Supply chain management (SCM) aims to provide the coordination and execution of planning and decision-making in multi organization-wide production and distribution. The advancement of information technology and the globalization of market promote SCM integration. Information sharing has become a major driver of competitive advantage in SCM. In this research, we aim to analyze the influence of SCM integration on firm performance and the role of information sharing between SCM integration and firm performance. Of the 750 questionnaires posted, a total of 218 questionnaires were collected after one follow-up. A total of 199 questionnaires were analyzed after 19 questionnaires were eliminated due to largely missing values. We used structural equation modeling technique to validate the causal relationship between SCM integration, information sharing, and firm performance. The results suggest that improved SCM integration both within the focal company (intra-organization) and across companies (inter-organization) enhances firm performance positively. Information sharing acts as a mediator between the SCM integration and the firm performance. Intra-organization SCM integration is positively related to inter-organization SCM integration, namely, SCM integration with suppliers and customers. The results suggest that internal integration of SCM significantly influences external integration with customers and suppliers. The result also shows that supply chain integration has a positive influence on firm performance and information sharing positively impacts firm performance as well.

In this research, we collected 97 empirical research papers on the supply chain management (SCM) adoption and reviewed them to find the factors of the SCM adoption based on the inter-organization theory. First, we collected domestic academic papers from RISS database by using search criteria based on the presence of the phrases“ supply chain management”and restricted the result by using keywords such as adoption, implementation, or success. Then, we identified key features of the SCM adoption based on principal-agent theory, transaction cost theory, network theory, and resource-based theory. Finally, we applied these theory-based SCM adoption features to conduct metaanalysis for the factors of the SCM adoption from 97 papers. The findings show that information system implementation, collaboration, information sharing, CEO’s support and leadership, trust, staff training and specialist possession, standardization, supply chain integration, problem solving capability, and SCM performance evaluation system are most frequently discussed as the important factors for the SCM adoption. Four implications for planning the SCM adoption were also presented as a conclusion.

The purpose of this paper is to explore factors that influence the performance of Environment Friendly Agricultural Products Information System. It reviewed previous studies related to Technical Acceptance Model and Information System Success Model. It also suggested an empirical model and tested it with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS-graph based on the survey data of 160 respondents. The major results of this paper are as follows : First, information updated has positive effect on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, system reliability has positive effect on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Third, service responsive has positive effect on the perceived ease of use. Fourth, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive effect on intention to use. And results also show that perceived ease of use has positive effect on perceived usefulness.
