Fatigue is a universal complaint that occurs with everyday life. It is often the first indication of the occurrence of some abnormality. The protective body mechanism warns that the body's physiological equilibrium is being broken down somewhere. Fatigue must not be understood as an indication of breakdown, but rather as an index of stress on adaptive body mechanism. Fatigue, therefore, must be considered as one of important concepts in health maintenace, and accordingly, a conceptual analysis is explored in this study. A precise understanding of fatigue will facilitate pinpointing causes and measuring outcomes, as well as understanding of overall phenomena. The study will contribute to building unambiguous communication among practitioners. From the process of conceptual analysis, fatigue can be defined as: 1.
