medical services in the future. Results were similar in both general population and high blood-pressure patient group. It is necessary to offer a more accurate information on oriental medical treatments. Also, a systematic reform to reduce the patient's share of the treatment cost, as well as, heightening public awareness on the infirmity of present blood-pressure management system is crucial.
