        유아교사의 유아존중 교육신념과 정서인식 간의 관계

        본 연구는 유아교사의 유아존중 교육신념과 정서인식 간의 관계를 살펴봄으로써 교사의 질 향상과 효과적인 유아권리존중 교육실행이 되고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 G시, K시에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집 교사 229명을 연구대상으로 설문조사 하였다. 유아존중 교육신념은 일상생활존중, 개인생활존중으로, 정서인식은 자기정서인식, 타인정서인식으로 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, LSD 사후검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 변인에 따른 유아존중 교육신념에는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사변인에 따른 교사의 정서인식에는 경력, 교육경험 유무에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 유아존중 교육신념과 정서인식과는 정적인 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교사의 유아존중 교육신념이 정서인식에 유의한 영향을 미치며 높은 설명력을 나타냈다. The purposes of this study were to improve early childhood teacher`s quality abilities and provide effective education based on respect for young children`s rights. The early childhood educational beliefs were divided into respect for daily life and private life, and emotional perception was classified as both self and others emotional perception on the survey. Using the SPSS version 23.0, one-way ANOVA, LSD post hoc tests, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed for data analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, there was no significant difference between the variables of early childhood teachers and their educational beliefs about respect for early childhood. Second, there was a statistical significance between early childhood teachers` career/the educational experience and emotional perception. Third, a positive correlation was represented between educators` beliefs about respect for young children and emotional perception. Fourth, this study provided a detailed explanation on how teachers` educational beliefs about respect for young children affect their emotional perception.

        청소년의 자연경험이 환경인식에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The objectives of this study were to investigate youth's nature experiences and environmental perception and to analyze the effects of nature experiences on environmental perception. The study was conducted by review of literature and survey. The data were collected from 146 youths in youth activities by random sampling. Major findings of the study were as follows: Firstly, youths who live in small city and have experiences in rural area showed higher average of rearing animal and plants experience than others and youths who are in high school and get upper academic achievement have higher travelling experience than others. Secondly, female youths were higher average of environmental conservation intention than males. Thirdly, learning experience about nature and sex variables influence on environmental conservation intension and age and residence influence on environmental practice. In conclusion, the study suggests youths should have opportunity on nature experience programs for developing environmental perception.

        청소년의 농업체험활동 참여실태와 활성화방안

        The purposes of this study were to explore realities on agricultural experiential activity of youth and to suggest promotions for agricultural experiential activity. The study was conducted by literature review and survey The data were collected from 146 youth participants in agricultural experiential activities by random sampling. Major findings of the study were as follows: Firstly, difficulties of participating experiential activity were lacking of time, insufficient advertisement, and insufficient participating opportunity. Secondly, whereas high school students were higher than middle school students in satisfaction of experiential contents, middle school students were higher than high school students in satisfaction of facilities and equipment. Thirdly, there were some differences in understanding of agriculture and importance of environmental conservation among youths. In conclusion, the study suggests to extend participation opportunities of activities and to adjust activity schedule for promoting youth's participation and existence of prior education.

        한국 초등학교 여교사의 자기주도학습 성향에 관한 연구

        This study was an secondary analysis of the available data gathered in 1996 with the support of the Korea Foundation to develop a Self-Directed Learning Readiness Scale for Primary School Teachers Major purposes of this study were 1) to measure the Self-Directed Learning Readiness Score of the female primary school teachers in Korea, 2) to examine their traits of self-directedness in learning in terms of six different factors, and 3) to compare these traits by various backgrounds of the female teachers. The instrument applied to this study to measure the teacher's self-directedness was SDLRS-K-96(Korean version of Guglielmino's Se1f-Directed Learning Readiness Scale for Adults) originally translated and polished by Ji Woong Cheong and Chija Kim Cheong with the permission of Dr Lucy Guglielmino who had developed the instrument in the United States Statistical Tools used for the data analyses were ANOVA, LSD(Least Significant Difference), and Factor analyses etc. The mean score of the SDLRS of the female primary school teachers was 214.39 with 22.04 standard deviation This was little bit lower than that of the male primary school teachers (M=215.38) and that of the female extension workers measured in 1991 (M=215.24) however, these were not statistically significant differences. The female teachers showed some tendency that they are relatively strong in the "awareness of the responsibility in learning' and in "love of learning, but weak in the "openness to a challenge, and "inquisitive natures. Female teachers' SDL scores showed positive relationships with their educational backgrounds the degree of participation in autotomous training programs, and the difference of their assignment of teaching as homeroom teachers However, it showed negative relations with their length of teaching experiences.
