          노인요양보호제도와 보살핌노동인력 특성-복지 레짐별 비교연구유호선

          사회민주주의에 속하는 국가인 덴마크와 스웨덴의 경우 국가에 의한 사회복지 서비스가 발달한 레짐의 특징을 반영하듯이 보편적 노인요양보호 서비스가 가장 발달한 국가군이며 그 서비스의 공급을 담당하는 보살핌 노동인력들의 사회 경제적 지위가 상대적으로 안정되어 있고 보살핌 노동인력 수급이 비교적 안정되어있다. 소득보장 중심의 사회복지정책을 지향하는 조합주의적 보수주의 레짐에 속하는 네덜란드의 경우 사회보험의 형식인 AWBZ으로 노인요양보호제도를 시행하고 있다. 서비스의 전달체계에 있어서 복지다원주의를 추구하며 그에 따라 보살핌노동 인력의 직업안정성과 처우가 낮아지고 있다. 결과적으로 보살핌노동 인력이 점차 부족해지고 있는 상황이다. 자유주의 레짐에 속하는 영국 및 미국의 노인요양보호 서비스는 자산조사를 통하여 선택적으로 공급되고 있으며 대부분의 서비스는 지방정부에 의한 직접 공급에서 민간의 영리조직에 의한 공급으로 대체된 상태이다. 따라서 보살핌 노동인력의 사회 경제적 지위 및 처우는 매우 낮고 결과적으로 인력 부족이 가장 심각한 레짐으로 분류된다. 남부유럽국가(지중해연안국가) 레짐에 속하는 스페인은 대표적인 가족중심의 국가이다. 따라서 아직까지 사회복지 서비스 공급의 대부분은 가족이나 이웃에 의해 비공식적으로 이루어지고 있기 때문에 인력 부족의 문제가 심각하게 표면화되고 있지 않은 상황이다. 그러나 저출산율 및 여성들의 점진적인 경제활동 참여율의 증가로 인하여 미래에 보살핌 노동인력의 부족이 심각하게 제기될 것으로 예상 되고 있는 대표적 국가이다. Long-Term Care System for the Elderly and Policy for the Frontline Workers: A Comparative Analysis The long-term care frontline workforce is predicted to be or is in shortage in most of the developed world. Such shortages are expected to increase due to parallel socio-demographic factors. Thus, the aim of the research is to review long-term care system for the elderly and policy for the frontline workers in accordance with welfare regimes by Esping-Andersen. The frontline workers in Social Democratic regime are stable on social and economic status. Thus, the supply and demand of care workers has balanced relatively. On the other hands, care workers in Liberal regime tend to earn low wages and have low benefits. Therefore, the workforce is in shortage considerably. Implications are to construct the education systems for care workers in the national level, consider a diverse pool of the workforce, improve their benefits and promote their job image etc. Key words: Long-Term Care, Care Workforce, Care Work, Welfare Regime

          이슈 생존 주기 모형 기반 재난 아카이브 수집 방안

          Due to the value and the importance of preservation of disaster web records, to build disaster archives is globally becoming a national challenge. This study proposes a acquisition methods based on the issue life cycle model for collecting disaster web records. We firstly analyzed web records acquisition status, methods and period of domestic and foreign disaster archives. In addition, the issue life cycle model was derived by collecting and analyzing the disaster issues in the last 10 years. As the results of the analysis, the issue life cycle model was divided into the sudden type and periodic type according to the characteristics of the disaster. In conclusion, this study propose a method to collect web records according to each model and verify its applicability. 재난 웹 기록물의 가치와 보존의 중요성으로 인해 전 세계적으로 재난 아카이브의 구축은 국가적인 과제가 되어가고 있다. 본 연구는 재난 아카이브의 웹 기록물 수집에 있어서 이슈 생존 주기 모형에 기반한 수집 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내외 재난 아카이브의 웹 기록물 수집 현황, 수집 방법 및 기간에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한, 최근 10년간 발생한 재난 이슈를 수집 및 분석하여 이슈 생존 주기 모형을 도출하였다. 이슈 생존 주기 모형은 재난의 특성에 따라 돌발형 및 주기형으로 구분되며, 각 모형에 따른 웹 기록물 수집 방안을 제시하였고 적용 가능성을 검증하였다.

          추사 김정희의 불교시 연구

          This study argued about the Buddhistic poems of Kim, Jeong-hee, a Confucian scholar in late Joseon dynasty. In this period, there were various changes in politic, economic, cultural field and that result, there was the moderate eyes on the Buddhism, unlike the Western Learnings(西學), which had been considered heresy until then. Kim, Jeong-hee accepted the Buddhism which ranged over Hinayana, Mahayana and Zen-meditation. The famous Zen-controversy with Back-pa(白坡) showed his concerns and his own Buddhistic opinions however this study didn’t deal with it because it had rooms for any interpretation of argument. This study tried to work that supposed his Buddhistic ideas through analysis on his Buddhistic poetry. He thought that the confucianism is confucianism itself, Buddhism is Buddhism itself majesticly. In result, he criticized the diagramaic unification of confucianism and Buddhism. It is a matter of course that Zen is also Zen itself, Hwa-eom(華嚴) is Hwa-eom itself and Prajna(般若) is prajna itself. In brief, his Buddhistic mind we can read in his poetry is classified as follows. The first is the stop of judgment and the enthusiasm of ascetic exercises. The second is the superiority of division and the pursuit of the agreement. The third is the Hwa-eom world view that never have any obstacles. And we are compelled to refer the association with the monks who helped to conduct detonation to Buddhism. 추사 김정희가 활동한 19세기 전반의 조선은 청조 학문의 유입과 국내의 다기한 사상의 영향으로 정치, 사회, 문화 전반에 걸친 변화가 일었고, 사상계에서도 이단시되던 불학에 대해 서학(西學)과는 달리 온건한 시선을 보내게 되었다. 추사는 성리학 뿐 아니라 불교사상을 수용하여, 소승과 대승, 선의 영역에까지 학문 범위를 넓혔다. 추사에게 유교는 유교만의 장처(長處)를 지니며 불교는 불교만의 장처를 지니는 엄연한 독립체였고 따라서 유불 사상의 도식적인 회통을 비판하였다. 불교 안에서도 추사에게 있어 선(禪)은 선 자체이고, 화엄은 화엄이며, 반야는 반야로 존재하지 그것들은 섞이지 않았다. 이에 본고에서는 그의 시문과 게송을 통해 불교인식을 추체험해 보는 작업을 시도해 보았다. 추사의 시에서 읽게 되는 불교적 정신세계란, 요컨대 사고나 판단이 정지된 몰입의 경지 즉 선적(禪的) 깨달음에 대한 희구와 수행이 모습으로, 진속(眞俗), 동정(動靜), 청탁(淸濁)의 분별을 지양하고 초월하는 불이평등(不二平等)의 현실인식으로, 분별과 분별없음이 넘나들고 육진(六塵)과 선(禪)의 파격이 장애를 일으키지 않는 화엄법계의 세계관으로 대별할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 이러한 정신세계를 촉발하도록 조력한 승려들과의 교유를 언급하는 일도 빼놓을 수 없을 것이다.

          Evaluation of Sonic Toothbrush on the Reduction of Clinical Parameters, Interleukin-1, MMP-8 and Periodontal Pathogens in Incipient to Moderate Periodontitis

          Daily plaque removal with toothbrush is an important component of oral hygiene program to prevent and treat periodontal diseases.1-4) Although it has been reported that both manual and electric toothbrushes are effective in removing supragingival plaque and reducing clinical signs of gingival inflammation, several recent studies reported that electric toothbrushes show superiority to manual brushes.5-11) The Sonicare® toothbrush utilizes solid-state electronics to create sonic-frequency bristle movement with 520 brush strokes per second. This rapid bristle movement creates dynamic activities in surrounding fluids in addition to its scrubbing plaque-removing activity. It has been suggested that these fluid forces lift and disperse plaque bacteria from tooth surfaces about 2-3 mm beyond the physical reach of the bristles.12-15) Furthermore, in vitro experiments have shown that low-amplitude acoustic energy such as that generated by the Sonicare® brush has structural and metabolic effects on oral bacteria, which may retard their ability to form plaque by disrupting bacterial adherence properties.16) Increased levels of bacterial pathogens common in periodontal pockets are known to be associated with an elevated biochemical inflammatory response that promotes bone resorption. Understanding the process of periodontal pathogenesis in terms of the biochemical pathway prompted by greater than normal levels of bacteria and mitigating the subsequent effects is a primary component of periodontal therapy.17-20) The most potent pro-inflammatory cytokine stimulating bone resorption is interleukin-1 (IL-1).21,22) IL-1 is a pleiotropic cytokine having multiple biological activities including stimulation of osteoclast recruitment and activation. IL-1 also stimulates fibroblast to produce matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) important for the degradation of non-mineralized extracellular tissue. Several studies have reported increased levels of inflammatory mediators, such as IL-1 and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), in gingival crevicular fluids (GCFs) from diseased sites exhibiting periodontal bone loss when compared with healthy sites. Furthermore, GCF from diseased sites has been shown to stimulate bone resorption in vitro to a higher degree than GCF from healthy sites. One important factor responsible for this bone resorbing activity seems to be IL-1.21-24) Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are enzymes activated by IL-1 and are involved in tissue destruction and regeneration.15) A complex cascade involving both host and microbial derived proteinases mediates extracellular matrix degradation during periodontal disease. In this regard, the host-derived MMPs are thought to play a key role. Enhanced activity of these enzymes is a consequence of microbial induced inflammation in the periodontal tissues. Polymorphonuclear leukocyte (PMN)-derived MMPs (MMP-8, MMP-9) are the main proteinases related to tissue destruction and remodeling events in periodontal diseases.23) Traditional clinical measurements such as assessments of probing pocket depth, attachment level, gingival inflammation and microbial plaque yield only historic information about periodontal status. By directly analyzing the changes in the levels of MMPs and IL-1 in GCF, we can associate parameters of inflammation with clinical parameters of tissue destruction. Among several methods that have been applied to detect periodontopathogenic microorganisms, nucleic acid-based methods using DNA probes can give insight on changes in bacterial counts in the periodontal pocket.24) Objectives of this study were to assess the effects of the Sonicare® toothbrush on clinical parameters [Probing Pocket Depth (PPD), Plaque index (PI), Gingival index (GI), Bleeding on probing (BOP), Clinical attachment level (CAL)] and to evaluate the changes in MMP-8, IL-1 and the reduction of 4 bacterial species (PG, TF, SS, AV) testing 16S rRNA at 3 sites of selected teeth with moderate chronic periodontitis follo...           한국형 아파트의 냉난방 에너지에 미치는 제 인자의 영향

          This work is aimed at estimating the effects of various factors on the energy consumption of Korean-style apartment houses using TRNSYS. The factors considered here include the nominal size of floor area, type of remodeling, azimuth, sidewall insulation, and window type. Based on some assumptions, an actual apartment house is simplified into a model that is used for thermal load calculations. The simplified model is validated by showing a good agreement with the actual one in the predicted result. Remodeling balconies into unconditioned buffer spaces yields a favorable thermal performance in comparison with the original type regardless of the nominal size. Incorporating balconies into a conditioned indoor space leads to sharp increases in thermal loads, which must be avoided in view of energy conservation as well as structural problem. A quantitative assessment on the azimuthal effect indicates that the heating energy can be saved up to 16% by taking the south or southeast direction. Reduction in the heating load with enhancing the sidewall insulation is gradual, so that a cost-effectiveness analysis may be needed when amending the regulations concerned. Glazing appears to significantly affect the heat transfer through window. A typical case illustrates that the heating load is decreased about 25% by simply adopting triple glazing instead of double glazing.

          빙축열조의 방냉과정에 대한 해석

          This paper presents an analysis to predict thermal behaviors of water in ice storage tank during the coldness release process. To deal with complicated transient phenomena due to ice-water phase change and the density inversion, a theoretical model which consists of initial perfectly mixed, stratified and thermal diffusion state was introduced and a criterion on the growth of thermal boundary layer was developed. The analysis includes considerations on the type of ice-making heat exchanger, refrigerator on/off and tank arrangement. Also, discussions on the various parameters and operating conditions which have influence on the performance of the system were made. Finally, simulated results were shown, which agreed with experiments in trends reasonably.
