백금촉매를 이용한 polycarbosilane - vinylsilane 세라믹 전구체의 합성과 열분해 특성에 관한 연구

The yield of vinylsilane-polycarbosilane ceramic precursors was increased with the increase of reaction temperature, concentration of monomer and catalyst. It was also observed that the molecular weight of ceramic precursor was increased with vinyl contents in the PCS. It was found that the ceramic precursors of vinylsilane-polycarbosilane were synthesized from the absorption peak of 2100㎝^(-1), Si-H bond, to decrease and the peak of 1600㎝^(-1), C=C bond, to increase with reaction by FT-IR, spectrometer. It was observed that organic structure of the β-SiC was converted to crystalline structure over 1000℃ with pyrolysis.
단일 전구체를 이용한 유기 / 무기 나노 복합재의 제조 및 물성에 관한 연구

Single precusor for organic and inorganic hybrid composite was prepared by the reaction of 2-Hydroxyethylaerylate(HEA) or 2-hybroxyethylmetacrylate(HEMA) for the organic polymer source and SiCl₄ for inorganic polymer source. From the IR specta of the prepared single precusor we found that it had tetrahedral structure like a tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS). And we also observed the simultaneously interpenetrating polymerization of the single precusors under catalyst formed inorganic and organic hybrid network. The inorganic contents of hybrid composites from HEA and HEMA were 22% and 13% respectively and SEM micrographs of it's surface showed that it had no phase separation between inorganic and orgainc phase.
폴리에틸렌을 지지체로한 4-Vinylpyridine-divinylbenzene 불균질계 음이온교환막의 제조 및 그의 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 붕소이온 분리를 위하여 4-Vinylpyridine-divinylbenzene(이하 4-VP-DVB라 칭함) 음이온 교환수지를 합성하고, polyethylene(이하 PE라 칭함)을 지지체로 사용하여 불균질계 음이온교환막을 제조하였다. 또한 그들의 구조와 기계적 성질 및 전기화학적 특성ㅇ르 FT-IR, conductometer와 pH meter 등의 기기로 측정하였으며, 유속과 전압의 변화에 따른 막의 성능을 평가하였다. 막의 분리성능은 PE 지지체 내에 4VP-DVB 이온교환 수지의 함량이 50wt%인 불균질막이 가장 우수하였으며, 산처리한 막이 수처리한 막의 그것보다 우수하였다. 막을 이용한 전기투석 실험에서 붕소이온 분리시 최적유속, 전압 및 시간은 각각 10mol/min, 18volt, 4시간이었다. The synthesises of anion exchange resin from 4vinylpyridine-divinyIbenzene(4-VP-DVB) were intented to separate boron ion. The heterogeneous anion exchange membranes were prepared with polyethylene(PE) matrix bythe hot press method. The prepared exchange membranes were characterized by FT-IR, conductormeter and pH meter to confirm structural, mechanical and electrochemical properties. Their capacities were measured by changing floe rate and voltage. The best seperation capacity was appeared in the heterogeneous membrane which contains 50 wt % 4-VP-DVB resin within PE matrix. The heterogeneous membranes treated with acid were better than that treated with water. Results from this experiment were indicated that the optimal flow rate, voltage. and time in the seperation of boron ion were lOml/min, 18volts, and 4 hours respectively.
