자궁경부무력증에서 Beriplast (TM) 를 이용한 Modified McDonald cerclage 15 예의 경험

Objectives : As a main treatment modality of Incompetent Internal Os of Cervix(IIOC), Transvaginal cerclage(TVC) has been performed. But Transabdominal cervico-isthmic cerclage(TCIC) has been selected in cases of at least one history of failed TVC and severe damaged uterine cervix, very short or congenital anomalous cervix, or removed state of uterine cervix due to another disease. However, this TCIC has not been popularized, due to dangerous operation procedure, and two laparotomies. There are also difficult operative situation performing TVC & TCIC, such as bulging amniotic membrane and in patients who have medical contraindication of laparotomies. In this reason, we designed Modified Mcdonald cerclage using Beriplast (TM) as an alternative of TCIC. Methods : We involved 15 patients who visited recurrent abortion clinic of Hanyang University Hospital, diagnosed as IIOC, who were appropriate for the above mentioned TCIC indications or had bulging amniotic membrane through cervical canal. Briefly explaining the procedure, at proximal portion of internal os of cervix, first cerclage was performed and about 1-2cm distal from first cerclage, second cerclage was done. For doing this, it is important that first cerclage band is as proximal as possible. And then, 1-3cc of Beriplast(TM) was injected in cervical canal between two McDonald cerclages. Results : The mean gestational age at operation was 16.9±4.3weeks. The live births were 13 cases among 15 cases(success rate was 86.7%). In 13 cases of success, the mean interval time between operation and delivery was 21.0±4.1weeks, and mean body weight of neonates was 3094±535gm. The failed 2 cases were as followings; one case failed after 2 weeks postoperatively and the other case was twin pregnancy. Conclusions : The burden of patients as well as of operator is considered as obstacles in performing TCIC in IIOC patients. In this circumstances, we designed the Modified McDonal cerclage. This method would be useful in cases of above mentioned operation indications. We named this procedure as $quot; Candy operation$quot;.

本文以具备韩语高级水平的中国人韩语学习者、中国人和韩国人为调查对象, 研究基于指令言语行为的结构和社会关系的指令言语行为策略。通过分析收集到的语料发现, 中国人韩国语学习者的起始行为语、中心行为语、辅助行为语策略上均出现母语迁移现象。中国人韩语学习者的指令言语行为策略受到社会距离和请求难易程度的影响。希望通过本文研究結果, 学习者在进行跨文化交际环境中理解韩国社会文化, 实施符合情景的合适的语言交际。

우리 애니메이션과 김홍도․신윤복 그림에 나타난 인물의 십자상(十字相)에 기반한 얼굴 형태 비교

There are many things in common between visual communication design and rhetoric because they both deliver meanings and seek for the method for more effective communication. Today, according to the field of rhetoric is expanded, rhetoric has new analysis and it is applied to many other fields such as advertisement, cinema, music and various field of design. The basic design education is very important aspect for the students who study design because students should learn the method from the class to solve the design problems for the effective way of communication through the logical thinking process. Rhetoric thinking process and the methodology of rhetoric expression can help the students to solve the design problem and their idea developing process. Therefore, the study of rhetoric visual thinking and rhetoric expression is significantly necessary area for the effective design education in visual communication design field. The study aims at the research of design education process through the rhetoric with the calendar assignment. 글로벌 시대에 문화정체성을 찾기 위하여 한국 제작 애니메이션에서 한국인의 정체성을 담고 있는 캐릭터의 개발은 중요한 과제이다. 우리 얼굴 표현 현황을 알기 위해 유희성 측면에서 성격이 유사한 조선후기의 대표적인 풍속화 화가인 김홍도•신윤복의 그림과 한국 애니메이션 작품에서의 인물 얼굴 형태를 관상학의 십자상에 의하여 비교 분석하였다. 십자상은 모든 사람의 얼굴 형태를 포함하여 10가지 형태로 분류한 것이다. 연구 결과는 김홍도•신윤복의 그림에서는 동자상과 원자상의 얼굴형이 많았고, 애니메이션 작품에서는 원자상과 갑자상의 형태가 많았다. 즉 얼굴의 상•중•하안 세 부위가 모두 다 풍족한 얼굴 형태에서 전체적으로 동그랗거나 하안이 작은 형태로 바뀌고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 오늘날 한국 애니메이션의 캐릭터 얼굴 형태는 외국의 것을 모방하거나 그 유형을 따라 하는 등 정체성을 상실해 가고 있다. 글로벌 시대에 문화정체성을 찾기 위하여 우리의 얼굴을 연구하고 디자인을 위한 기준 틀을 마련하여 우리만의 얼굴을 개발하여야 하겠다.

버크셔 돼지 육질 형질과 Enoyl-CoA delta isomerase 2 (ECI2) 유전자 nsSNP의 연관성 분석

Meat quality has always been one of the most important factors that controls the choice of pork consumers and is of great interest in the pig industry. In this study, we identified a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the enoyl-CoA delta isomerase 2 (ECI2) gene in Berkshire pigs (n = 430) by analyzed the association between the SNP and meat quality traits. The non-synonymous SNP in the ECI2 gene is located at c.608 C > G and resulted in an amino acid change from threonine to serine. Significant associations between the SNP and meat quality traits, such as redness (CIE a), and the pH24hr, were revealed in both the dominant and co-dominant models, whereas carcass weight, drip loss, and fat content and moisture content were significantly associated only with the dominant model. In barrow, the SNP was significantly associated with CIE a, drip loss, and pH24hr, whereas in gilt, only a significant relationship with moisture content was observed. GG genotype pigs had a higher pH24hr and lower drip loss. Because pH24hr and drip loss are considered the most important meat quality traits, GG genotype pork is high-quality meat compared to that from other genotypes. In conclusion, the SNP in the ECI2 gene is significantly associated with several meat quality traits. These traits and could be as genetic markers in molecular breeding programs for improving meat quality. 본 연구는 돼지 농가의 생산성 향상 및 수익성 증대를 위한 분자 육종 기술에 적용할 유전자 마커를 개발하기 위해 수행 되었다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 돼지의 간 조직을 이용하여 RNA-Sequencing을 수행한 결과 ECI2 유전자의 SNP를 발견 하였고 발견된 SNP chr 7:g.2302809는 c.608로 608번째 C 가 G로 변환되어 Threonine에서 Serine으로 아미노산이 치환 되는 단일염기다형성임을 확인하였다. Berkshire 돼지 430으로 ECI2 유전자형과 육질 형질과의 연관성 분석 결과 도 체중, 적색도, 육즙 손실, 수분 함량 및 pH24hr에서 유의성을 확인할 수 있었다. 그중 GG 유전자형은 pH24hr에서 다른 유전자형에 비해 수치가 증가시키는 경향을 확인하였다. 성별에 따른 유 전자형과 육질 형질과의 연관성은 거세돈에서 GG 유전자형이 육즙 손실의 감소와 pH24hr에서 유의성이 확인되었고, 암퇘지 의 GG 유전자형도 수분함량이 증가되었다. 따라서 ECI2 유 전자의 GG 유전자형을 가진 돼지가 육질이 더 좋은 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 ECI2의 GG 유전자형을 고 정시킨다면 육질이 우수한 돼지고기 생산이 가능할 것이다. 또 한 ECI2 유전자를 이용하여 품종개량 및 조기 선발 기술에 바이오마커로 활용한다면 농가의 경쟁력 강화 효과에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.
