본 논문은 기존 EVA평가가 단위사업장이나 기업전체의 구조파악에만 사용되어지고 있을 뿐, 기업가치 향상을 위한 기업내부의 세부요인을 파악한다거나 각 계정과목 간의 상관관계를 고려한 합리적 의사결정을 위한 정보를 제공한다는 측면에서 한계성을 가지고 있었다. 이런 EVA의 한계성을 극복하기 위해 EVA개념을 단위제품에 까지 적용한 제품별 EVA 산출방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 총원가 산출의 특징을 근거로 하여 기존의 총원가 산출과 EVA산출과정의 차이점을 찾고 제품별 EVA 산출을 위한 필요 데이터를 추출하였다. 추출되어진 데이터를 적절한 배분기준에 의해 배분하고 배분되어진 데이터를 사용하여 최종적인 제품별 EVA를 제안함으로써 기존의 재무제표에서 출발하여 분석되어진 EVA와의 차이점을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 제품별 EVA에 의해 발생하는 효과는 첫째, 기업가치 향상을 위한 세부요인 파악 할 수 있으며, 둘째, 세부항목의 추출로 인하여 각 제품에 대한 정확한 산출근거를 제시해줌으로서 합리적 의사결정을 위한 정보의 제공이 가능하다. The conventional EVA estimation is used in the only structure grasp of a workspace or an enterprise. So, it have given the limitations which gripped the related specified elements for rising the enterprise value or offered the information for reasonable decision-making considering the relationships by each title of the accounts. This study proposed the method of EVA estimation by the product to cover the above limitations of EVA. We extracted the required data for EVA estimation by the product from difference between the total cost and EVA estimation the based on the characteristics of the total cost estimation. Then the extracted data was divided with the appropriate division criteria, and we proposed the final EVA estimation using by the product the divided data. Also, we presented the difference to the conventional EVA which was analyzed from the financial statements. The effectives of this study are as follows. First, we can get the specified elements for rising the enterprise value. Second, we can present to the information for the reasonable decision-making to offer the exact estimation process and results by the product.

퍼지구조모델링법에 의한 품질시스템구축에 대한 의식구조분석

이 논문은 퍼지이론을 기초로 한 퍼지구조모델링법을 이용하여 여러 가지 복잡한 문제를 가지고 있는 품질시스템구축에 대한 의식구조를 분석하고자 한다. 이 연구의 대상으로서는 품질시스템구축에 있어서 중심적인 역할을 하는 중간관리자 55명이 선정되었으며, 또한 그들은 품질시스템구축의 성공적인 수행을 위하여 고려되어지는 14개의 중요항목으로 구성된 질문지에 답하게 된다. 그러므로, 퍼지구조모델링법을 이용하여 14개의 항목의 평가로부터 그들의 의식에 대한 그래픽구조를 도출해 낸다. 또한, 이 결과가 품질시스템구축의 현장에 효과적으로 응용되기를 기대한다. This paper intends to analyze the consciousness structure for quality system construction which has the several complex problems using Fuzzy Structural Modeling method on the basis of fuzzy theory. As the subject of this study, 55 middle management who play the leading role in quality system construction was chosen. Also, they were answered the questionare consisted of 14 important items which can be considered for the successfully implementation of quality system construction. Using Fuzzy Structural Modeling method, therefore, we derived the graphic structure for their consciousness from the evaluation of the 14 items. Also, we can be expected this results applied to the field of the quality system construction effectively.

본 논문의 목적은 ISO 9000 시리즈를 이용하여 대학평가시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 여기서는 품질 기능전개의 각 단계에서의 평가방법의 개념을 사용한다. 대학에서의 교육행정과 평가영역에 대한 가중치는 주어진다. 개발된 평가시스템을 사용하여 대학평가시스템 현재수준에 대한 평가점수를 얻을 수 있다. 이 방법은 대학평가시스템의 운영과 개선에 도움을 줄 것이다. 수치 예의 설명을 통하여 이 방법의 효과를 보인다. The purpose of this paper is to develop an university evaluation system using ISO 9000 Series. Here, we use the concept from the evaluation method in each stage of Quality Function Deployment. The weights for education and administration and the evaluation sector in university was given. Using the evaluation system developed, we can acquire the evaluated score for the present level of the university quality system. This method will help to manage and improve the university quality system. We show the efficiency of this method by illustrating numerical example.

해양사고 원인분석을 위한 경량 합성곱 신경망 기반의 수중 이미지 초해상화 기법

The purpose of investigation and adjudication on marine accidents is to contributeto securing maritime safety by identifying the causes of maritime accidents andpreventing the recurrence of similar maritime accidents. Recently, movements suchas scientific analysis methods and accident reproduction and verification based onaccident site data to analyze the cause of marine accidents and prevent recurrenceare considered very positive for accident investigation and establishment ofaccountability system. Therefore, this study proposes a lightweight neural network,the ULSR model, to solve the complexity problem of the underwater imagesuper-resolution neural network model to support the ultimate purpose of thisaccident investigation. The core of the proposed idea is to integrate the same modelsize for all super-resolution magnifications, configure it to have similar number ofparameters and inference speed, and achieve high PSNR and SSIM results at allmagnifications compared to the existing model. 해양 사고에 대한 조사 및 심판의 목적은 해양사고의 원인을 밝혀 유사한 해양사고의 재발을 방지하여 해양안전의 확보에 이바지하는 것이다. 최근 해양사고의 원인 분석 및 재발 방지를 위해 사고 현장 데이터에 기반한 사고 재현 및 검증은 필수적인 과정이다. 하지만 해양환경에서 획득한 이미지는 선명도가 떨어지거나 불필요한 잡음이 포함될 가능성이 높으며,이는 해양 사고 원인을 파악하는데 악영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해양 사고 조사의궁극적인 목적을 지원하기 위해 경량 합성곱 신경망 기반 수중 이미지 초해상화 모델인ULSR을 제안한다. 제안하는 ULSR은 모든 초해상화 배율에 대해 동등한 모델 크기를 사용할 수 있도록 통합하고, 최신 기법과 유사한 파라미터 개수와 추론 속도를 가지도록 구성되었으며, 모든 초해상화 배율에 대해 가장 높은 PSNR과 SSIM 결과를 가진다.

고유벡타법에 의한 척도구성계수평가법을 이용한 품질보증원의 성향분석

본 논문은 방위산업체의 절차평가에 있어서 품질보증원이 보완적인가 또는 대체적인가의 평가에 의하여 품질보증원의 성향분석에 대한 기초적인 정보를 제공한다. 또한, 고유벡타법에 의한 다속성효용함수의 척도구성평가법이 품질보증원의 성향분석에 유효하다는 것을 보여준다. This paper provides basic information for analysis of inspector's inclinations by assessing whether inspector's decision is complementary or substitutive in procedure evaluation of defence enterprises. Also, the assessing scaling constant method of multicriteria utility function by the eigenvector method is shown the efficiency for inspector s inclination analysis.
